Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Los Angeles Airport Hawthorne by IHG

The beds are so comfy-the sheets and mattresses. The whole room was immaculate.

Parking was a little odd, but it worked out.

Habitacion bastante amplia y comoda.

Great customer service and clean environment

The parking structure is located on the side of the hotel and had to walk a small distance with all our belongings and still had to pay for parking

How polite the staff was and clean the rooms were

Ottima struttura vicino all’aeroporto.

The room was really clean. There were good options for breakfast. This hotel is close to the You Tube Theater, Sofi, and Intuit Dome.

Everything was great!

I liked that it was smoke free.

There was construction around it

Enjoyed the breakfast and the room

Muy limpio

No pudieron en el cuarto lo que pedí

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was ghetto. Our room was on the fourth floor. The hallway reeked of marijuana and the room smelled like mildew.

Professionalism

Friendly staff, good breakfast, good coffee, excellent bed, very clean room. Perfect.

Everything was good.

Clean hotel and room

Clean and a nice breakfast

Expensive

Location close to the airport and to SoFi stadium.

Some furniture is not amended or refurbished after previous damage by other guests which is not pleasant for guests.

Breakfast is great.

Hoping for the accessible roll in shower for wheelchair bound individual

Cleanliness, breakfast and location, close to airport.

Value for money.

Limpieza y ubicación

La ubicación.

Todo.ok

Breakfast cleanliness. Compared to 5 others during the week it was the best. 10/10. Said breakfast included and it was a very good one. Not just toast!

Very clean and comfortable. Rooms were modern and well appointed. Hawthorne is a bit rough around the edges. But access to LA is great, and the hotel staff and the rooms were awesome. I would stay here again if I was in the area!

Very nice staff

Bed and room was very comfortable. Check in was fast. Check out was fast. Breakfast was very tasty. Loved the cinnamon rolls. It was quiet.

Didn't like the parking garage. There was no elevator and carrying my luggage up the stairs was difficult. Didn't find many places to eat in the area.

Room was clean

Breakfast ran out

The staff is extremely friendly. The facility is immaculate

No complaints

The location is good. Close to the airport.

The staff are not friendly. When we were in the room I called them using the phone in the room and ask for the wifi password they told me they can't give it, we need to come to the front desk so they can give it because they can't give it on the phone. Then when we ask for towels because the towels in the bathroom is not enough they told us to come to the front desk. Everything you ask they will tell you to come to the front desk. The breakfast food is not the same as the other Holiday Inn that we stayed at before. They only have 4 choices and they don't refill the food. You need to wait. The room is too bright at night from the light outside. Not enough cover in the window. Definitely we're not coming back.

Great location! Easy access to Kia Forum

I liked that it was very clean, cleaned every day, changed sheets and towels, and breakfast was included in the price.

The only downside was that there was no wifi and no YouTube for kids on the TV.

The cleanness and the service!!!

Loved everything

Convenient location while we were there for an event

Shouldn’t have to pay to park in your garage…theres not enough street parking…dining room was too small…too many people and no where to sit….room furniture cheap…no back on the couch…closet was not built in and stuck out too far, ran into it and hit my head in the dark at 2am from the bathroom back to bed

Hotel was clean comfortable bed. Nice amenities. Breakfast was ok

The area did not feel safe.street were dirty

Yes.

the room space and freedom to move. near stores

AC and heater had broke and no rooms available so manager gave us a 30% refund and was very nice and helpful.

Close by to a lot of stores, food places and market

The room we were in was next to the laundry room and we felt the washing machine going. We thought it was an earthquake at first but we realized it was the washing machine going.

I hated it from the time I pulled up

I hated it from the time I pulled up horrible customer service horrible area just ghetto

Never made it to the front door had people outside the parking selling crack Bad neighbor unsafe for me and my family I called booking @com and complain about area I will never go there again very disappointed

I checked in very late at night and even though it was super late (11:30pm) the Front Desk Agent was so helpful and kind. I was so exhausted from a long drive from Las Vegas and he was so positive and helpful with all the information I needed at check in. Free breakfast was a huge plus as well!

Just the parking area made it a lil scary for me.

Kamer was choon.

Ontbijt was compleet, echter plastic bestek en bordjes

The staff was very nice!! Breakfast was excellent!

Price location

Extra fees and parking charge

How clean and neat it is I try others butyour hotel the best know bad smell I am a clean person anyway and very comfortable thank you for asking

The day I came to my room and it was not clean I leave for work by 730am until 8pm or later and your staff seen a little races and rude but I still like the hotel I think you should speak to them how to treat all people the same

Front desk was very helpful in getting one of our guests a breakfast to go due to her having an earlier flight.
