The staff was rude and largely unavailable at the check-in. I arrived earlier than expected, and the reception was apparently overwhelmed by a group of people leaving the hotel. I waited until all of them left before even approaching the reception to let them know I arrived. Nonetheless, all available staff wouldn't speak to me for a very long while even if they were chatting (in Italia, complaining about the previous guests they just checked out, in front of me-guest), nor apologised for the wait. We asked for checking in and the overall reaction and treatment was far from welcoming. On top, we received very little assistance when we needed it. For example, I arrived earlier than the official check-in time and, as no room was available yet, I asked whether there was a quiet place where I could work. No room, desk, or even suitable table was offered, so I ended up having to work from a sofa in the lobby, surrounded by noise and constant activity for hours. I got offered a meeting room to rent out for more than a 100EUR per hour. I was expecting a way different treatment being that nothing less than a business hotel! On another occasion, I asked for the music in the garden area to be turned down because it was extremely loud. It was difficult for guests to have a conversation, and several people complained. Despite this, none of the staff members present seemed willing to lower the volume. We had to ask several time before someone took the actual time to go inside and lower it. Finally, during checkout, I was approximately ten minutes late leaving the room. Reception called me repeatedly, and a staff member even came to the door and waited for me to leave. I found this unnecessarily intrusive and unpleasant, especially since there did not appear to be any cleaning staff waiting to access the room, or even cleaning around the floor. Overall, the level of service was extremely disappointing and made the stay considerably less pleasant than it should have been.

Creo que deberían adoptar la tendencia de limpieza de habitaciones cuando el huésped lo sugiera, especialmente el cambio de toallas y no hacerlo por defecto diariamente

Η θέση του ξενοδοχείου είναι πολύ κοντά στην στάση τών λεοφωρειων για το κέντρο. Πέντε στάσεις. Το δωμάτιο πεντακάθαρο,το πρωινό πλούσιο.

Το κλιματιστικό δεν μπορούσαμε να το κλείσουμε εμείς, παρά μόνο από την ρεσεψιόν

L’accoglienza, lo staff e la pulizia delle camere. Camere confortevoli e dotate di ogni comfort per rendere piacevole il soggiorno. Camere inoltre ben insonorizzate.

Near to the airport but a bit walking to get into the city centre. Else room were clean, quiet and comfy.

il parcheggio non c'è o meglio sotto e a pagamento avendo io un furgone grosso non posso entrare e ho dovuto girare intorno per trovare non a pagamento e non troppo lontano

Impeccably clean. Great staff. Comfortable and professional environment. A bit sterile but that’s what I needed - minimum unknowns.

For a business oriented hotel - the internet was terrible.

Die Unterkunft hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Leider hatte wir in der 2. Nacht vom 12. auf den 13.09.26 gegen 23:00 Uhr sehr laute Zimmernachbarn (mehrere Personen) . Noch schlimmer: gegen 2:00 Uhr nachts kam es zu einem heftigen und lauten Streit. Dies ist kein Vorwurf an das Hotel selbst - solche Situationen sind wohl nicht zu verhindern. Es ist einfach sehr ärgerlich wie sich manche Menschen rücksichtslos verhalten.

Breakfast was very good, many options and everything was fresh. Room was good, small damages on the doors and bathroom but no big deal. Location was good since I had business in the Congress center.

The only really positive thing to say is the close distance to the conference center (less than 5 minutes walking distance)

Location: right next to a busy highway, too close to the airport = very noisy, impossible to sleep with open windows, more than 30 minutes walking distance to any decent restaurant, bar or attraction Food: low standard for Italy, don’t eat at the restaurant Staff: about 50% nice and helpful and 50% grumpy and close to impossible Job: the meeting room was not well equipped (no screen, no microphone, etc) and the price for renting too high. Bar: Ordering a coca cola took 20 minutes…. Rooms: The light on off system remained a miracle to me. The shower door was opening by itself! . and almost ended up in my eyes. Repairing it took three days. I stop here…

The hotel staff is friendly, the breakfast is great, the room was tidy and clean, and the beds are excellent. The location is perfect 5 min with taxi to the city center. Highly recommended.

Het ontbijt was goed met veel keuze: fruit, brood, ontbijtgranen, yoghurt, brood, beleg, koffie, eieren enz... De kamer was groot en proper en met een groot bed. De badkamer was praktisch met een grote douche en veel plaats om spullen te leggen. Het personeel aan de receptie was vriendelijk en beantwoordden alle vragen. Naar het centrum van Bologna kan je met de bus wat heel gemakkelijk is.

Bij de check-in werd geen volledige informatie gegeven over het openbaar vervoer. De receptioniste die de volgende dag aan het werk was heeft dit wel gedaan aan de hand van een map waardoor het veel duidelijker was. De douchegel was op maar na een melding bij de receptie werd dit bijgevuld.

Location a bit far from the center of Bologna

The room was very spacious, clean & the Bed was comfortable. The Breakfast was good.

Somebody was smoking maybe in the next room and I could smell it in our room inside the Bathroom. I reported it to the Reception.

Nice property! But do not park in Via Fernando Felicori my car was broken into This apparently very common in this area So make sure to pay for a secure parking location and empty your car

Nulla da dichiarare

Ottima posizione vicino al Bologna Fiere, colazione abbondante e di qualità.

La pulizia, le camere molto accoglienti e la posizione strategica.

Credo che per quello che fanno pagare, il parcheggio debba essere incluso e non fatto pagare 15€ al giorno. In più hanno un area parcheggi esterna chiusa da piante quindi inaccessibili e tengono solo i tre parcheggi per disabili. Questo spinge alcuni a parcheggiare o lì o vicino all’entrata dove c’è un enorme divieto secondo cui la macchina viene portata via dal carro attrezzi (la mia esperienza). Il cartello di divieto cita già l’indirizzo del Carroattrezzi dove andarsi poi a prendere la macchina pagando 150€ con fattura (che non fa comunque perché “ho dei problemi”) o 120€ in nero. L’indirizzo oltretutto del suddetto Carroattrezzi è sbagliato perché è Via del Gomito 13 non 1 come riportato sul cartello. Quindi c’è stato anche da chiamare e girare per capire dove si trovasse. La mia macchina è stata portata via nel giro di neanche mezz’ora dopo aver spiegato in reception che accompagnavo un ipovedente nella sua camera e che era sprovvista di cartellino perché dimenticato dalla signora che accompagnavo. Ho detto che avrei fatto tutto il più veloce possibile invece è stato chiamato il Carroattrezzi. La mattina dopo al mio risveglio mentre andavo a recuperare la mia auto parcheggiata in un supermercato vicino ho notato che un auto non aveva il cartellino per disabili ma era comunque parcheggiata lì. Forse perché ormai il Carroattrezzi era chiuso la sera prima? Non si sa. So solo che potevano tranquillamente avvisarmi di spostarla e sarei scesa immediatamente. Questo breve soggiorno mi è costato come una vacanza.

Lo staff della reception, in particolare quello della sera, davvero pessimo. Scortese, arrogante e poco gentile. Inoltre, se decidete di soggiornare in questo hotel, non parcheggiate in strada. In tre giorni, i vandali hanno distrutto 10 auto.

Upgraded to a Executive room which was nice

Staff got my bill wrong and we're quite rude and dismissive when I pointed it out, even after they realised I was right and I had been charged to much. Bacon and Eggs at breakfast were barely warm. Bed was very firm. Asked for a kettle came two days later after chasing, was broken ! Didn't bother asking for another!

La connexion internet était vraiment instable et les déconnexion très fréquentes. J’ai été déconnecté en plein meeting. Je ne suis pas le seul à me plaindre de ce problème j’espère qu’ils vont y remédier. Certains membre du personnel pourraient être plus souriants

Hotel spełnił nasze oczekiwania, duży, przestronny, dostępna lodówka i suszarka, z dużym wyborem menu śniadaniowego. Położony ok 30min pieszo od centrum jednak dobrze skomunikowany autobusowo. Możliwość spędzania czasu na zewnątrz obiektu.

Nieuwzględnione wcześniej dopłaty

Llegamos tarde y el hombre que nos atendió fue súper amable. La habitación era muy amplia y la limpieza fue extraordinaria. Además, estaba a las afueras y era una zona súper tranquila y muy bien conectada.

Para la zona en la que estaba, considero que era un poco caro.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Das Hotel war sauber und modern, das Frühstück lecker und abwechslungsreich, und das Personal stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders praktisch ist die Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel – von dort gelangt man bequem ins Zentrum.

The room was comfortable, and the location was very convenient, with easy access to the city center by bus. It's a classic business hotel with everything you need for a short stay. The breakfast was decent, offering a buffet with a good selection of food.

Non abbiamo fatto colazione, la zona ben collegata con bus al centro ma un po’ isolata di notte perché vicina ad uffici

L’area parcheggio era dismessa, pertanto ho dovuto pagare il parcheggio dell’hotel per due giorni

Non ho preso colazione perché mi sveglio molto presto. Un bollitore in camera sarebbe consigliabile in un 4 stelle

Хотела е на много удобно място, с подземен гараж, барче и хубав ресторант. Закуската е обилна, разнообразна и много вкусна. Стаите са просторни, чисти и има всичко. Препоръчвам го!

Chosen for location, attending 2 meetings at the Auditorium. The staff were amazingly helpful, the room lovely on a very hot weekend, and a short walk for the events. Found great local restaurant across the road, hotel busy for the events.

Breakfast got a little overwhelmed by the number of guests, but that's what busy does!

Reception staff were great. Breakfast range was excellent. Lovely Room balcony, very good noise insulation from the road. Outdoor seating lovely. Walking distance to the Teatro Europa venue is very convenient. Overall a very pleasant hotel.

Unfortunately the was an unpleasant odour from drainage holes in the bathroom. Limited restaurants nearby. But walking to Bologna centre wasn't a problem for me, more an issue for others less mobile. No kettle in the rooms.

Konum ideal. Bologna Kongre Merkezine 3 dakika mesafede. O açıdan ideal. Şehir merkezine de rahat yürünebiliyor. 20-30 dakika sürüyor. Odalar rahat ve kullanışlı. Klima sistemi çok etkin çalışıyor. Kahvaltı menüsü zengindi.

Kahvaltı hafta sonları çok yoğun olabiliyor. Personel yetersiz kalabiliyor. Tek espresso makinesi bu yoğunlukta yetersiz kalabiliyor. Kahvaltı saat 10.30'da bitmesine rağmen biten yiyecekler yenilenmediği gibi 10.20'den itibaren toplandığı da oldu maalesef. Bölgede çok sivrisinek var. Camlar sineklik olmadığı için açılamıyor.

Super doručak, izuzetno susretljivo osoblje. Čisto i uredno, sobe su prostrane. Dobra povezanost javnim prijevozom sa centrom grada.

The location is perfect in case you are visiting the fair.

The quality of the food and service at the restaurant was inconsistent. One day the food was great, next day terrible, and same with the service. The hotel added a special extra tax for each day, on top of the city tax.

Il confort e la vicinanza alla Fiera

⭐⭐⭐☆☆ Our stay was overall acceptable, but the hotel is overpriced for what it offers. While the room was clean and the staff was friendly, the facilities and overall experience did not justify the price. One of the biggest disappointments was that parking is charged separately. Considering the room rates, complimentary parking would have been appreciated. The hotel has potential, but it needs improvements and better value for money. With some upgrades and more inclusive services, it could provide a much better guest experience.
