Reviewed Sep 13, 2026ביחסית למחיר בתל אביב היקרה המלון נותן את התמורה של המחיר שאתה משלם, קצת היססתי לשהות שם בהתחלה אבל הצוות היה נעים והמיקום מצויין ! גם היה לי יום הולדת והמלון דאג לשמור על הפרחים שלי בזמן שלא הייתי.
השירותים והמקלחת מאוד מאוד קטנים ולא נוחים לשימוש המון רעש בלילה של אורחי המלון.

The accommodation was spotless, beautifully designed, modern, and finished to a very high standard. The staff were absolutely wonderful — friendly, professional, and always available whenever we needed anything. Every issue or request we had was handled immediately and efficiently, no matter what time of day or night. The location is also perfect. It is situated in a quiet and peaceful area, yet very close to everything you need. It was the perfect combination of convenience and tranquility. Everything about this place exceeded our expectations. It is definitely worth the money, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, high-quality place to stay. We absolutely loved our stay and would be very happy to come back again. Thank you for everything! ❤️

Foi enganado e o booking e conivente que deixa publicar fotos fraudulentas .a foto principal parece um hotel gigante beira mar .na verdade o estabelecimento tem 2 andares sem elevador e os quartos cheirando a mofo uma vergonha me roubaram na cara dura fique la 5 minutos e.foi embora nao se.pode.enganhar.as pessoas ainda mais de.idosos .uma vergonha e eles nao querem devolver o dinheiro .tive que sair de la e reservar no orquid hotel isto sim um hotel de.categoria .estou revoltado com o hotel e com o booking que.nao faz nada para.resolver este.roubo a mão armada

L’accueil avec une hôtesse qui prend les touristes de haut quand quelque chose ne va pas dans les chambre et pour le paiement, la chambre était sale et mal entretenue. Heureusement que après négociation nous avons obtenu une autre chambre.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026The location to the beach was nice. The facilities didn't meet our needs. I'm sure it's a nice place if you're looking for very basic amenities. We didn't use the spa.
There was NO ELEVATOR. I think this is important. We had been in the country for about 2 weeks so we had a lot of baggage. This was a huge inconvenience. The "offsite" parking was far. It was also expensive. They said hotel guests get 25% discount but when we left the garage, there wasn't someone there working to give us a discount. The breakfast included was also off site. We left too early to enjoy it. When we left--early to catch a morning flight back to USA there wasn't someone working the desk.

האקוסטיקה במלון קצת בעייתית ניתן לשמוע מסביב אם יש רעש חריג בחדרים.. אבל זה כלל לא העיב על השהות במלון.

אין מעלית. זה לא ממש נורא כי אין הרבה קוצות לטפס, אך עדיין. לא קיים סבון נוזלי בחדרים, אלא רק מוצק (לי אישית פחות נוח). מנקים כל יומיים וזה בסדר, אך ביום שלא מנקים אמורים להגיע להחליף מגבות, לרוקן פחים וכו', אך לצערי שכחו
