Ziemlich dunkel im Zimmer in Erdgeschoss

Gute und ruhiges Zimmer trotz naher Hauptstrasse und des Flughafens. Frühstück sehr reichhaltig. Abendessen sehr gut für einen Tag.

Leider änderte sich die Speisekarte am nächsten Tag nicht. Deshalb war für mich die Auswahl dann etwas eingeschränkt.

W Hotelu spodobało mi się wszystko poza tym, że był spory szum z ulicy przebiegającej tuż obok. Super sprawą był zapewniony transfer na lotnisko, pomimo tego że wyjeżdżaliśmy o 4 rano. Pokoju bardzo czyste i nowoczesne. Dodatkowo w cenie wliczona godzina SPA

Niestety hotel nie był za dobrze wyciszony. Jedzenie w restauracji było słabe. Pizza nie była dobra, a zamówione Kalmary musieliśmy zwrócić bo nie dało się tego zjeść.

We used the hotel airport transport to get to the hotel which worked fine but users must call after the flight lands and bags have been collected then wait for the shuttle to arrive. On leaving we thought we would have to take the shuttle back to then get a bus to town, but the hotel staff let us know there was a bus stop just a very short walk outside the hotel which streamlined our transport to town.

The price was a bit high.

Veel te veel chloor in het water van het zwembad en de Spa! De faciliteiten van de spa waren zeer mager en kwamen niet overeen met het beeld dat de website schetst.

Hotel molto bello, posizionato nelle vicinanze dell’aeroporto di Girona. La camera era pulita e spaziosa, anche la spa e piscina molto belle. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo, sono stati disponibilissimi per gli spostamenti con la navetta

Sehr schöne, geräumigen Zimmer (inkl. Safe), reichhaltiges Frühstück, Spa-Bereich sehr umfangreich. Innenpool, Außenpool. Fitnessraum Handtücher für de Spa-Bereich werden zur Verfügung gestellt rotz Flughafennähe nachts Ruhe Sehr gutes Abendessen, reichliche Auswahl.

Es war alles in Ordnung. Keine Beanstandungen

Inchecken duurde wat lang. er stond een stel voor mij die blijkbaar erg veel tijd nodig had.

Cerca del aeropuerto pero alejado de todo lo demas. De reto todo muy bien, la atencion, la limpieza, las areas del hotel, todo excelente.

Breakfast OK but toasting machine doesn’t work and no crossants when we came down quite late. Juices OK but didnt taste of anything, coffee also little taste, but wide choice of food (less for vegans), choice of fruit but some not very fresh. Good that breakfast open till 11 The property was nice amd people very helpful.

Firstly, getting in touch with the property about any issues was a nightmare. I spent 4 hours on the phone on hold trying to get in touch. I then woke up with bed bug bites the next morning, and I had showered immediately after checking in so it couldn’t have been from elsewhere. I even sent the pictures of the bite marks to booking.com as well as the hotel and despite assuring me that strict action would be taken, they just emailed me with a €10 voucher and said the hotel is not “in agreement” with this. This is ridiculous. At least if the hotel could share a report to say when they had their last inspection or regulatory checks, I would understand how this could be something else. This is NOT a difference of opinion, this is a health hazard. It’s crazy that they think anything less than an apology and a full refund can fix this. I have bite marks all over my body a day after checking out and I sent you pictures of how bad it is. There is a public review of how one of the Salles hotel has had bedbugs before and the booking was made through your platform. How is a €10 voucher going to help me? That is absolutely insensitive. I don’t see myself trusting this hotel or platform again.

We stayed at this hotel for just one night before our flight and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, comfortable and well maintained. Everything looked lovely and we were very impressed. The only difficulty was getting to the hotel at night. We were unable to arrange transport and couldn’t reach the hotel by phone to request the shuttle, so we ended up walking for about 15 minutes. The walk at night didn’t feel particularly safe or comfortable. We later found out that the hotel has a shuttle service that regularly picks up guests, but you need to call the hotel to arrange it. I would recommend organising this in advance. The breakfast was delicious and we really enjoyed it. In the morning, the shuttle took us to the airport — it was very quick and convenient as the airport is very close. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t great and, since we were only staying for one night, we didn’t get a chance to use the jacuzzi or spa area, which was a shame. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again, hopefully for longer next time!

À notre arrivée j'avais oublié la carte d'identité de ma fille. Certes c'était de ma faute mais le patron n'a pas été agréable du tout, on a failli faire demi tour. Je ne parle pas espagnol et une femme de l'accueil s'est bien abstenue à ce moment de dire qu'elle parlait français ce qui n'a pas aidé à la communication. Mon conjoint m'a envoyé la photo de la pièce d'identité du coup nous avons pu quand même profiter de notre séjour et les autres employés ont été vraiment adorables. La femme à l'accueil en question ne nous a pas décroché un sourire tout le temps du séjour contrairement au patron qui lui est devenu sympa par la suite. Lorsque l'on va dans un établissement de ce standing, une certaine sympathie est attendue

Cogimos la opción de cena incluida, pensando que el desayuno iba incluido, pero no, tuvimos que pagar 28 euros aparte.

It’s not that I didn’t like it but for some it might be off putting that the hotel is literally on the side of a very busy road . You can’t walk anywhere from the hotel. Also, it would be nice if the dinner menu changed.

Beds very comfortable, selection of teas in the room, excellent dinner and bottle of red wine although the cheapest on the list. Receptionist spoke good English and arranged the shuttle pickup from the airport.

Didn’t have breakfast as having stayed here before wasn’t over impressed.

Las luces de la zona de piscina en la noche son con sensor de movimiento, no se puede estar mas de 1 min sin tener que quedar a oscuras o moverse. Muy malo eso.

No pude dormir en toda la noche ya que me picaron por todo el cuerpo mosquitos . Fue muy molesto No entiendo que en un hotel de 4 estrellas no se haga fumigacion

La piscina, lo limpio que está todo y que nos dejaron utilizar la piscina antes del check in ya que llegamos bastante pronto.

Algunos del staff de recepción (los más veteranos, muy serios) y el camarero del bar que estando vacio tardo 20 minutos en servir una coca cola y un agua con gas, de ahí que llegué muy justo al check out.

Buenas instalaciones y la zona de piscina se agradece. Habitacion cómoda.

La ubicación es realmente en plena carretera, sin nada alrededor, Si no es en coche no hay ningun sitio a donde ir. El bar tenia poca oferta y no tenian tiempo de prepararte ni un bocadillo porque estaban pendientes de los desayunos que se servian a los clientes que lo tenian contratado.

Very helpful staff - airport shuttle late at night was brilliant. Huge beds and bathroom. Checkout time of 12pm was very helpful when we arrived so late at night with small children.

Buffet options were on a poor side. Only 1 coffee machine hence it's taken a long time to get a coffee.

The hotel had everything for a comfortable and relaxing stay before flying. The room was spacious, a comfortable bed, a small fridge with a selection of drinks and AC. Also a good swimming pool and spa to relax. The staff were friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast has a good selection of food. 😁😁😎

La atención de las señoras de la recepción. Tenía reservado media pensión, cena y desayuno. Pero en la confirmación de reserva solo aparecía cena. Aunque en general en estos hoteles, siempre que hay cena hay también desayuno( media pensión ) escribí un mensaje al hotel para asegurarme. Me contestó una tal Claudia, que efectivamente, al comprobar mi reserva, venía incluido el desayuno, de 7h a 10h. Cuando llegue me dijeron de mala manera que no era así. Que la chica se equivocó etc etc. Pero lo peor fue este mañana: al hacer el Check out, le dije que no estaba conforme y que iba a dar una valoración negativa. Luego pasé del tema y me fui a tomar un café en el bar. En la parte normal, no la del buffet. Estaba esperando el café con el billete en la mano, y llega la señora IMPRESENTABLE de recepción para decirle a la camarera delante de otros clientes: CUIDADO CON LA DE LA HABITACIÓN 20( que soy yo). QUE VA A INTENTAR DESAYUNAR SIN PAGAR !!! Es una VERGÜENZA. FUE ABSOLUTAMENTE HUMILIANTE Y HOSTIL. Inacceptable recibir un trato así. Voy a poner reclamación por daño moral .

L'accès au Spa n'est pas assez réglementé: enfants admis, et clients non informés de l'intérêt du lieu: calme et sérénité !! Le manque de transparence lors de la réservation booking : j'avais sélectionné des hôtels avec Demi pension, finalement ce n'était que le repas du soir dans le tarif...il aurait fallu bien tout relire !

as i am a senior i am not keen on music playing in the swimming pool area . bar closes at 8 so be prepared. I moved to a room at the back of the hotel . less noise .

Locatie op doorreis is perfect, eten in restaurant is prima. Er is een barretje bij het zwembad waar je ook wat eten kan bestellen. Auto kan op bewaakt parkeerterrein gezet worden tegen betaling.

La douche 0 pression j’insiste sur le 0 ceux qui est vraiment désagréable. La clim dans les couloirs était très forte. Au lieu de 14h nous avons eu la chambre à 15h.

We asked reception to order us a taxi, a man in a van showed up. No meter on and he scammed us. 35 euro for a 10 min drive. The spa area was full of children so we were unable to relax. Breakfast was over priced. Area is good for the airport but nothing else really.

Great Hotel minutes away from Girona Airport We stayed here because we were arriving late They have a 24hr shuttle that picked us up from the airport, all we had to do was ring them once we were in baggage reclaim …… just Perfecto The check in was quick, the room was spotlessly clean and the beds very comfortable too Great shower and plenty shower gel, shampoo We had booked breakfast with our stay, ready for a full day of sightseeing in Girona There was plenty of choice for breakfast and I can’t fault it All the staff were kind and helpful especially the lovely gentleman that picked us up from the airport and checked us in too Shame we didn’t have time to use the spa facilities and the pool which looked really inviting

The only thing I would say i didn’t like was you could hear people very clearly in the corridor outside the room

The hotel is nice, the rooms were lovely, for the price they should be nice to be honest. The swimming pool is great we enjoyed it. The spa is a plus.

Most of the staff were friendly, helpful and smiley with the exception of one who seemed to be the manager. (A blond guy in his late 40's) This guy has an interesting way to speak to people, he doesn't seem to listen at all and seems to speak over you in an angry tone. I thought it was just me but he spoke the same way to the rest of the people behind me. Who knows maybe thats just his personality but for the prize I pay my expectations are high! Being friendly is a must working in this industry I think 🤔 We won't be staying there again as this guy spoiled our stay a little bit lol, I like happy cheerful people when I am exploring different countries. Also, people please use the shuffle included with your booking, I saw a few of people waiting for taxis !!! The hotel should promote it too :) Oh and the hats for the spa should be included on the high price of the hotel. 3 euros per hat to enter the spa. Good location before your flight though.

To access the “free spa” we need a mandatory swimming cap and rubber flip flops. That would be better to know in advance. If we wanted to use the spa we needed to buy the items, so we didn’t use it.
