The furniture is outdated and in need of refurbishment. The dining room staff were unfortunately far from service-oriented and did not provide the level of hospitality one would expect. The housekeeping staff also seemed poorly trained, and the standard of room cleaning was well below expectations.

Le site est magnifique. L’hôtel est splendide avec sa piscine lagon. Le golf de 18 trous est très beau. Le restaurant est très bon. Tout le personnel est très agréable et serviable. L’hôtel est vraiment au pied de l’Etna que l’on peut voir fumer.

Ce n’est pas vraiment une critique mais pour un hôtel de ce standing il n’y avait personne qui parlait français sauf une serveuse au restaurant mais son français était très limité.

Les massages étaient très bons même si très cher

Hyper impersonnel, musique rock à fond autour de la pisicine, la personne de l’accueil a regardé ma femme galerer avec deux valises et un sac sans l’aider. Hotel spa mais il faut réserver le spa pour y accéder (20 places max). Netflix qui ne fonctionne pas dans la chambre.

Esperienza davvero fantastica. La cosa che ci ha colpito di più è sicuramente la location: l’hotel è immerso nel verde, circondato dal bellissimo campo da golf e con l’Etna proprio alle spalle a fare da cornice. Un paesaggio davvero suggestivo. Molto belle anche le piscine, soprattutto quella principale, che con le sue forme e il verde circostante dà quasi l’impressione di essere un piccolo lago naturale. Un ambiente perfetto per rilassarsi. Ci siamo trovati molto bene anche con i servizi dell’hotel e con l’atmosfera generale della struttura. Abbiamo visitato anche la SPA, che purtroppo questa volta non abbiamo avuto modo di provare: sarà sicuramente un ottimo motivo per tornare e completare l’esperienza!

L’unico inconveniente è avvenuto durante la notte. In concomitanza con il nostro soggiorno era presente un gruppo numeroso per un convegno o corso di formazione e, intorno alle due di notte, alcune persone si sono fermate nel corridoio proprio davanti alla nostra camera a parlare, ridere e scherzare piuttosto rumorosamente per circa 15-20 minuti. Abbiamo segnalato la situazione alla reception, che è intervenuta prontamente: nel giro di circa cinque minuti è tornato il silenzio. Per questo non ci sentiamo di attribuire la responsabilità all’hotel, che anzi ha gestito bene la segnalazione. Si è trattato principalmente di un comportamento poco rispettoso da parte di alcuni ospiti.

That spa is excluded and you need to pay for almost everything additionally. Even when we would have included the spa it is only restricted up to 90 minutes.

Rooms newly refurbished, concierge very helpful. Gym open 24/7 was good. Most of the staff were brilliant. Good value driving range - worth doing even if you’re only a novice (you need to know the basics to use the driving range).

One member of staff wasn’t great with customer service. And they ran out of balls at the golf range (you would have thought they’d be able to monitor levels better and restock without having to be asked). It was also a shame the main restaurant didn’t open later, and the bar / cafe didn’t serve all day. Would have been nice to have had the option of tea/coffee/ drinks and snacks in the hotel bar in the afternoon. And the lunch offerings at the pool bar need improving. But overall it was a good hotel and we enjoyed our stay.

We like the service. The people. The food. The bar tebder Franchesco and all staff from the front desk. Also, the room was amazing and comfterable. And the view of the volcano was wonderful.

La nuova piscina è bella e confortevole e le stanze rinnovate comode e complete. Colazione fantastica.

Per quanto riguarda i servizi alberghieri nulla da dire. Abbiamo cenato nella pizzeria dell’albergo: pizze buone ma non eccezionali, ma il servizio è stato lento e un po’ disorganizzato (eravamo una decina di persone e le pizze non sono arrivate tutte insieme, come se avessero dimenticato di farne alcune). Unica nota negativa di un breve ma piacevolissimo soggiorno.

Picciolo Etna Resort si conferma di alta qualità relativamente ai servizi offerti, all’organizzazione e al comfort. Struttura d’eccellenza curata nei minimi particolari, accogliente e funzionale, dove potersi godere momenti di relax immersi in una rigogliosa vegetazione guardando i crateri sommitali dell’Etna. Per noi era il terzo soggiorno, e sicuramente ci torneremo ancora.

The hotel itself is good and has nice facilities. The rooms were comfortable, and overall the property is well maintained. We enjoyed our stay, but the experience was overshadowed by the number of additional charges.

The constant upselling and extra fees made the stay much less enjoyable. Spa access was not included with our Booking.com reservation and cost €40 per person per day. At check in, we were immediately offered a paid room upgrade that included spa access, making it feel almost necessary if you wanted to use the spa. There were also extra charges for late checkout (€20 per hour), fried or sunny side up eggs at breakfast (€3), premium pool sunbeds and cabanas, and all minibar items. While individual fees may be understandable, the overall experience felt focused on selling extras rather than hospitality.

Sejurul nostru la Picciolo Etna Golf Resort & Spa a fost excelent. Locația este superbă, la poalele vulcanului Etna, într-o adevărată oază de liniște. Resortul este foarte frumos și spațios, înconjurat de natură, cu piscine curate, camere îngrijite și o mâncare extraordinară. Pentru cei care își doresc o vacanță relaxantă, în care să se bucure de toate facilitățile fără să părăsească resortul, este alegerea ideală.

Singurul aspect care ne-a dezamăgit a fost faptul că, la începutul sejurului, s-a insistat destul de mult pe diverse upgrade-uri și oferte contra cost. Cât timp au crezut că am putea cumpăra servicii suplimentare, personalul a fost extrem de amabil, însă după ce am refuzat, atitudinea s-a schimbat vizibil. Am observat aceeași abordare și în alte locuri din zonă, inclusiv la închirierea mașinii, unde se încerca permanent vânzarea unor servicii suplimentare.

A hotel of this calibre should have a better client satisfaction policy to technical inconveniences. We had a bad leak in our bathroom which was technically sorted but lacked the proper management from the reception staff. Offering us two bottles of water on our way out was a poor handling of the situation.

Lo único que disfrute fue la cómoda cama. Estando en una zona de viñedos y zona montañosa, el desayuno lo sirven en una baja donde no se puede apreciar las vistas.

Los servicios y utilidades deberían revisarse antes que los clientes lleguen, así ahorrar la llamada a recepción porque el televisor no funciona, en otros lugares pagando menos de la mitad de precio nos dieron incluso hasta un cepillo de dientes y pasta dental pequeños. Si reservaste por booking tendrás habitación sin vistas al viñedo o montaña. Los trabajadores podrían tener mejor trato, estuvieron haciendo mantenimiento y pusieron una escalera justo afuera de nuestra habitación.

Our recent stay at the Hilton near Etna was nothing short of exceptional. The room exceeded expectations in every way - spacious, beautifully designed, and with a super‑comfy bed that made the whole experience feel closer to a six‑star stay. The outdoor pools, gardens, and the unforgettable views of the volcano created a setting that felt both luxurious and unique. It was incredibly easy to relax, unwind, and even chat with other guests around the bar and pool - the atmosphere was that welcoming. Dinner was a highlight in its own right. The quality, presentation, and flavours were so refined that the meal genuinely felt worthy of a Michelin star. I had the pleasure of meeting Rachelle and Salvatore, whose excellent customer service elevated the entire dining experience. The front‑of‑house team were equally impressive - warm, professional, and everything you’d expect from a hotel of this calibre. This is, without hesitation, the best Hilton I’ve ever stayed at, and I would recommend it to others in a heartbeat. If you’re looking for a stay that blends luxury, comfort, and unforgettable scenery, this hotel delivers on every level.

Breakfast was wonderful. Spent 1/2 day in the spa and it was fantastic. The staff was wonderful to work with.

One small request would be to open the pizza restaurant for lunch and not just dinner as the pizza was delicious and we wanted more :)

Tutto, personale Gentile camere pulite ed ordinate, e’ stato un piacevole soggiorno. Avendo pagato un extra per il cane, sarebbe stato carino che all’interno della camera avremmo trovato almeno una ciotola come vi è avvento in altre strutture !

Va bene tutto però se posso consigliare quello che manca e’ un “campo da padel” e/ o tennis

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit Blick auf den Ätna, das nicht so groß ist und sich sehr schön in die Umgebung einfügt. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und wir haben uns willkommen gefühlt. Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung und schöner Aussicht. Alles war sehr sauber. Der Golfplatz hat mir auch sehr gut gefallen, auch, wenn er nicht ganz einfach ist. der Zustand war für diese Jahreszeit sehr gut.

Hier gibt es eigentlich nichts zu sagen, wenn dann nur eine kleine Anmerkung, die in keiner Weise negativ zu verstehen ist. Wir hätten usn über ein frisches Wasser täglich gefreut, gab es nur auf Nachfrage.

Resort lussuoso immerso nella vegetazione delle pendici dell'Etna, in un contesto elegante e ricercato. Vista mozzafiato di sua Maestà "Iddu" innevata. Piscine, SPA, golf club, due ristoranti, parcheggio immenso. Camere lussuose e spaziose dotate di ogni comfort. Personale gentilissimo. Colazione super, grande scelta di dolci e torte fresche tipiche. Prezzo adeguato al livello della struttura.

Allein der Empfang durch einen Mitarbeiter an dem Tresen als Booking- Kunde war kurzfristig etwas unangemessen: „SPA- Bereich nicht unbegriffen ?.“ das wurde allerdings von dem restlichen Personal in den kommenden Wochen mehr als wettgemacht.
