Breakfast was delicious, they had gluten free options. The value was amazing. I'm still talking about that omelette.

Friendly staff and our room location was perfect! Quiet, great size and very nice view. 2 big windows.

Because I haven’t been there in years, I have forgotten the layout from the garage to the hotel and how to get to check in. That’s all.

We had a room with 2 queen beds. Both mattresses were very uncomfortable. Just old and worn. We couldn’t both sleep in the same bed.

The property is centrally located, the restaurant is open later for convenience. The rooms are spacious and extremely clean and the riverside view was nice. The staff is friendly and wonderful, special shoutout to Jack for going above and beyond.

How quiet the room was. Overlooked the river. Close to the venue to the event I was going to. Free parking.

Roaches in the room. Staff telling me that there were no roaches in the room, despite picture evidence of it. Stains in the tub with some sort of residue. When we informed the front desk that there were roaches, they said there weren’t any in the building and offered to send up maintenance. After 20 minutes when we hadn’t heard from anyone I called back again and they said that maintenance was too busy to help us and they were going to send security up. We asked to be moved to a different room as we weren’t comfortable sleeping in a room with bugs and they told us there weren’t any other rooms available and our options were to either stay or leave so we chose to leave. They did give us a refund, but we had to drive home in the middle of the night over an hour away.

where do i begin........the ac wasn't working in our room and it was very uncomfortable, the ice maker on our floor was out of order, and the worst thig was trying to figure out how to get back to our room after walking to and from the waterfront concert venue and couldn't find a soul to help. the place is poorly designed with no entrance from the main road. for the price we paid for the room, i would have hoped for a lot more than a mediocre room

The staff at Hollywood Casino hotel in Bangor was first rate. They provided bag storage and early checkin. They were very professional and kind people. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel price was fair when compared to other hotels in the area but they all are so expensive. Staff was great. Location was great.

I mentioned to a waitress that I think you should change the suggested tips. We eat out a lot and I never see 15% anymore. I think suggestions should be higher.

The accommodations were great. I made a blunder by leaving my valuables in the room safe. I was 4 hrs away when I realized that I left behind. It was a a lot of driving to get them back; however, they are now in my possession.

The casino was clean and fun.

The hotel check-in personnel were unfriendly. The hotel beds were not comfortable. You could feel indents in the bed from long-time use. Carpets were stained badly in room. Was not worth the money spent.

It is a perfect location when going to a concert The gentleman at the front desk was amazing !

The first time we visited our toillet did not work &we had difficulty trying to have someone fix it ,,, we had 4 women ,so it was an issue ! Eventually was remedied after multiple calls , This last visit the room air conditioning was working poorly , the room was hot &stuffy.

The front staff person when we checked in was not friendly, cordial, welcoming, or anything remotely resembling hospitality. Our check out was great with friendly staff. The front staff , when I had to ask a question, were extremely helpful.

Room wasn’t the cleanest. It was clean on the surface but upon taking a closer look we noticed dust around the room! I’m glad we didn’t have any kids with us because I found pieces of CRACK on the carpet as well as in the cracks of the burea! There were stains on the carpet that I scrubbed out myself so I don’t understand why the staff wasn’t able to do that… your welcome😁 when I pulled the night stand out to plug in my phone charger there were fingernail clippings on the carpet! When I used the bathroom in the morning I was disgusted to find that the toilet was plugged up!!! I’m not the type of person to ask for help or face embarrassment so I drove to Walmart and purchased a plunger and got the job done. I don’t understand why there isn’t any plungers in the rooms? On the bright side it was very quiet and we were able to catch up on sleep. We expected to have a better time at Hollywood but found it difficult to understand how the casino process works. We are not big gamblers and found there was a lack of info and assistance In figuring out how to use the machines and tables.

Loved the casino and the vibe most of the staff were friendly! however, I did run into a few staff that seemed very annoyed and like they hated their life that made it very uncomfortable for us who were trying to have a good time

We were there for Husson’s graduation and it was perfect for us since it was across the street.

Misleading information on website. Stated had a shuttle bus to airport, could not call and talk to a person, if sent email would take over 24 hours to reply.

Breakfast was excellent. The price was well below what I expected to pay at a casino resort. Service was fast, staff excellent! Entire experience was absolutely wonderful.

Only problem I had was finding my way around. There was only one “you are here” kiosk that I saw and in such a large place more would be helpful.

When I step into a motel/hotel room the first thing i check is the inside of the windows and the floor behind the bathroom door. When those 2 places are clean the room is usually clean. And both were spotless!
