Great hotel in fantastic location. Breakfast buffet is up on the 50th floor with great views. We celebrated an anniversary and received a room upgrade and a delicious cake from the hotel - what a nice surprise!

Breakfast was brilliant. Excellent hotel for Vegetarians as they have good selection of veg food. Rooms were bog and comfy. The bed was not comfortable for some reason. Every thing else was just perfect.

From the moment we arrived at Swissotel Foshan, the experience was amazing. Fantastic customer service from every single staff member we encountered. Beautiful, spacious room with a huge king-size comfortable bed, large bathroom and the amazing view of the city from the 46th floor was a bonus! We would like to thank the entire team for making us feel so comfortable! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Foshan.

My first time in china but I have the amazing customer service here at swissotel foshan reception and the keaners are also polite....i like the vaireties of breakfast here....very ckean and generous...i like the customized vanity kits...food is very good and the space of the room is very big...value for money

The room was smelly. Withh so much perfume smell left by previous occupants. Got to complement the ground counter manager to change to a room without any middle east who stayed. Hope to come back and hope to avoid same situation

Spacious room. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Pleasant hot baths at spa. Rooms are dark and quiet at night. No noise in corridors.

You must wear a swimming cap in the pool but they don’t sell them at the hotel. Arrive with a swimming cap if you plan to use the pool.

No entertainment in the Hotel, Bar closed, no announcement. For an international hotel, the English is very poor. Bed was very hard and everything a little outdated.

Кондиционер не работает нормально. В лифте нету кондиционера сотрудники очень грубо относиться по Booking другой цены там на место помогай другой цены. Завтрак вообще невозможно кушать нету там ничего все по рецепту.

Très mauvaise expérience. Franchement, je ne comprends pas les précédents commentaires ni comment cet hôtel peut être considéré comme un vrai 5 étoiles. J’ai l’habitude de séjourner dans des hôtels haut de gamme, mais ici, c’est la première fois que je suis aussi déçu. L’hôtel est vétuste, le mobilier est vieux et donne une impression générale de saleté. La chambre n’était pas confortable du tout, avec des lits extrêmement durs. Plusieurs endroits semblaient mal entretenus et franchement peu propres. En lisant d’autres avis après mon séjour, j’ai vu que beaucoup de clients se plaignaient également de la propreté, donc je ne suis visiblement pas le seul à avoir eu cette impression. Pour un établissement affiché comme un 5 étoiles, c’est honteux. Très mauvaise expérience, je ne reviendrai pas.

Room and the location was very pleasant. But the Breakfast !!!! I stayed there 8 nights. i had 8 breakfast. Every day SAME MENU. I got fade up with same menu. I noted this to the desk.

I didnt like it at all. The bed is like sleeping on rock. The gym equipment is very old. I almost fell due to the treadmill being not serviced. The elevators I had to change elevators half way in order to reach my floor.

Yatak Hilton’ dan daha konforsuz, Bizden önceki misafirin çöpleri (tuvalet kağıtları vs, ne olduğu belirsiz pis şeyler) odadaydı. Telafi etmek için ikramlarda bulunmaları iyiydi. 3 kişilik akşam yemeği rezervasyonu ücretsiz hediye ettiler. Birde karmaşık bir odaya ulaşma sistemi var. Önce bir asansörle 36. kata çıkıp asansör değişimi yapılması gerekiyor oradan odana geçiyorsun. Kahvaltıda peynir neredeyse hiç yok.

Staff was attentive. It’s a short walk to the Xintiandi Foshan area which is nice.

The lifts are a pain as you always need to change on the 36th floor. It can Take 10 mins to get from your room to the street.

Chambre très confortable. Emplacement pratique, pas loin du centre de Foshan et près d'une ligne de métro pratique pour aller à Guangzhou. Petit déjeuner à la chinoise ou à l'occidentale, bon même sans produit cher. Salle de sport bien équipée et où, chose rares, il ne fait pas trop chaud grâce à une clim adaptée.

Les ascenseurs ! Que de temps perdu en raison de ce système où il n'y a souvent qu'un seul ascenseur disponible pour le 36e étage, et il faut ensuite en attendre un autre. Tout cela alors que, dans le couloir suivant, d'autres ascenseurs fonctionnent bien, mais sont inaccessibles pour les clients de l'hôtel.

Staff is very good . Leo/ Ella/ rose and backy and driver for van is extremely helpful to me. Mostly all staff.

Need to upgrade hotel little more now as 5 star . As per age . Or all Is good .
