Reviewed Mar 10, 2026Lovely spacious rooms, ours had a balcony overlooking Ferragudo, others overlook the spacious gardens and pool. It's all very neat and tidy. Except for the busiest periods there is ample car parking.
It's quite a long walk into town to get to restaurants and the supermarket,, it's quite hilly.

Reviewed Feb 23, 2026Very clean and comfortable place. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, rich and delicious breakfast. Beautifully landscaped area, the pools are also very nicely decorated.
We were on the ground floor and the room was a bit more humid, with a slight musty smell at times. But nothing serious and nothing that would disrupt the overall comfort.

Reviewed Dec 22, 2025We had a fantastic stay! The resort is beautiful and well-kept, especially the striking architecture. The pool area is clean and the perfect spot to unwind. A huge thanks to the team for upgrading our room when the first one didn't quite meet expectations—the new room was excellent. The breakfast was also a highlight. Highly recommend!
I would have loved to see fresh-pressed juice at breakfast rather than the usual concentrate from a dispenser—especially being in Portugal

Reviewed Nov 16, 2025Miguel at reception was next level amazing, went out of his way to help us, even with phoning bus companies to try and change our incorrect tickets late at night ! The place was far far beyond our expectations at an absolute steal of a price ( granted we were totally out of season and the weather was quite bad ) but the apartment and facilities were brand new , so spotlessly clean and fresh and we loved it. Could walk into town
Nothing but the poor weather 😂would have loved to use the gorgeous pool ! We came in the wrong month

Reviewed Nov 7, 2025At the reception during check-in we were received by very welcoming and kind staff especially Miguel who regestered us. He took the time to explain the facility and various options for dining. He also guided us to the parking near our building.
We stayed 2 days , the first day when we came down for breakfast we found the staff very cold and unwelcoming to the point we felt like we were disturbing them. For the price paid the buffet was passable, what made it not worth it for us was how the two servers/stuards at the restaurant behaved. The next day we decided not to go down for breakfast. Its a pity for a property like this to have staff who do not know how to interact with guests. This is not a busy period and there were not many people when we came for breakfast......

Reviewed Nov 2, 2025Pool was lovely (although please fix umbrellas!), great kids room, appreciated option to have room cleaned each day
We weren’t given enough beds, given that we had booked for 4 people, and had to request multiple times for at least some sheets for the sofa bed - we only got this during the second night No pods provided for the coffee machine, it’s cheap and unreasonable to expect guests to immediately go to the shops for these - just put a few into the room per day… A shame with probably that all curtains need tl be closed, perhaps some window tinting or screening of verandah would make this more private while allowing for natural light Restaurant seems to be understaffed, very hard to get a booking, perhaps have more staff to match the number of guests?
