1. Great location. Across the street, there was the/a new bus terminal for the shuttles to Macao bus hub, Hong Kong international airport/other major roads, and attractions in HK. Bus stops were within a one/two-minute walk from the property. 2. Kitchen facilities. We brought our own utensils and cooked our own meals during the stay. (It says, travellers could rent utensils from the property.) 3. There was a supermarket in the building's basement, very convenient. 4. There was a small washing machine on the balcony. (There was no such washer in our last stay... We stayed in a different room than last time) 5. We did not ask for cleaning every day. (even though this service was provided). But the cleaning lady was really nice. She put water bottles, indoor sleepers, tissues, or toilet paper rolls in a garbage bag and placed them outside our room, in case we needed these supplies.

1. There was a sewer smell in the bathroom, just like during my stay three years ago. (but less severe than last stay) 2. There were no screens on the sliding doors, so mosquitoes could easily get into the room. 3. The room's internet was not good. The property helped to find a technician, who came/failed to make the internet work. Then, we talked to the property again, and they were willing to assign a senior technician to come fix. But then, this technician failed to arrive on time, and we waited for more than 30 minutes, and then we did not wait any longer. 4. We needed grounded sockets, but the sockets/outlets inside the room were 2-prong outlets/ungrounded outlets only. 5. One burner in the kitchen's oven top failed to work properly. (There were 2 burners in this type of oven top.)

For this price, it’s good. It’s not fancy, but location is really very nice and also it’s spacious in comparison with regular hotel rooms.

It’s quite old, A/C needs cleaning, but to be honest for this little price, it’s completely fine!

Only the location was good, near to everything.

Staff members not too nice, the room didn’t have good noise isolation, we could hear the neighbors and laundry area all night. The bathroom had a putrid sewerage smell. The room was too humid and the AC way too strong and impossible to fix.

Good property

Kitchen utensils was not available after booking the kitchenware room, staff asked extra pay to buy utensils. Room has policy to rent appliances but it wasn’t operational. Staffs not very cooperative

冲凉房的水会流到漱洗间，我们很不习惯厕所地湿湿的。 整体来说，房间是比较旧，但价格便宜，所以我们也不能要求太高吧。

地點位置方便得沒投訴; 床舖舒適

衛生方面須大大改善, 包括從毛巾以至到廁所渠道的氣味; 廁所的霉菌, 一看很惡心

陽台門鎖是壞的 笫二天住宿門禁失效連wifi也被關閉了！！！

Central location good value

Very much in the location I needed to be. Clean large rooms with all the amenities I needed. Good value

The balcony door couldn’t lock. The wifi didn’t work and they said they would send someone to help but they never showed up?!?

Location is really good! Zumiao station is just outside the apartment. With 7-11 next to it, a shopping mall right opposite it and a building with lots of food choices and a supermarket next to the apartment as well. It is clean and there’s no smell in the bedroom.

Building is just a little old. And needs to wait a little while for hot water to come through.

Местоположение отличное, метро близко, вокруг много кафе и магазинов. Есть автобус во время Кантонской выставки. Очень приветливый персонал. Хорошие завтраки. На ресепшене всегда помогут.

The stay was worth the price and the location is very convenient. The front desk staff were helpful and accommodating — we were even able to get a refund for the last two days when we decided to leave early. There are washing machines available on the 17th floor, and you can request an iron from the front desk. Light housekeeping is done daily. Note that there are no kitchen utensils provided in the room.

The facilities are quite basic, similar to typical budget apartments in southern China, so don’t expect too much. No kitchen utensils provided in the room.

The breakfast area was decent and clean, but there was an unpleasant smell. In the 21st century, guests expect a wider variety and better quality of food. I was staying two nights and second morning went out to have my breakfast

The bathroom had a constant sewage smell that should be addressed.

Отличное расположение, возле метро Zumiao, выход В. Завтраки хорошие . Дружелюбный персонал. Автобус до Кантонской выставки и обратно - очень удобно. Спасибо персоналу за внимательное отношение. Вокруг много еды и магазинов, есть большой супермаркет. Очень вкусный кофе.

It perfect location , have subway station 2 min walking , also bus office ticket to Hong Kong airport just 5 min walking , very active area shopping , bed and pillow is very comfortable Only one problem face is the electric socket at room is not universal

Breakfast is charged ine day with 35 RMB/person then in another day it is 28 RMB , I do not know why

They never changed my bedsheets and towels for 5 days. They never clean the room cups you have used. You have to clean them yourself.

No drop off point. My driver tried to ask but was rudely cut off. Called again but did not pick up. When I was at the counter, a couple was smoking and when I asked the check in staff I thought lobby no smoking and he rebutted saying he did not see it!

Kitchen did not have any kitchen accessories and u need induction pan of your own and being an international its so hard to explain everything to the customer service

This vintage Chinese buildings put in pipes in a way that causes the bathrooms to always smell. Just keeping the bathroom door closed made this a minor issue. Also, even thought there was a kitchen, etc. there weren't any utensils or pots of any kind, nor even an easy way to clean things.

Very convenient location very a lot of tourist attractions nearby and it is right above the metro station. There was free laundry on the 17th floor. Very spacious and comfortable rooms.

Housekeeping came at different times every day, sometimes in the morning sometimes in the evenings and can interrupt our rest. Activities in the square downstairs can be a little loud.

excellent location, we can eat or drink any time of the day. Near subway to Guanhzhou. Room is clean, spacious n quiet. We will definitely stay in this hotel next time. The hotel rate is good too Rmb 255 per night. Servicev is friendly n efficient.
