The staff, the breakfast, the pools, overall the whole vibe was amazing!!

The toilet had some flushing problems, but this was minor.

J'ai adoré mon séjour dans cet hôtel. C'est un hôtel à taille humaine, pas besoin de marcher plusieurs minutes pour se rendre quelque part. Le personnel était très agréable, et les services tous de qualité. La salle de sport est petite, mais avec du bon équipement et en état de marche. Le buffet pour le petit déjeuner était très bien et disponible jusqu'à midi! Pour finir, l'emplacement de l'hôtel est fantastique.

Staff there are amazing, real service with a smile. Nice touches like complimentary wine bottle in the room and free drinks evening to welcome new guests. Great location and tasty selection of food at the breakfast buffet (also the extended hours of the breakfast is very nice, particularly when you have had a late night before). Availability of parking bays at no extra cost was also very nice.

Some maintenance required in the room I had, water would drip from roof above sink after having a shower. Hand shower did not work. May be the time of year, but there were several cockroaches around (not in my room though).

Central location, we had a room on the top floor and a nice view on the ocean. Very clean and good room service.

The room was big but the bathroom and toilet were a little bit small. There was also no real closet and enough storage for the cloth of two people even that we only were traveling with hand luggage. If you are used to the service in Asia you cannot agree to the great service other customers were referring to. The service was very much depending on the individuals. We didn’t like concrete atmosphere of the pool area. So we didn’t go there.

Having a parking spot was great, and the hotel's location is not bad (not on top of the beach, but close enough for a brisk walk). Playa del Ingles is ok as a starting base for island sightseeing trips. The room itself was great, spacious, with a little balcony and a mini-kitchen. The breasfast was excellent, with good variety, great presentation, and right next to a wonderful pool.

Junior Suite amplia y cómoda. Con bañera y plato de ducha amplio. Muy limpio. Tranquilidad absoluta en la piscina. El desayuno es impresionante. Lo que almorzamos un día en el restaurante muy bien también. El personal muy atento y servicial.

Habría que mejorar la alcachofa de la ducha, poner amenities y que el minibar estuviera lleno.

Erg vriendelijk personeel, je kan alles vragen en staan zeker voor je klaar. Uitgebreid ontbijt en comfortabele bedden. Geen geluidsoverlast op de kamer.

Soms was er wat miscommunicatie onder het personeel. Met persoon A had je iets geregeld en dit kwam dan niet helemaal aan bij persoon B. Dit leverde geen (grote) problemen op maar kan wat efficiënter.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, they manage to create an extremely amazing vibe in the hotel which doesn't want to make you do anything else but stay in the hotel every day

Both pools were amazing and our room was fabulous. The room was cleaned every day and the breakfast was incredible. Walking distance from numerous delicious places to eat and adult only.

There is very little that we didn't like. The staff were always so friendly and there is very little to complain about.

Alles is daar gewoon top! We komen er al jaren. Er hangt een relaxte sfeer, altijd bedjes genoeg bij het zwembad en anders is er ook een mooi rustig dakterras met douche. Ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid. De bedden zijn goed. Personeel is altijd netjes, verzorgd en vriendelijk. Ga zo door!!

Amazing hotel. Room was 10/10 loved the cold air conditioning especially in the strong heat. Also really liked the addition of the kitchen and balcony was also lovely. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even offering us complimentary glasses of Prosecco on arrival. The pool and sun beds were fantastic as was the breakfast that was included.

Top Erwachsenen Hotel. Sehr gute Lage. Super, hilfreiches Personal! Frühstück was super. Es hatte immer Platz am Pool, egal welche Zeit am Tag. Zimmer war super! Konnte sogar ein spezial Kissen aussuchen zum Schlafen.

J'ai apprécié le design global de l'hôtel, la gentillesse du personnel, qui est très à l'écoute. J'ai aussi aimé la localisation, les espaces piscine sont très agréables et calmes.Pour le personnel, quand j'ai signalé un problème (voir points négatifs), ils ont tout de suite réagit en me proposant une autre chambre, et un late check-out gratuit. C'est très appréciable de voir qu'ils sont soucieux des clients. L'arrivée est un très bon point : on se sent le bienvenu, cava au check-in, des cadeaux dans la chambre (une bouteille de vin, des bonbons, du vin, un sac de plage).

Je suis déçu car j'avais choisi cet hôtel pour le calme qui est mentionné dans de nombreux commentaires. C'est vrai pour les espaces communs, ça n'était pas vrai pour la chambre. Ma chambre au 7é étage donnait sur la mer, mais avant cela sur des ventilations qui faisaient, jour et nuit, un bourdonnement continu, même fenêtre fermée. J'ai changé de chambre pour le dernier étage, mais cette fois c'était non seulement ce bourdonnement mais aussi la ventilation posée au-dessus de la chambre. Comme si quelqu'un passai la tondeuse jour et nuit. Cela a ruiné mon séjour, et je trouve que le prix payé (plus de 2X plus cher qu'aux alentours) n'était pas justifié pour cela. j'en suis bien désolé.

The breakfast setting was wonderfully located near the pool area and gives 'retro' Miami vibes. The room was spacious and it felt like a little apartment. spacious bathroom with big shower and separate bath tub. Eventhough located in the center of Playa del Ingles, it was very quite and calm.

The breakfast was great, staff were friendly and the room was lovely. The hotel was closed to the bus aswell.

En primer lugar la amabilidad de todo el personal En segundo lugar la paz y tranquilidad del hotel….los huéspedes eran todos muy educados En tercer lugar la decoraciòn del hotel….que compensaba que tenía sus años y muchas manos de pintura.

El café del desayuno…..creo que se podría mejorar la experiencia si el café fuese rico

Big, comfortable room with a great buffet breakfast and lovely pool area to lounge. The staff were very professional and kind and were able to facilitate a late check-out.

Whwj booking this property I was told it included a free airport transfer. It was not made clear that this free transfer had to be booked at least 24hr before the check-in, and I lost the offer. Allegedly this was to facilitate organising the transfer in advance, but even on the day of check-in it was possible to reserve the exact same transfer, but not free. I'm not sure if this is under the control of the hotel or Booking but I mention it here in case it can be reviewed by either

Il nostro volo è arrivato a GC alle ore 09:00 alle ore 09:40 eravamo in hotel nonostante avessimo contattato la struttura per tempo per avere il check in prima delle ore 14:00 abbiamo dovuto attendere. La domenica di arrivo abbiamo chiesto di poter fare colazione e ci è stato detto che il primo giorno non era compresa ma a pagamento nonostante abbiamo spiegano che l’ultimo giorno noi non avremmo potuto usufruire della colazione in quanto siamo partiti dall’hotel alle ore 06:45 per abbiamo pagato una colazione x due che non abbiamo potuto usufruire quando potevamo benissimo lasciarci fare la colazione senza pagare il giorno della arrivo. Poca flessibilità.

Great location in Playa del Ingles between the beach and Yumbo. We had a room on the eighth floor with a great view and privacy. The pool area is very nice and generally quiet (in terms of there’s no loud music playing!). The breakfast buffet is also very good and staff are very attentive and available 24x7.

The room was comfortable and clean but a little dated. The bathroom is half open to the rest of the room, although the toilet and shower is separate. This meant a lot of doors to navigate to get to the toilet. If the bathroom were completely walled off to the rest of the room then a proper wardrobe could be installed, instead there’s just a rail to hang clothes. The hair dryer was low down under the sink and plugged in with its cable through an anti-theft device which meant we had to kneel down to use it! The gym is good but very small, can only get two people in at a time.

The vibe was amazing. The decor and colour motif was so summery and vibrant. The room was huge and perfectly laid out. It had a balcony, a kitchen and a huge couch. The hotel's location was perfect. There was a convenience store beside it, the Yumbo Centre was only a few minutes walk, and the playa del ingles and sand dunes were close by too. The staff were amazing, polite and helpful. The breakfast was always fresh and had a good variety to choose from.

We got 2 single beds that kept moving apart. We would've preferred 1 double bed.

The staff, facilities, food, entertainment and location were all fantastic. A very warm welcome, and the staff were always ready to help. I went as a solo traveller, and even though the hotel seemed much better for couples, I still had a really enjoyable time during the day when around the hotel. The solarium and the pool were awesome, I was happy spending most of my downtime days at the hotel using those. The shower was good and spacious in my room - always able to get hot water at the right pressure, although I was the same height as the larger shower head so I had to slightly bend when washing my hair - but I could've used the smaller shower head anyway. One thing that always impressed me was how good the hotel smelled as you walked around and used the stairs, even though the majority of areas were open-air. Very close to bus links in either direction, and an easy walk to the dunes. There's a supermarket next door and it's a few mins walk from a few different restaurant/bar areas.

Arguably, the most important thing for a hotel is the quality of sleep guests get. Unfortunately I didn't manage a full night of good quality sleep once, and I was getting fed up towards the end of my stay. Even after a day of hiking up to Pico de las Nieves, and my body being knackered, after a few hours I'd wake up at 2am so uncomfortable in the single bed I was given. I was aware I could have received two singles or a double bed, but seriously I think the hotel needs to have as few single beds as possible - they suck, especially when you're over 6 foot and want to stretch out like me. Honestly, the foam-filled poolside loungers felt comfier than the bed. I waited until I got home and slept in my own bed before I wrote this - I've just slept through the night perfectly. The storage space for clothes/personal items was fine for just me, but if there were two of us in the room then there wasn't enough storage/shelving. On most mornings there were waste/recycling trucks doing their routes and you could hear beeping/bashing and glass smashing anywhere between 5-7am. This may depend where your room is situated, but I was floor 5. If you're a heavy sleeper that can sleep on anything without caring too much, then I wouldn't worry.
