Club Hotel Marina Beach

La struttura era molto grande, con ambiente verde attorno molto bello e curato. Presenta una piscina grande e altre 2 più piccole, con davanti una piccola palestra compresa di tutto, e una spiaggia meravigliosa anche se l’acqua è un po’ profonda lì. Purtroppo non abbiamo usufruito dei campi da gioco che comprendono : tennis, calcio e basket (da quel che ne so) .

Innanzitutto il Wi-Fi nella camera non prendeva, e anche in altri punti della struttura non c’era connessione né campo. Nella colazione solo il primo giorno che siamo arrivate c’erano pesche (abbiamo soggiornato per 5 giorni), inoltre anche riguardo a un dolcetto alla nocciola che purtroppo sono riuscita a mangiare solo una volta. Negli ultimi 3 giorni c’era un’odore particolare credo di “chiuso” nei corridoi per arrivare alla camera e anche in bagno nonostante ci fosse la ventola e tenessimo sempre la porta aperta. Nel Bar non fanno servizio al tavolo.

Espacio grande, piscinas grandes.

Instalacion vieja y anticuada. Pagué un cuarto con balcón y me dieron un balcón cerrado y lateral que solo podía ver el balcón del vecino. Dentro de la hab no dejan agua, no hay nada ni cafetera. El desayuno igual todos los dias, muchos dulces. Cama dura.

Obwohl als Sprache auch deutsch angegeben wird, spricht niemand deutsch. Es ist alles sehr unpersönlich. Wir hatten sogar ein Geburtstagskind dabei. Keinerlei kleine Gratulation. Obwohl bei den Italienern sogar an Nebentischen kleine Torten und ein Lied geschenkt und gegeben wurde. Bei der Abreise wurde kein einziges Wort über den Aufenthalt, wie es uns gefallen hat, und eine gute Reise wurde auch nicht gewünscht. Die Lautstärke im Speisesaal ist schrecklich. Es gab nur Animationen und Kinderprogramme auf Italienisch.

L'établissement est très très bien entretenu aussi bien l'intérieur que les extérieurs. La salle de bain très grande et agréable.

La chambre familiale (avec un lit double et un lit simple) que j'avais réservée ne m'a pas été attribuée du fait que nous n'étions que 2, du coup un chambre standard (2lits simples) payée au prix d'une chambre triple !!!! La salle de restaurant est en fait un réfectoire de collège ! Très très bruyant Nous n'avons pas été averti à la réservation qu'il fallait payé 50€ par personne en plus pour piscine et transats qui d'ailleurs sont entassés les uns sur les autres......

Esperienza assolutamente fantastica al Club Hotel Marina Beach! Ci teniamo a fare i complimenti più sinceri al Direttore per l'ottima gestione della struttura: tutto funziona alla perfezione ed è organizzato nei minimi dettagli.Un grazie immenso va a tutto lo staff, nessuno escluso. Dalla reception ai camerieri, dai bagnini alle signore delle pulizie, fino ai ragazzi dell'animazione: un team di professionisti straordinari, sempre gentili, sorridenti e con una cura del cliente impeccabile.Il villaggio è bellissimo, pulitissimo, con una piscina da sogno, ottimo cibo e una posizione invidiabile sul golfo di Orosei. Ci avete fatto sentire coccolati dal primo all'ultimo giorno. Complimenti ancora al Direttore e a tutta la squadra, siete grandi! Alla prossima!

Kritikán aluli stílus a szálloda személyzete részéről. Elégtelen angoltudás, unalmas állandó és kevés opcióból álló reggelik. Bárok személyzete szintén képzetlen, angol nyelvtudás kritikus szintű, illetve rossz minőségű és gyér választék az italok és ételek tekintetében egyaránt. Barátságtalan kiszolgálás.

Struttura eccezionale, curata in ogni minimo dettaglio: dalle camere agli spazi comuni, dalla spiaggia alla piscina, fino alle attrezzature e al verde che circonda l’intero villaggio. Nonostante l’elevato numero di ospiti, l’organizzazione è impeccabile: non abbiamo mai avuto code o difficoltà né a colazione e cena né nel trovare lettini disponibili in spiaggia. Il mare è semplicemente meraviglioso, limpido e cristallino. Il fondale diventa profondo abbastanza rapidamente, ma per le nostre esigenze è stato perfetto. Anche la piscina, enorme e molto scenografica, è sempre risultata pulita e ben mantenuta. Il check-in è stato rapido e la signora alla reception si è dimostrata estremamente gentile e disponibile.

Alcuni aspetti sono migliorabili, in particolare l’animazione, che è apparsa più coinvolgente nella settimana di ferragosto rispetto alla precedente. Anche il Teen Club potrebbe proporre attività pomeridiane più strutturate e coinvolgenti per i ragazzi. Il bar della piscina, pur essendo ampio e piacevole, offre una scelta limitata e non riesce a valorizzare il momento dell’aperitivo che è totalmete assente. Abbiamo inoltre trovato poco coerente la gestione della musica: in spiaggia a volte troppo alta e poco adatta a un contesto familiare, mentre sarebbe stata apprezzata una selezione piacevole e dinamica nell’area piscina nel tardo pomeriggio. Molto validi gli spettacoli serali, soprattutto nella settimana di ferragosto; peccato per il caldo sotto il teatro, che spesso rendeva difficile assistervi fino alla fine.

Servizi scarsi. 1 tavolo Sto arrivando! Ping pong per più di mille ospiti con racchette rotte e palline mancanti. Bar e teatro afoso e caldo senza raffrescamento. Animazione impersonale dovevi cercarli tu altrimenti non te ne accorgevi. Reception anonima e poco informata .

I bagni da migliorare , la mancanza di informazioni sull’ animazione considerando che avevamo due bambini e gli spettacoli serali con orari poco accessibili . ( inizio alle 21.45) Abbiamo avuto un problema e ci aspettavamo più chiarezza da subito .

La spiaggia è molto bella anche se subito profonda. Il ristorante è stato sopra le aspettative: cucinare per così tante persone non è per niente facile e garantire una buona qualità come ho trovato è stata una piacevole sorpresa.

Lo staff all’accoglienza che invece di accoglierti con gentilezza sembra infastidito (a volte è sufficiente un semplice sorriso). Inoltre avevo prenotato una camera quadrupla (chiedendo però di mettere un lettino per mia figlia di 2 anni) e la signora Katiuscia via e-mail mi ha proposto di cambiare con una camera tripla. Non conoscendo la struttura ho immaginato che la camera tripla fosse più confortevole come spazi per mettere un lettino rispetto alla quadrupla…ma chiaramente non era così. Fatto sta che con veramente poca gentilezza la signora ha detto che io avevo accettato di cambiare stanza e che dunque non poteva fare nulla (anzi ha provato a dire che l’avevo chiesto io il cambio, quando avevo semplicemente chiesto un lettino). Fatto sta che ho pagato una camera quadrupla per soggiornare in una tripla. Invece di rimborsarmi la differenza di tariffa tra le 2 tipologie di camere, come contentino la signora mi ha rimborsato il costo dell’ombrellone in prima fila in spiaggia di 140€. Cifra nettamente inferiore a quello che sarebbe dovuto essere. Essendo stato questo il benvenuto chiaramente questo fatto ha influito molto sulla valutazione.

Je to pomerne veľký hotel, s krásnym bazénom, nadhernymi záhradami, skvelým morom a dostatkom ležadiel.

Na raňajkách bol slabý výber, vo fitku nebola ani klíma ani ventilátor, na izbe nebola žiadna voda, nič. Pripravte sa, že pobyt sa predraží o 10€ na deň a osobu, keďže taký majú klubový program.

La carte membre facturée 10€ par personne et par jour en plus du prix Booking. C’est de la vente forcée.

Wunderschöne, top gepflegte Anlage, riesig, viele Spazierwege, viele schöne Pflanzen und Bäume, sauberer großer Pool, trotz Hauptsaison sowohl an Pool alsauch am Stand ausreichend Liegen und kein Gedränge. Bequeme Betten. Super Meer. Ausreichend freie Parkplätze. Schöne Auswahl am Buffet, Wein, Soda und Wasser aus Schankanlage inkludiert beim Abendessen (wir hatten Halbpension). Ausgabe von warmen Speisen von den Köchen, draußen wird zusätzlich täglich Fisch oder Fleisch gegrillt.

Das Gebäck ist nicht von bester Qualität. Mehrmals aufgeschnittene Weckerln wahrscheinlich vom Mittag oder Vortag. Wenig Auswahl an Speisen an der Bar am Pool. Wir waren mit allen Mitarbeitern des Hotels sehr zufrieden, außer dem Barmann vom der Strandbar. Dieser war zu uns und den Gästen nicht (immer) freundlich und jammerte, dass er "non stop" bedienen muss, oder bestellt man einen Cappuccino sagt er er kann einen Cafe Latte machen, wenn man einen Cafe Latte bestellt sagt er er macht einen Cappuccino. An der Poolbar hatte ich einmal ein 0,4l Bier bestellt und bezahlt und dann ein 0,25l bekommen. Die Summe der Hoppalas nerven und wir haben uns dann mit Getränken aus dem Supermarkt selbst versorgt, gibt ja einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Ein Tipp an die Küche, die sich sehr um das kulinarische Wohl der Gäste bemüht (Gratulation!): eventuell einige Nachspeisen (Torten, Kuchen) kleiner portionieren, damit nicht so viel weggeworfen werden muss. Und beim Fleisch auf der Grillstation draußen auf den Garpunkt achten.

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt – hohe Zusatzkosten und wenig Abwechslung Das Club Hotel Marina Beach in Orosei hat eine schöne Anlage und eine tolle Lage. Leider konnten wir den Aufenthalt insgesamt nicht so positiv erleben, wie wir es von einem Hotel dieser Kategorie erwartet hätten. Besonders störend sind die hohen zusätzlichen Gebühren für die Club Card. Diese Kosten empfinden wir als absolut überflüssig. Bei dem bereits hohen Reisepreis sollte man erwarten können, dass wesentliche Leistungen im Preis enthalten sind. Stattdessen kommen vor Ort weitere Kosten hinzu, was für uns einen sehr negativen Eindruck hinterlassen hat. Auch das Essen hat uns enttäuscht. Die Auswahl war zwar grundsätzlich ausreichend, allerdings empfanden wir die Speisen als sehr eintönig und wenig abwechslungsreich. Gerade bei einem längeren Aufenthalt hätten wir deutlich mehr Vielfalt erwartet. Viele Gerichte wiederholten sich, sodass das Essen schnell langweilig wurde. Insgesamt stimmt für uns daher das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht. Die schöne Hotelanlage und die Lage können die Schwächen bei Gastronomie und den zusätzlichen Kosten leider nicht ausgleichen. Unser Fazit: Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie haben wir deutlich mehr erwartet – insbesondere mehr Abwechslung beim Essen und eine transparentere Preisgestaltung. Die hohen Club-Card-Gebühren sind für uns ein klarer Minuspunkt. Wir würden das Hotel daher nicht weiterempfehlen und bei einem nächsten Sardinien-Urlaub eine andere Unterkunft wählen

Alors devoir chercher une table ds le restaurant pour déjeuner (90% étaient réserver et bloquer pour les autres personnes qui prenaient demi pension ou pension complète) Organisation nulle Rapport qualité prix trop chère pour ce que c est ! Ne vaut pas un 4 étoiles Pourtant j ai l habitude de voyager (Dubai, Miami etc)

Die Hotelanlage ist groß, wunderschön gepflegt und sehr grün, mit vielen Blumen. Es gibt einen großen Pool, ein Kinderbecken und einen Whirlpool – sowohl für Erwachsene als auch für Kinder ist bestens gesorgt. Der Strand liegt direkt am Hotel, ist sauber und gepflegt und mit Liegen sowie Sonnenschirmen ausgestattet. Man sollte jedoch wissen, dass das Meer bereits nach wenigen Schritten tief wird. Das Abendessen war ausgezeichnet: abwechslungsreich, lecker und jeden Abend wurde gegrillt. Besonders das Unterhaltungsprogramm am Tag und am Abend hat uns ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Das Frühstück war unserer Meinung nach etwas eintönig und die Auswahl eher begrenzt. An der Rezeption hätten wir uns teilweise mehr Informationen gewünscht. Außerdem wurde uns zunächst ein zu hoher Betrag für Animation und andere Aktivitäten berechnet. Nach unserer Reklamation wurde der Fehler (90 Euro) jedoch sofort überprüft und der zu viel berechnete Betrag zurückerstattet. Trotzdem empfehlen wir, die Abrechnung kurz zu kontrollieren.

Daily room cleaning and towel replacement were good.

The breakfast was repetitive and lacked variety for the entire eight days, and the table area was chaotic. We encountered an issue with one of the staff members; we reported it to the hotel management, who resolved the matter and apologized. Unfortunately, however, the incident deeply upset my children, to the point where they were just waiting for the vacation to end so they could go home and put the whole experience behind them.

È davvero una calca di oltre mille persone che accedono agli stessi spazi e servizi, in una settimana non abbiamo neanche conosciuto chi facesse animazione!

Wynieśliśmy się z niego szybciej niż zameldowaliśmy. - Obowiązek płacenia za club czyli korzystanie z leżaków nawet jak z nich nie korzystasz - Jeśli masz wykupione tylko śniadanie to czekasz na znalezienie wolnego stolika bo wszystkie są już zarezerwowane dla tych co mają wykupione HB lub All - Blisko do plaży ale od razu jest głęboko, dla dzieci to niezbyt dobre miejsce. Leżak na leżaku ciężko przejść. - Cieknący prysznic Dostaliśmy zwrot pieniędzy bo nie chcieliśmy mieszkać z pluskwami ale jak na tyle gwiazdek i za takie duże pieniądze to oczekiwałam czystości a nie szukania nowego miejsca do spędzenia wakacji.

In generale la struttura è ben organizzata, tutti i servizi sono ben gestiti e le stanze sono molto pulite. Nonostante la presenza di due lettini la camera era ampia e spaziosa. Il personale di sala molto gentile.

Posti a sedere al ristorante un po' troppo appiccicati e poca variazione negli antipasti e a colazione mancava la frutta. Nei periodi di piena occupazione i posti spiaggia/piscina non sono sufficienti

Sehr begrenzte Möglichkeiten sich ausserhalb der Essenszeiten ordentlich zu verpflegen. Das Buffet ist nicht sehr abwechslungsreich und die Qualität ist maximal unterer Durchschnitt. All Inclusive lohnt sich nicht wirklich, da man keine wirklichen Mehrleistungen zur Halbpension bekommt. Alles ist es sehr gering portioniert. Essen und trinken welches man ausserhalb der Essenszeiten kaufen kann ist qualitativ schlecht und teuer. Hotdog auf dem Toaster aufgewärmt für 7€ z.B. Für die komplette Anlage, die wirklich weitläufig ist sind 4 Bars vorhanden mit jeweils 1-2 Angestellten.

Die nähe zum Strand. Der Strand selber ist riesengross und das Wasser ist fantastisch

Das"Hotelzimmer" in meinen Augen ist das ein Apartment mit mini Kühlschrank und ohne Küche. Bei der Buchung stand mit Meerblick den hab ich 10 Tage gesucht und auch am letzten Tag nicht gefunden. Die Zimmer im schrecklichen Zustand alles quitscht alle Türen alle Betten, Duschen für klein Kinder nicht zu gebrauchen da der brause Schlauch 1 Meter in der Luft hängt, man muss das Kind hochheben um den ganzen Sand wegzuwaschen. Klima extrem Laut mussten wir nachts ausschalten. Wer nur frühstück hat ist auf das Auto angewiesen da es nur 2 Restaurants in der Nähe hat. Schrecklich! Dazu kommt noch in der Hochsaison 10€ pro Person und pro Tag ab 3 Jahre soweit ich weiss. Nie wieder !

The hotel is very big, till you reach reception area it feels like you walking through a botanic garden which is nice! Always green and well maintained even in the middle of summer. receptions staff speak good English. Our room was always nicely cleaned, cleaning staff friendly in corridors. Beds were just right not too hard not too soft. bathroom with shower also large in size. Aircon fully working and good. Swimming pool and surrounding area clean with lifeguards on duty. Plenty of umbrellas and sun beds to use. Animation for kids or adults evening times, but predominately in Italian so we did not attended any. Hotels beach clean as well, most sun beds included in price of stay from 3rd row upwards. We have stayed there on B&B basis. Floor manager in food hall Giuseppe very friendly! Local town has lovely restaurants to try too.

Upon arrival you have to park your car far away from the hotels entrance and walk with all your luggages to the reception area which is not close at all -very inconvenient. Some guests were arriving around the front if the bench was not blocking the access. Some car park spaces at the front of the hotel had shelters, which is great idea, but if they were all taken most times as only few avaibale for obvious reason in the summer, you had to park in the designed field. It would be a wise idea to heave shelters for all cars. Our shower was always flooding the floor doesn't matter how hard we tried not to soak it. bathrooms could be bit better lit up as bit dark. no tea/coffee/glasses/complimentary water or kettle in the room. Breakfast menu very boring and repetitive to the point some days we had breakfast in town. From where we stayed the walk to the beach with 3 year old without pram bit of a journey. Swimming pool bar did not had a huge choice of food to offer, but fresh if needed a snack. I assume the reason behind it, loads of guests there choose All inclusive? so they were keep coming back to canteen for meals. Beach bar offered nice cocktails and beers, but again no huge choice of food.

La struttura nel complesso è molto bella, curata nei dettagli e nella pulizia, ideale per famiglie con bambini ma non solo

Se proprio dovessi dare suggerimenti proporrei di incentivare la ristorazione del bar della piscina con cibi anche non confezionati (panini e tramezzini freschi…..i prodotti non mancano anche qualora venissero utilizzati gli alimenti proposti al buffet della colazione) probabilmente oltre ad assicurare un maggiore afflusso degli ospiti con mezza pensione, sarebbe interessante cosa gradita per coloro che consumano un aperitivo prima di pranzo o cena.

Buffet eccezionale, c’era tanto pesce!

Spiaggia molto bella ma nel mare dopo qualche passo non si tocca più, poco adatto ai bambini piccoli.

Płatność za opaski haha których nie wiem do czego się używa … za leżaki haha a i tak nie skorzystaliśmy z tej plaży bo jest za wąska i niebezpieczna. A najlepsze że kazali sobie znowu płacić za opłatę klimatyczna plus za ręczniki ha ha ha więc na początek jak przyjeżdżasz to ekstra płacisz 300e za nic. Animacje tylko w języku włoskim dla włoskich dzieci :( a szkoda , wystarczyło raz na 10 minut powiedzieć cokolwiek po angielsku żeby było zrozumiałe dla wszystkich

La piscine, le jardin magnifique, les espaces extérieurs. La nourriture est bonne.

Quelle surprise de devoir payer à l arrivée 200 euros (2 adultes et 2 enfants) pour la fameuse carte de membre, obligatoire qui permet, de voir les animations (bof), l usage de la piscine et de la plage privée, ainsi que des aires sportifs ( terrains de foot, tennis, basket), mais pour pouvoir jouer, il faudra encore taxer pour l équipement. A la plage, nous sommes entassés comme des sardines, alors qu’à côté, la plage est énorme et vide. Pour les serviettes, faudra encore taxer! La piscine est parfaite ceci dit. La première chambre attribuée (1177) était très humide, pas de soleil, plein de mouches et de moustiques. Nous avons demandé d échanger, ce qui a été fait. Nous vous conseillons de ne pas la mettre à disposition des clients.

Se posso fare un'osservazione, il pranzo al sacco per chi ha la mezza pensione e lo richiede, è davvero scarno. Sarebbe bastato aggiungere del formaggio o del pomodoro al panino che forniscono con solo prosciutto o salame, davvero asciutto.

Prachtig hotel club die mooi onderhouden is met prachtige tuinen. Via de tuinen kan je ook heel gemakkelijk naar het strand. Strand in het weekend zeer druk. Zeer groot zwembad waardoor het ook nooit druk aanvoelde. Niet ver van het dorpje Orosei met zijn charmante smalle straatjes.

Ontbijt was niet slecht maar voor zo'n groot hotel kan het veel uitgebreider. Soms maken ze het chaotisch terwijl de gast dit niet vraagt

Der Strand war Klasse. Lang und sauber. Auch die Liegen und Sonnenschirme waren inklusive.

Das Essen im Speisesaal. Die Lautstärke dort ist aufgrund des Halls kaum erträglich.

Sehr schöne, weitläufige und grüne Hotelanlage. Der Poolbereich und der Strand haben uns sehr gefallen, und trotz der vielen Gäste haben wir immer problemlos Liegen bekommen. Auch die Rezeptioninstin war sehr nett!

Weniger gut fanden wir, dass nach der Buchung zusätzliche Gebühren für die Nutzung der Anlage und des Pools anfielen (bei uns ca. 30 € pro Tag für die Familie). Außerdem hat uns das Frühstück leider gar nicht überzeugt.

I didnt like the customer service from the policy of the hotel. Food wasnt good very repetitive not quality.. Breakfast was very weak. Times for breakfast were too early not toaster no quality of eggs disgusting juices ..For dinner no icecreams They chargued us 40 euros to use the facilities and th hotel tennis court and swimming pool.We couldnt enter the room until payment was done. I have travelled so much and I had never was chargued extra cost to use the swimming pool . I felt so dissapointed with the price Not entertaiment in English. This hotel is all for show in terms of food You dont get the value for money at all.

Our stay in Sardinia was absolutely perfect. The room was spacious, spotless, and cleaned every day to a very high standard. The hotel grounds were beautiful, with a lovely swimming pool and stunning gardens surrounding the property. One of the biggest highlights was the gorgeous beach, located just a short walk away. The food was truly Italian and exceptional. There was an excellent selection every day, including meat, fish, seafood, and delicious desserts. Everything was fresh, authentic, and beautifully prepared. Although the hotel is quite large, everything was extremely well organised, and it never felt crowded or overwhelming. The staff were outstanding: professional, friendly, and always willing to help. A special thank you to our waiter, Dorun, who was so welcoming and kind throughout our stay. For the first time, we had the opportunity to spend a holiday in Italy surrounded mainly by Italian guests. Watching families and friends enjoying themselves, dancing to live music in the evenings, was one of the highlights of our trip and created such a wonderful atmosphere. This is a truly authentic place. We travelled with our two adult children, both practising doctors in the UK, and they loved every minute of it as well. Thank you so much for making our family holiday so special and unforgettable. We hope to return one day!

Eine sehr großflächige Anlage mit großer Pool-Anlage und einem großen Strandbereich mit Strandbar und kostenlosen Liegen und Sonnenschirmen.

Der erste Schreck beim Blick auf die Steckdosen im Zimmer: Ich hatte meinen Adapter zu Hause vergessen. Für das Hotel offenbar ein Problem; nach längerem Suchen stellte man mir jedoch einen Adapter zur Verfügung. Der WLAN- und Mobilfunkempfang in meinem Zimmer waren nicht vorhanden. Nach dem dritten Tag verlangte ich einen Zimmerwechsel in einen Bereich mit Empfang; dem wurde stattgegeben. Das Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet ist wenig abwechslungsreich. Hilfreich wäre eine mehrsprachige Kennzeichnung der Salat- und Gemüseschalen. Das Zeitfenster für die Mahlzeiten beträgt nur zwei Stunden. Bereits in diesem Zeitfenster beginnt das Personal, das Buffet abzuräumen, mit Ablauf ist es komplett leer. Es gibt keine Tabletts oder Kaffeekannen für den Tisch; Rotwein wird in sehr kleinen 0,1 l Gläsern serviert, ohne Karaffen am Tisch. Es gibt erkennbar unterschiedliche Gästekategorien: Einige zahlen für Getränke, andere füllen sich kostenlose Getränke aus einem Zapfautomaten, und eine dritte Kategorie erhält Tischservice mit Getränkekühlern, Weinflaschen und Karaffen sowie einen Grillabend. Gerade am Grillabend fühlten wir uns als nicht privilegierte Gäste nicht willkommen. Während unseres Aufenthalts waren rund 90 Motorradfahrer im Hotel; es gab jedoch kein Angebot für kleine Reparaturen, Visierreinigung oder Reifenluftdruckprüfung. Der Pool wurde während des Betriebs gereinigt, was die Nutzung einschränkte.

Groot hotelcomplex, prachtig en zeer groot zwembad, stand met parasols inclusief, gratis parkeren, goed ontbijt.

Als je daar aankomt betaal je nog eens 10,- extra pp voor een bandje van het complex. Ontbijt zou nog wat later kunnen (nu tot 9:30)

Liegen waren Ende April noch nicht am Strand aufgebaut und Poolbar nicht geöffnet, darauf hätte man hinweisen können. Den Hinweis auf Animation ab Ende Mai gab es schließlich auch. Frühstück war eintönig, jeden Morgen das gleiche, geringe Angebot an Aufschnitt. Abendessen war okay, aber eher mittelmäßig. Hätten für den Preis (40€) mehr erwartet und haben in anderen Hotels auch mehr dafür bekommen.

Die Anlage war sauber und gepflegt. Der Strand war sauber.

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Für 4 Nächte ok. Jedoch waren jeden Tag die gleichen Sachen im Angebot. Ein bisschen eintönig. Es war leider nur die Strandbar geöffnet und sonst haben wir gemerkt, dass noch Vorsaison war. Viel war noch im "Winterschlaf" ;-) Die Zimmertüren sind schlecht isoliert.

Mooi hotel met prachtige tuinen en heel groot mooi zwembad. De kamer was ook fijn met een groot 2-persoons bed, een balkon met uitzicht op het zwembad. De ligbedden op het strand waren bij de prijs inbegrepen, ontbijt was goed

Je moest een kaart aanschaffen waar je geld opzette en daarmee alles betalen. Wilde je een strandlaken, betaalde je een borg en €2,50 per strandlaken. Bij een 4* hotel zou dat inbegrepen moeten zijn. Het is een groot hotel, dus erg massaal. Alles wat je wilde moest via de receptie. Wilde je lunchen bv., dan eerst reserveren bij de receptie, wilde je een drinkbeker op de kamer, eerst via de receptie enz.

Unfortunately, this was the worst hotel experience we had in Sardinia. At check-in, the reception clearly told us that we could enjoy free water and wine all day as part of our half-board package. However, the service we received fell far short of that promise. In the café, one waiter initially gave us free water but completely misunderstood our coffee order — he brought espresso instead of Americano. When we politely pointed out the mistake and asked for the correct drinks, he charged us for three coffees. That same morning at check-in, we had already added credit to our room card specifically for two coffees and two teas. In the afternoon, when we went to get our teas, we were told we could only have one. The staff insisted that the only way to get the second tea was to go back to reception and top up the card again. Thankfully, the manager eventually understood the error made by the previous waiter and provided the two teas. However, we were still denied the free water we had been promised. We paid for half board and were explicitly assured at check-in that water and wine would be available for free throughout the day. Given that it was Easter with very few guests in the hotel, this ungenerous and inconsistent service was particularly disappointing.

Die Hotelanlage war sehr gepflegt, das Essen war abwechslungsreich. Die Nähe zum Strand, der Strand war gepflegt. Die Betten waren bequem. Die Anlage war groß, es gab einen schönen Spielplatz und verschiedene Sportplätze

Das die Zimmerreinigung nicht sehr ordentlich war, es wurden die Handtücher gewechselt und das Bett aufgeschlagen aber sonst wurde nichts gemacht. Wir hätten uns gewünscht das man vielleicht genauer geschaut hätte.

Leider hatte der Pool nur 20 Grad, der Einstieg in die Dusche ist sehr hoch und ich hatte nach Zimmern nah zum Restaurant & Pool gefragt - die hatten wir auch, direkt über der Küche wo morgens schon der Gestank aus der Küche durchs Fenster kam. Wenn man Zimmer mit Aussenblick hat, ist es ein ganz anderes Erlebnis. Auch negativ - es waren viele Gruppen da und im Restaurant herrschte Kantinenatmosphäre.

Sehr große gepflegte Anlage mit sehr freundlichem Personal, direkter Strandzugang, kostenfreie Tennisplätze , sehr großes Zimmer mit Balkon zum herrlichen Garten.

Zum Zeitpunkt unseres 10tägigen Aufenthaltes lag der Alterdurchschnitt der Gäste bei 75-80. Das war genauso ungewöhnlich wie der große „Kantinen-Speisesaal“ mit entsprechender Lautstärke. Wir haben uns aber einen Tisch im Außenbereich zuteilen lassen. die Wege zum Buffet waren zwar länger, aber die Essensatmosphäre angenehmer und leiser, so dass man sich unterhalten konnte. Das bereits in den Kommentaren angesprochene kleine Minus beim Essen (Brötchen schienen nicht immer frisch und Obst oft nur „am Stück“) ist halt so, aber man findet immer etwas leckeres, z.B: die täglich frisch gebackene Pizza ;)

We stayed one night at this hotel with the idea of testing it for a longer stay, but unfortunately decided not to return. While it is listed as a 4-star property, in reality it feels closer to a 3-star at best. The rooms look just as basic as shown in the pictures, but the real issue was hygiene. The room was not properly cleaned: we noticed stains on the curtains (shockingly, even traces of blood), a bathroom that felt neglected, and a hairdryer so dusty it looked like it hadn’t been touched in ages. The balcony had a cheap plastic table, and the walls clearly need renovation. It’s a real shame, because the space itself is generous and could have been turned into something much better with more care and maintenance. Overall, not the standard you’d expect for the price or the rating.

objednala jsem si manželskou postel s tím, že matrace bude vcelku. Bylo to pro mne zklámání , když jsem viděla dvě postele spojené k sobě. Takže jsem s mým partnerem nespala po jeho boku. Dále se mi nelíbil vysoký daňový poplatek za pobyt.
