Beliggenheden, morgenmaden, personalets venlighed, roen, stilheden, strandbaren, tæt på dejlig strand, selv om der var lidt for høje bølger for den kvindelige part. Skønt sted.

Prisen på aftensmaden var høj. Prisen på liggestole ved havet var høj. Det er ikke hotellets liggestole, men synes det ville have været godt, hvis der havde været liggestole til hotellets gæster.

A proximidade da praia é fantástica, muito conveniente o aluguer chapéu de sol no bar da praia do hotel e das refeições leves no bar do hotel na praia muito boas. Parking para viatura sempre disponível.

O quarto era muito confortável. Os funcionários são super simpáticos e disponíveis. Localização excelente em frente à praia! O pequeno almoço é muito bom mas pouco variado.

Da localização, proximo do centro e da praia. Os empregado Sr. Paulo o de 50 anos muito simpatico e prestável.

O pequeno almoço era péssimo, sempre a mesma coisa, o bacon muito frito, muita fruta enlatada, não tinham um bolo típico nem o bolo do caco ao pequeno almoço. Hotel muito datado de 4 estrelas que se encontra fora de validade, conforme está afixado à entrada. A validade foi até 25/04/2024. As portas dos quartos tem deixam passar o vento e o barulho era enorme.

Very quiet, clean and tidy gardens, situated right on a beautiful beach. Hotel was a little dated in areas, breakfasts were excellent. Hot evening meals, we felt there could have been more choices, but the salad buffet and desserts were amazing.

There was nothing really we didn’t like, apart from the above.

Most of the visitors are older couples, which makes it more calm than rest of the hotels. The beach is very nearby and it also has decent bar located in the beach. The staff is exceptional.

The complex is old and has seen better days. The breakfast is the same every day and does not have too many choices.

Zutritt im Wellness nicht für Kinder möglich unter 16,auch wenn Bereich leer war.... Sonst war alles bestens wir kommen wieder:)

Wunderschönes, architektonisch interssantes und stilvolles Hotel, eingebettet in die Landschaft. Lichtdurchlässig durch viele Fensterfronten. Herrliche Terrasse vor dem Restaurant mit Blick auf das Meer. Kilometerweiter Sandstrand - nach rechts und links "ablaufbar". Bewachtes Baden direkt vor der Anlage. Bequeme Betten. (PS: Es gab doch einen Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer - entgegen einer anderen Bewertung). Sehr freundliches Personal. Fußläufig sind Restaurants und ein kleiner Supermarkt in Kürze erreichbar. Wir hatten sehr entspannte, ruhige Tage auf Porto Santo. Die Insel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wer wandern mag, hat auch hier Möglichkeiten. Der PR 1 zum Beispiel ist ein sehr schöner, aussichtsreicher Weg.

We visited Porto Santo in March and unfortunately the weather was extremely wet, windy and cold. In fact, the night we arrived on the ferry from Funchal a tornado had ripped through the island and had done quite a lot of damage to trees near the hotel. We were there for 3 days and sadly it was only on our last day that the skies cleared slightly, we were able to sit by the pool and the beach bar and restaurant opened- this beach bar is magic and we were just so sorry it had been closed for most of our stay. The location of this hotel is absolutely exceptional and the 1960's design hotel is lovely in sunny weather. It was somewhat bleak and cold in the windy grey skies but this was exceptional. The staff were all very friendly, the pool is beautiful and the access to the amazing beach is perfect. We had breakfast indoors each day due to poor weather and it was very good.

The mausoleum structure of the Spa and Treatment centre towers over the pool and is very visually very harsh. It needs more planters or features to soften it.

The beach proximity is great. Breakfast selection was wonderful.

Hôtel un peu ancien et simple mais qui est très bien. Accès direct à la plage et proche du centre de Porto Santo. Lit confortable et aménagé avec ce qu'il faut, un peu ancien mais en bon état dans l'ensemble. N'avons pas essayé le SPA.

Le petit déjeuner peut être meilleur et avec plus de choix. Mettre une vrai machine à café. Isoler la chambre car on entend bien le bruit le soir et matin.

Acesso direto à praia. Áreas externas extensas. Usufruir pequeno almoço ao ar livre. Boas condições de higiene. Varanda no quarto. Pequeno almoço excelente com pessoal atencioso e bom atendimento no geral. Gostamos da iniciativa de nos facultar toalha de praia após o check out até o embarque.

Geweldige ligging bij het strand en op prima loopafstand van het centrum. Zeer vriendelijk personeel en het is erg schoon. In de periode dat wij er waren was het ook heerlijk rustig, geen lawaaierige gasten.

Das Frühstück und das Abendbuffet hat uns sehr positiv überrascht. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und sehr bemüht. Die Mitarbeiter untereinander sind wertschätzen und ich finde es sehr schön wenn man das gute Arbeitsklima als Gast mitbekommt.

Das Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und an einigen Ecken besteht Renovierungsbedarf. Unser Zimmer war ziemlich weit entfernt hier überlegt man zweimal ob man alles hat. Auch der Spar Bereich ist extra zum bezahlen.

Tudo perfeito, sobretudo de não terem cedido à pressão para modernizar, atualizar, renovar.

Excelente projeto de arquitetura, que felizmente tem sido poupado a alterações ou renovações. A simpatia e profissionalismo dos funcionários, o pequeno almoço, a ligação direta à praia, a proximidade do centro fazem deste hotel o melhor e mais bonito hotel da ilha.

Es war für mich ein sehr entspannender Aufenthalt im Hotel Porto Santo & Spa. Das Hotel, die Ruhe, die traumhafte Lage direkt am Strand. Ich konnte meinen Urlaub nach meinen Vorstellungen gestalten und doch allen Komfort eines 4 Sterne Hotels genießen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter des Hotels, die hervorragende Reinigung der Hotelzimmer und ein toller Spa Bereich. Das Dinner Buffet war qualitativ hochwertig, mit köstlichen Speisen. Mein Zimmer war frisch renoviert mit sehr bequemen Betten. Nachts war es angenehm ruhig. Sollte es mich mal wieder nach Porto Santo verschlagen, werde ich wieder dieses Hotel buchen. Ein authentischer Ort, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Dankeschön 🙏

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, könnte aber etwas abwechslungsreicher gestaltet werden.

Petit déjeuner buffet très varié et bon dans une salle agréable et terrasse si le temps le permet. Piscine à débordement avec vue sur la mer. Personnel très professionnel. Le spa est assez joli mais bruyant quand les cascades d’eau sont en marche. Massage très agréable.

Prestations et décoration pas au niveau d’un 4 étoiles. Besoin d’un gros rafraîchissement. Transat sur la plage à payer en supplément. Site internet à revoir avec ajout des différents tarifs du spa par exemple et pouvoir réserver en ligne. Paiement en espèces pour le spa !

The whole place was empty I was on my own.

Não fomos informados sobre a tempestade e a possibilidade de cancelamentos de voos e ferrys que já estavam confirmados para o dia do nosso checkout. Considero uma falta de atenção ao turista que não conhece a dinâmica da ilha. Um hotel excelente desse nível deveria estar habituado a informar sobre eventuais adversidades do clima e as dinâmicas de cancelamentos, pois quase comprometeu o restante de nossas férias. De qualquer forma tivemos excelentes dias no hotel. A queixa é apenas a falta de informação sobre o tema acima citado.

Lage direkt am Strand; angenehme Hotelbar direkt am Strand. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Buffet am Abend mit sehr guter Auswahl und Qualität. Aufenthalt außerhalb der Hauptsaison sehr entspannend für Personen im Seniorenalter.

Die Lage ist einmalig, direkter Zugang ans Meer. Der SPA- Bereich ist sehr schön, und großzügig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Angebot resp. Buffet ist abwechslungsreich und reichhaltig.

Die Zimmereinrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Balkonmöbel sind ohne Kissen unbrauchbar. Uns persönlich hat ein Wasserkocher gefehlt. Die Infos beim Check-in waren spärlich.

Chambre pas insonorisé. Beaucoup de bruit de couloir et de portes qui claquent.

La atención del personal, la piscina y la comodidad de la cama. El desayuno era bastante completo y estaba todo muy rico. Tiene un pequeño gimnasio para sus huéspedes.

Se ve que necesita una reforma. Es un hotel antiguo, los muebles, hamacas, sillas, se ven viejitos. No tiene buena insonorización, se escucha cuando la gente pasa por el pasillo. Por suerte cuando estuvimos no habia mucha gente y era tranquilo. No tiene tampoco ascensor, en nuestro caso no lo necesitamos pero si hay alguien con maletas pesadas, silla de rueda o carrito de bebé es incómodo. La bañera también es incómoda, la mampara no aisla muy bien y cae agua. El spa se paga, aunque te hacen un 20% de descuento en la entrada y creo que también en todos sus tratamientos (si te alojas en el hotel).
