L’accueil froid à la réception. L’accueil pas trop sympa au souper. Dommage pour notre deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel. Le lit pas confortable du tout.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Die Lage macht das Hotel einzigartig. Direkt am großen Strand mit tollem Blick auf das Meer. Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen und nicht mehr komfortabel. Essen sowohl Abends als auch zum Frühstück war sehr gut.

Lack of spa even though advertised, sons room Had toilet paper stuffed in his window frame, no toilet brushes in bathroom, no toiletries, constantly had to ask for tea strainer for loose leaf tea, always delivered black pudding when I asked for white, quite expensive considering no spa etc, also internet was terrible and no smart tv, so very limited number of channels. Overall though the staff and food made our stay enjoyable and we will be back

The room was very stuffy and the hotel was quite noisy. With no air conditioning and the windows open as wide as possible (not enough) , then noise from the bar, restaurant and beach filtered in through the night - right into the middle of the night.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026Das Ambiente, die Tatsache das serviert wurde, deshalb kein Stau am Buffet. Am Frühstückstisch sitzen mit freiem Blick auf diese wunderbare Bucht, was will man mehr. Wir haben alle 3 Abende im Hotelrestaurant gegessen, das war jedesmal hervorragend.
Uns hat alles gefallen, nichts was hätte besser sein müssen.

The only thing I'd say is possibly get some new towels. Those in our bathroom were a little rough and frayed but clean.

Very fortunate with thexweather so sat out to watch sunset on verandah 2nd floor. We liked the quirky style of the hotel. If you like grey/ ultra modern, zero history, not for you, but loved the poetry book in room, the sitting areas, but really this hotel is about location!

It’s not clean, very poor hygiene. The hotel smalls a bit damp all over. We had a ripped duvet on arrival. The tv wall mount had about 2 years on dust on it. The whole place smells of damp. I had to extinguish the cigarette box in the smoking area, it was on fire.

Reception staff on arrival not particularly pleasant. Although room seemed clean, was quite dusty and a bit tired furniture wise. I appreciate furniture ur old, but quite tatty and could do little touch up. I think because of price a complimentary bottle of water would have been nice.

Hotel was tired, would not have called it luxurious. Bedroom furniture old and mismatched ,coffee/tea rings and water stains on bedside tables.Limescale stains on taps and shower head in bathroom, shower head need fixing. If luxurious then there should have been a cable duct over the wires going up the wall to the tv. No water in the room and no little biscuits with the tea making facilities. Wall beneath the window needed painted, marks on the wall.. had the wow factor with the view but that was all.

La vue depuis notre chambre était à couper le souffle, on ne se lasse pas du lever et du coucher du soleil sur l'océan. L'accueil a été chaleureux par une équipe à la fois professionnelle et discrète. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Restauration de qualité dans une salle à manger qui donne directement sur la mer. Parking à disposition. Et la plage au pied de l'hôtel. Partir a été compliqué !
l'hôtel est certes un peu vieillissant, mais ça fait également son charme. Cela ne retire rien au confort général, qui est tout à fait au niveau.
