Manca l'aria condizionata e i ventilatori presenti non riescono a rinfrescare le stanze. Abbiamo trovato tante formiche in cucina e sala da pranzo

Una plaga de hormigas nos recibió al llegar, tal es así que el propio apartamento ya tenía un insecticida entre los amenities. El segundo día teníamos hormigas hasta en el armario entre nuestra ropa. Demasiado calor sin aire acondicionado

Los apartamentos no tienen ascensor. Para bajar a la playa también hay que bajar y subir multitud de escaleras, y según las condiciones es inmanejable (carritos, niños pequeños, embarazo…) El agua de la piscina no estaba limpia, muchos bichos, parece que no la limpiaban a diario. El apartamento en toda 1 semana de estancia, solo fue limpiado 2 veces.

No me gusto que la piscina no estaba muy limpia,las toallas de la piscina tenian un olor desagradable.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026It is undisputable that the most precious asset is called Yulia :D. She is the one in the reception and the one I assumed impersonated the host. She's been extremely useful and super attentive to our needs. A special thought for our daughter's birthday was a very nice touch. Of course the location is great and so it is the situation: it's not an hotel and yet towels and cleaning occur every 3 days.
Although modern the kitchen facilities have poor quality. Even the pans were very difficult to user. There has been no way to cook an egg without breaking it. The pool water management not great. In a particular day I couldn't get in for the bleach smell from it. At times some guests did not behaved correctly with loud music and noise.

Läget, nära stranden. Lugnt och tyst. Tvättmaskin fanns. Kommer att rekommendera hotellet till alla jag känner, och definitivt själv besöka det igen.

Clean apartments, lovely pool, warm staff. Close (5 mins walk) to supermarkets and dining on the foreshore strip Paseo Marítimo Costa Canaria
Not air-conditioned if it makes a difference to you, although the breeze flowing from front to back was nice. More down-to-earth Family rather than classy resort vibes, if it matters.

Reviewed Apr 8, 2026Sämpylät, vaikka vähän kuivat, olivat keltaisessa pussissa joka aamu, paitsi kerran unohtivat. Näkymä oli paras. Ja sijainti lähellä rantaa. Respasta sai vesikanisterin, ei tarvinnut kantaa kaukaa, vain portaat ylös asuntoon.
Olimme 3. kerroksessa ja sinne vei portaat. Meteli illalla ja pitkälle yöhön oli kova, se tuli ulkopuolelta, ravintoloista ja El Paseoon palaavista matkailijoista. Respa oli avoinna vain klo 11-15. Ei paljon tiennyt ulkomaailmasta, kun tv:stäkään ei tullut mitään paikallisuutisia.

Reviewed Mar 29, 2026Home from home. Everything is thought of from beach towels and parasols, dressing gowns etc. All the staff are lovely and professional. Location is superb for local supermarkets and the beaches, bars and restaurants not to mention the dunes. And free parking - Really, what is not to like!!!

Customer service when we arrived perhaps wasn’t as good for us as it was for the previous occupants of the room we booked. Receptionist couldn’t see the problem, and kept saying no one else as ever complained. First 24 hours were awkward.

Reviewed Feb 11, 2026Appartamenro grande, pulito, con tutte le dotazioni e con una vista mozzafiato. Comodo sia alle passeggiate ai ristoranti e alla zona supermercati/shopping. Una settimana in questa location cambia notevolmente la qualità della vacanza. Consiglio vivamente e noi torneremo appena possibile. Grazie a Giulia per le attenzioni, la simpatia e professionalità dimostrata.

Reviewed Jan 29, 2026No tenemos palabras para agradecer lo a gusto que hemos estado. Nos hemos sentido como en casa. El apartamento está súper limpio, totalmente equipado (hasta con toallas para la piscina), las camas y las almohadas comodísimas. La piscina está genial, al ladito de la playa y bares. Y te dejan el pan cada mañana en la puerta tempranito. Venden allí mismo bebidas genial de precio. Te dan la opción de usar la lavadora si lo necesitas. El personal es encantador (gracias, Julia!).

Reviewed Dec 27, 2025Месторасположение первая линия, есть выход из аппартаментов и на променад, и на улицу, где можно припарковать авто. Каждое утро нам приносили свежие булочки к чаю. У нас был нижний этаж с выходом к бассейну. Но верхние этажи привлекает видом на море. Аппартаменты расположены так, что есть балкон и в сторону моря, где солнечная сторона, и в сторону сада, где теневая сторона. Приятный и доброжелательный персонал, нас тепло поздравили с Рождеством, подарили сладости и фирменные футболки.
Все было супер!

Reviewed Dec 17, 2025Apartment was clean and had absolutelly everything for the comfortable stay. Kitchen facility had all nessesery little things. Apartment has sea view. Beachtowels provided. tea/coffe and fresh bread at the apartment. Parking. Secure area.
That I did not stay longer! For the people with the disabilities it will not be best choice as has stairs within property and to the beach.

Reviewed Dec 3, 2025Appartement spacieux, extrêmement bien équipé, confortable et décoré avec goût, terrasse qui donne sur la piscine et sur laquelle il est agréable de prendre le petit-déjeuner, environnement calme et respectueux, emplacement idéal sur la promenade du bord de mer, gentillesse et disponibilité du personnel, petit pain frais mis à disposition tous les matins. En conclusion, je viendrai volontiers et pour une période bien plus longue !

The apartment was spotless, bright, and incredibly comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is unbeatable: just steps from the beach, close to restaurants and shops, but still peaceful and quiet at night. What I appreciated the most was the atmosphere — safe, elegant, and relaxed, with a feeling of privacy that’s hard to find in Playa del Inglés. It’s the perfect place whether you want to rest, work remotely, or explore the island. I would absolutely come back and recommend El Paseo to anyone looking for quality, comfort, and a genuinely caring team. One of the best stays I’ve had in Gran Canaria.

Reviewed Nov 7, 2025Personalul este excepțional. Nota 10 pentru Julia. Poziția apartamentelor este una foarte bună, foarte aproape de plajă și de restaurante. Partea legată de siguranță este tratată foarte serios ceea ce este bine. Accesul la piscină, cu șezlonguri si mult soare. Recomand din toată inima. Gran Canaria este minunată la final de octombrie, cu vreme minunată pentru plajă, baie și prețuri rezonabile.
Singurul lucru de reclamat este faptul că am fi avut nevoie de puțină curățenie in cameră. Îm cele 4 nopți de cazare nu a întrat nimeni pentru curățenie sau prosoape. .Apartamentul este de 3 stele oneste.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2025The property is in an ideal location, our room was on the ground floor but felt very secure with instant access to the poolside.
I believe the pool could have been cleaner. The weather was very windy on our arrival which blew foliage and a lot of other stuff into the pool which is below the surrounding roads and walkways. Unfortunately the pool didn’t get cleaned for another day. It was still usable but with small black bits floating in it. As soon as it was cleaned it was fine.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2025Kjempe fine leiligheter, som ikke ligger så langt fra stranda, bare noen 100-meter. Bra uteliv på kveldene, med gode shoppingmuligheter. Julia er ei blid, hjelpsom og hyggelig dame, som hjalp gjerne til om det skulle trenges! Vi kommer tilbake!

Reviewed Aug 24, 2025La ubicación es fenomenal, está a 5 min a pie de la playa del inglés, las camas y las almohadas son muy cómodas, la piscina climatizada y grande, ambiente relajado y los detalles del pan todos días gratis en la puerta, que te dejen el doble de toallas para la ducha, las toallas de piscina, el parasol para la playa, la garrafa de agua de 5l, ....etc el personal y sobre todo Julia, fueron unos días maravillosos, seguro repetiremos en el establecimiento.
En general todo bien, como punto de mejora, la habitación podria tener aire acondicionado.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2025All of the holiday's sides were pleasant and reasonably satisfying. The check-in process was smooth and easy considering we arrived at the property outside the reception's working hours. The front balcony had both an amazing ocean view and dune view which was definitely a big plus. The apartment facilities were more than sufficient. I really appreciated the daily delivery of small bread buns. The host was receptive and open to ensuring a pleasant stay to the customers. It has to be noted that the apartment does not have AC but we didn't feel the need for it as the weather wasn't that warm or suffocating and the apartment had two balconies that ensured the interior air ventilation and small breeze. I strongly recommend this apartment for its great location, delightful view, proper facilities and warm welcome.
