Power points in kitchen in apartment didn’t work and still didn’t work when staff advised. Bath in bathroom was large but difficult to get in and out - worried about slipping.

O colchão era extremamente desconfortável.

O espaço exterior, a piscina exterior, sauna, jacuzi e piscina interior. O restaurante serve boas refeições, o pequeno almoço com muita variedade. A suíte com uma excelente área. Atendimento, pessoas simpáticas e atenciosas.

O colchão do sofá cama. O exterior também precisa alguma manutenção a nível de metais e madeiras

Le mobilier est vieillissant ( transat déchiré inutilisable, matelas dans une chambre complètement usé et inconfortable, porte de cuisine cassée….) Le petit déjeuner n’est pas d’une grande qualité, il y a beaucoup de bruit pas très agréable. Le ménage fait soit disant tous les jours reste très très léger

Dit is echt een fantastisch resort met prachtige accommodaties en alle voorzieningen die je je maar kunt wensen. Het personeel is ontzettend behulpzaam en gastvrij. Een mooi voorbeeld daarvan is dat je hier zelfs je elektrische auto gratis kunt opladen. Wat een geweldige service. Wij komen hier zeker nog eens terug!

It would benefit from a small shop on site to get basics as a 15 minute walk to a local shop or a need to drive The bar/ restaurant area could be improved to be more inviting as did have a slight business meeting room vibe

Lo amplio de la suite y que tuviera nevera y lavadora

Nos hicieron esperar mucho para entrar, el aire acondicionado no funcionó bien y la casa tenía hormigas

Nos hospedamos no Monte Santo pela segunda vez e se trata de um sítio muito bom para descansar, funcionários muito prestativos e estrutura em geral muito boa. Possui estacionamento gratuito e possibilidade de carregamento de carro elétrico sem custo adicional. A casa que reservamos era muito ampla e bem equipada.

A manutenção da casa e de algumas partes das áreas comuns merecem maior cuidado. Inicialmente fomos alocados em uma casa tomada por infiltrações na parede e nas casas de banho e ao entrar em contato com a recepção nos trocaram para outra em melhor estado mas também com infiltrações na parede. Alguns itens das áreas comuns como guarda sol se encontravam rotos. O pequeno almoço poderia ser melhor, possui uma variedade razoável mas nada além disso. Os fatores acima não me fariam deixar de me hospedar no Monte Santo porem para um resort classificado como 5 estrelas e com tarifas condizentes com essa classificação poderia ter uma maior atenção a detalhes.

Gostei do tamanho da suíte.

Num hotel deste nível, não haver uma fruta, por exemplo para a recepção dos hóspedes. As almofadas da cama são excessivamente grandes, não são confortáveis, acolhedoras. Os lençóis também deixam a desejar. No wc não existir um creme corporal, apenas shampoo e sabonete de mãos.

Das Appartement war o.k. Leider gab es in einem Zimmer eine Ameiseninvasion. Süden halt.

Holzboden am Pool mit erheblicher Verletzungsgefahr. Restaurant ohne funktionierende Klimaanlage. Im Hochsommer!

Excelente Resort. Tranquilo. Fizeram um upgrade para uma moradia. Muito boa. Excelente insonorização. O pequeno almoço é mesmo TOP, com bastante qualidade nos produtos. Bastantes funcionários, sempre disponíveis. A reposição não chega a ser tema. Os funcionários estão sempre atentos! Muito bom. Boas piscinas. A piscina grande é mesmo grande ! Não falta espaço. A piscina interior é também muito boa.

Muitas bolas na piscina grande (por parte dos hóspedes). Acaba por ser incomodativo.

Mooie grote appartemeneten. Het eten is er best ok, de BBQ is een aanrader hoewel erg duur. Personeel in het resto is wat onhandig maar zeer vriendelijk. Er is een bar aan het zwembad

0 onderhoud. Overal verf die loslaat, tuinstoelen die vesleten zijn, de bruggen over het zwembad die je op alle foto's zult zien zijn afgesloten omdat ze op elk moment kunnen instorten. Ook bruggen in het resort die je nodig hebt om overal naartoe te wandellen zijn rot. Sauna en bubbelbad waren defect. Het hele resort is "has-been" en onderhoud is er gewoon niet. Prijs kwaliteit voel ik met wat onrecht aangedaan aangezien ik betaal voor 5 sterren maar er maar 3-4 kreeg. Sommige bedden zijn onbeslaapbaar door slechte, heel slechte matrassen (je kan de metalen veren tellen als je ligt). Heel veel losse tegels rond het zwembad. De airco werkt maar half

A simpatia dos funcionários, a qualidade dos apartamentos em si. A qualidade de todos os materiais é notória. As várias piscinas, que proporcionam uma zona mais infantil para quem tem crianças e uma zona mais reservada para quem quer descansar. Recomendo mesmo muito e vou voltar brevemente.

O espaço geral é agradável e pacato, permite o descanso desejado, as praias também ficam perto. O pequeno almoço é bom e variado. O staff simpático e prestativo.

Detetamos à chegada algumas questões de falta limpeza na casa de banho e o congelador não funcionava corretamente.

We liked the apartment and restaurant. That was about all.we used. Did like the choice of pools, though we didn't really have the time to use them. Liked the central location of Carvoeiro.

The refrigerator really needs an ice machine. And it was a little far from downtown, especially on the way back which is pretty much all uphill. And didn't realize the amount of children that would be there. The shower in the second bathroom leaked.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, sehr schön angelegt, große Pools, auch für Kinder geeignet.

Es sollte auf jedenfalls sehr deutlich geschrieben werden, dass das Hotel eigentlich ein Familienhotel ist, das ist auch ok, aber ich ( wir ) finden es gut, das in der Hotelbeschreibing zu erwähnen und nicht,dass der Gast es selber herausfinden muss. Das Essen ist nicht abwechslungsreich, vor allem zum Frühstück. Es ist nach meinem Empfinden kein 5* Hotel, allenfalls 3* Aber, vielleicht gelten im Ausland( speziell Portugal andere Leistungen dafür). Bitte um kurze Erklärung.

We had a wonderful experience at Santo Monte. It was a last-minute find for us after our original hotel was cancelled by the property just an hour before check-in. We found Santo Monte through Booking.com recommendations, and it turned out to be the best discovery. From the moment we arrived, José gave us a fantastic introduction to the resort—informative, warm, and very professional. He made us feel immediately welcome and ensured we had everything we needed to settle in comfortably. The accommodation options were great for our family of five, giving us the space and comfort we needed throughout our stay. The restaurant staff were also very helpful on our last day, assisting us with refilling water and making our departure smooth and hassle-free. It made everything an easy and pleasant exit. Overall, the service at Santo Monte was excellent, but José truly stood out for his attentiveness and knowledge. His introduction set the tone for a smooth and enjoyable stay, and we really appreciated his thoughtful approach. A highly recommended stay for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and attentive service.

Very clean, and staff was very polite. The resort is well-kept and so was the interior.

The gym could be bigger. And at the time of my stay the hot tub was out of order.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Die Wohnung war riesen gross und wir hatten noch einen grossen Sitzplatz dazu. Die Anlage ist sehr gross/gemütlich. Wir waren mit einem Auto unterwegs, es gab PP in der Nähe des Zimmers, es gab einen Innen- und Aussenpool (leider nicht beheizt). Es gab eine Art Bar beim Aussenpool und ein feines Restaurant (etwas überteuert). Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Es gab noch ein Miniclub für die Kinder, das könnte man auch etwas hübscher gestalten- sehr chaotisch aber den Kids hat es gefallen, mal zu malen oder auf dem Spielplatz zu sein.

Es ist kein 5 Sterne, es ist sehr geläufig und hat alles was man in den Ferien braucht, aber man sieht schon das es ein älteres Hotel ist.

Room was great, clean and comfortable. Having washing machine there was a great bonus, as well as full kitchen ( although we didn't use it ) Service was friendly. Location was pretty good if you have car, otherwise it would be difficult without the car. Breakfast was ok. I would not say it was great but reasonable.

Resort is excellent for families with young kids, but since we were not travelling with kids we found it a bit too noisy and pools were too crowded with children. Food in the restaurant was very average. We would recommend eat elsewhere in the town as restaurant at the resort has very boring menu . No tea provided in the room, which we found very unusual. Also only 2 coffee capsules provided on arrival and never replaced in 4 days of staying despite us obviously drinking coffee ...not what you expect from 5 star resort.

Não tomamos pequeno almoço, mas usufruímos da piscina interior e da sauna que são excelentes. Os jardins e as piscinas estão impecáveis e são muito agradáveis. Sofás e cama excelentes!

A cozinha era excelente , com todas as comodidades, mas nem o café, nem o chá estavam disponíveis gratuitamente e não havia creme de corpo, ou mãos na cas ade banho assim como também não existia amaciadoe de cabelo.

Improvements to pool and grounds

Wooden walkways need replacing. Damp issue in apartment. Patio Furniture needs replacing.

Beautiful property in a lovely Spa resort. We loved the indoor warm pool. We did lots of lengths and then spent ten minutes in the sauna. Had a massive pool and pool bar. There are locker rooms and you get a locker key. Choice of six outdoor pools. Cleaners come everyday to clean replace towels , make your bed and leave you washing machine tabs or dishwasher tabs. And leave you pods for coffee machine. I tried the spa bath was amazing. They leave you l Occitane hand wash, shower gel and shampoo it was Amazing. Also staff were lovely and they have someone on reception 24/7. I had a WOW spa foot reflexology by Carlos who was a lovely man.

Everyone has their own private garden you get a patio table and chairs. But I wasn’t allowed a lounger to sunbathe .

Mooie ligging, ruime accomodaties.

Veel achterstallig onderhoud aan het park. Binnenzwembad slecht onderhouden en niet schoon en 2/3 van de wellness niet in gebruik doordat het kapot is (7 nachten). Houtwerk langs zwembad rot en uitstekende splinters en spijkers. Echt zonde.

Tout. Le lieu est magnifique, le personnel accueillant. La suite était vraiment grande et la terrasse aussi ! Une super chouette expérience.
