El desayuno había muchas cosas pero se notaba que algunos productos eran de menos calidad que en otros hoteles que hemos estado de Tailandia de las mismas características

L’hôtel est propre et la piscine agréable, même si elle n’est pas très grande.

Il faut prendre un taxi pour aller dans le centre mais c’est à 10 minutes en voiture.

Mooi ruim opgezet hotel met diverse faciliteiten. Ruim de tijd voor ontbijt en genoeg aanbod in eten en drinken bij de beachbar. Erg vriendelijk personeel.

Mooi hotel in leuke wijk! Nieuw, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien.

The hotel is right on the main road this can be noisy and quite busy at times. The rooms are small

Kamer veel te klein. Geen toiletten bij zwembad dus kinderen lijken erin te plassen. Water rook naar plas. Te klein zeembad voor alle gasten. Ontbijt was heel druk en rumoerig. Eetzaal is echt ongezellig.

Proximité du centre-ville. Piscines très pratiques, hôtel idéal pour les séjours en famille avec enfants. Personnel très gentil et accueillant.

Mauvaise insonorisation (établissement très bruyant, déconseillé si l'on cherche le calme). Service de laverie décevant : seulement deux machines à laver (insuffisant pour la capacité de l'hôtel) et sèche-linge inefficace (linge toujours trempé après deux cycles à 100 THB). Impossible d'étendre le linge dans la chambre Comportement irrespectueux de certains touristes : saleté (canettes, verres et mouchoirs abandonnés au bord de la piscine) et non-respect des règles (enfants admis dans la piscine réservée aux adultes, jouant avec des verres en verre dans l’eau de la piscine ). Manque de réaction du personnel face au non-respect du règlement de la piscine

De ligging is prima aan het strand vanwaar allerlei wateractiviteiten. Leuk zwembad om af te koelen en ook een 18+ pool voor een iets rustiger gedeelte. Behulpzaam aan receptie. Dame achter de excursiebalie heel vriendelijk en regelt alles voor je (o.a. taxi’s naar Fisherman’s Wharf). Kamers basic maar verder prima en schoon. Hadden tuinzicht en begane grond, liep je zo door de achterdeur va m’n je kamers de tuin in. Beter dan stadszijde.

Blijft een Ibis. Was het minst mooie hotel van onze reus maar voor Koh Samui begrippen nog enigszins betaalbaar en voor de kinderen een fijne locatie. Gangen van de hotelkamers leken wel op een cellencomplex. Vond het eten in de buitenbar en bij het ontbijt wat minder. Personeel ook wat minder enthousiast op wat uitzonderingen na. Voor een Ibis ws prima en voor de prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding op dit eiland ws ook prima. Met kinderen zeker aan te raden. Met zijn 2-en zou ik iets anders zoeken.

Nice pool area with a separate adults pool, which was relaxing. Access to the beach. A short (15 mins) walk to the Fisherman’s Village. Well priced. Friendly, helpful staff. Good to have small gym and laundry room on site too.

Recommend not having a room at the front of hotel nearer to the main road, as rather noisy. We were allocated one of these rooms initially, but the staff kindly relocated us to a quieter room, when requested.

Frühstück war gut, es gibt kostenlose SUPs und Kayaks und das Personal war bemüht

Unsere Klimaanlage stank fürchterlich, nach Meldung wurde sofort das Housekeeping entsandt, leider konnte der Geruch nur kurzzeitig leicht verbessert werden. Die Bettwäsche war feucht, vermutlich durch die Klimaanlage, höllischer Lärm nachts auf den Fluren durch andere Gäste, der Strand ist schlammig und nicht zum Baden geeignet.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ IBIS SAMUI — UNE BELLE SURPRISE ! 🇹🇭🌴 Alors là… difficile de repartir sans laisser un petit mot ! 😍 Un hôtel où l’on se sent rapidement bien, avec un cadre agréable, une belle ambiance et surtout une équipe adorable, souriante et aux petits soins. ❤️ Mention spéciale au personnel : toujours un sourire, toujours un petit geste sympa et cette impression d’être accueillis comme si on revenait de la plage après 15 ans d’absence 😂🌴 La situation est top pour profiter de Koh Samui, la piscine est agréable, l’ambiance est détendue et le cadre parfait pour alterner entre farniente, cocktails 🍹, excursions et bronzette. Et puis soyons honnêtes… quand on peut commencer la journée avec une belle vue, terminer les pieds dans le sable et ne pas avoir à réfléchir à autre chose qu’à savoir « plage ou piscine aujourd’hui ? », c’est que les vacances sont réussies ! 😎☀️ Merci à toute l’équipe de l’Ibis Samui pour ce beau séjour et cette belle expérience. 🇹🇭❤️ On repart avec des souvenirs plein la tête… et une seule certitude : la Thaïlande, c’est clairement une addiction ! 🐘🌴✨ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

🍽️ Le restaurant Nous avons malheureusement rencontré un petit souci au restaurant avec deux membres du personnel. Cependant, nous tenons particulièrement à souligner la manière dont cette situation a été prise en charge par la directrice de l’établissement. Elle a fait preuve d’une écoute, d’une disponibilité et d’un professionnalisme remarquables pour comprendre la situation et trouver une solution. Son intervention a été exceptionnelle, et nous avons vraiment apprécié l’attention portée à notre problème. Un incident peut malheureusement arriver, mais c’est surtout la manière dont il est géré qui fait la différence. Et sur ce point, la direction a parfaitement su réagir. Un grand merci à la directrice pour son professionnalisme et son écoute. 👏🌴

יש צורך לקחת מונית לכפר הדייגים. מרחק של 25 דקות הליכה, לא פשוט.

The only good thing is the AC in the rooms

Room and bathroom too small, if you have 2 luggage there is no place to move inside the room. Balcony too small. No space or wardrobe for clothes, everything must remain in the luggage. Staff are friendly and helpful but bad service. Service at the restaurant is bad.

Tuvalet kâğıtları incecik , yırtılıyor , elinde kalıyor . Sıcak duşta sular az akıyor . Etkinlikler bilardo gibi saat 19:00 dan sonra yasak . Her hizmetten ekstra servis ücreti alıyorlar . Fiyatına göre konumda hizmette kötü . Deniz kenarı otel diye fazla ücret ödeyip hergün taksi tutup farklı bilgelerde denize gittik . Bir tek havuz kenarında ki içecekleri beğendik .

The pool and beach front were really pleasant. I liked the fusball and pool table in the lobby, it made waiting for the family more fun. The hotel grounds are well kept and spacious. The staff was truly gracious. The omelets at breakfast were amazing. I enjoyed taking out the free kayak.

The bar was pricey and the rooms felt cramped. The restaurant and breakfast area has a corporate hotel vibe.

The garden looks nice but that is all ok for this hotel

1. The rooms are very small and they make wide pcutures of the rooms to make bigger look. 2. I booked a see view room which was very small and also had a old door to other room which was blocked with some screws but you can hear the noise from the other room. 3. After check in i found 10 mosquitos in my room 4. They don’t have enough sun beds and you don’t have place to stay 5. I booked specialy for the location directly on the beach but the beach is very small and you don’t have where to stay because the sun beds are not enough for the capacity they have and the entry in the water is bad and dirty and the Actualy beach size is around 4 meters 6. On the beatch a tree was down but not clean or removed so you don’t have Access to go further on the beach only if you enter in the watter 7. The overall property is old and not well mainteined and from my point of view is not a 3 star hotel 8. I did not want to ruin my holiday so after check in i decided to leave the hotel and i requested free canecleation but they declined and charged me with one night which is not ok cause it was not my fault 9. The personell from the hotel it is just smiling politicaly corect and they don’t understand actualy what you are asking in english so you need to ask multiple times

Excellent hotel with amazing, friendly staff who always made us feel welcome. The room was clean, comfortable, and the family connecting room was perfect, with two separate bathrooms and toilets, which made a big difference for our family. The breakfast was excellent. I honestly don't understand the negative reviews—it offered plenty of fresh, high-quality options, with something for everyone. Great value for money. We would definitely stay here again!

Echt een groot opgezet resort. Bed was niet zo lekker. Keken uit op een bouwplaats, zwembad was best klein voor aantal gasten en strand is hier t minst mooi van heel Bo Phut. Geen bedjes ook op het strand etc..

Die Anlage ist großzügig gestaltet, gepflegt, es gibt drei Pools, die von Kindern genutzt werden können, einen ausschließlich für Erwachsene. Es gibt einen Kinderspielplatz, Massage, das Restaurant mit happy Hour.

Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr unpersönlich und un gemütlich. Das Frühstück war okay, das wird versucht alles anzubieten, was unterschiedlichen Nationalitäten frühstücken. Aber nicht außergewöhnlich, eher gewöhnlich.

Værelserne var fine og dejligt vi fik to værelser med Connecting Doors.

Der var for mange gæster på for lidt plads i poolområdet. De pools som børnene måtte benytte var simpelthen for små, når der var så mange mennesker. Derudover var personalet i Beach baren ikke imødekomne. De var stresset og manglede overblik. Vi købte kun mad i Beach baren en gang, da vi skulle vente 45 min på manden. Maden kom løbende og børnene ventede for længe på maden. Vi havde regnet med at det var et familie hotel og at der derfor var flere arealer der måtte leges på. Det græs der var, måtte man ikke lege på. Fitness var for lille, i forhold til hvor mennesker der ville bruge det.

Le cadre, la piscine avec la plage en face. Les toboggans pour enfant à la piscine. Le personnel toujours souriant et accueillant. L'emplacement est sympa aussi, pas mal de choses à faire à proximité (commerce, massage, restaurant, night market..) Les chambres sont très propres. Le petit déjeuner est varié et complet. La clim fonctionne très bien et c'est un plus.

Nous devions avoir des bouteilles d'eau et du café tous les jours mais certains jours nous n'en avons pas eu. Pas de rapport avec l'hôtel mais dommage que dans la plage il y ait de la vase, compliqué de se baigner du coup. Taille de la chambre légèrement petite, nous avions deux chambres communiquante pour 5, une avec deux lits simples et une avec un lit double.

The adult only pool was continually over run with small kids yelling and screaming given there was 3 pools and 2 were full of kids Need to be more controlled or better signage or maybe a kid gate . I have 3 girls that are now grown who were with me in my stay .. I would never return based on that

מלון מעולה למי שמחפש מקום לא יקר במיוחד עם כל מה שצריך. באמת שהכל שם בסדר גמור, יש בחוץ ספורט ימי אבל הוא פחות לרחצה, ארוחת בוקר לא רעה בכלל, מסעדה טובה בבריכה.

- teilweise sehr rücksichtslose und laute Gäste - sehr rutschiger Boden am Poolrand (letzte Fliese). Ein Gast hat sich während unseren Aufenthalts stark verletzt. - Türdämpfer bei einigen Zimmern ohne Funktion/ defekt. Dadurch knallen die Türen laut zu.

Beach was a real disappointment. very coarse sand and misc rubble which makes walking along beach not attractive especially compared with chaweng.

Restaurant was average and expensive for what it is. Lacks a bit of charm as very Ibis but that’s to be expected!

Clean, comfortable rooms, a lovely pool area and exceptionally friendly, helpful staff. The complimentary shuttle to Fisherman’s Village in the evening was a great bonus, and the hotel offered excellent value for money. We’d definitely recommend choosing a courtyard or sea-facing room if available.

Our city-view rooms faced the main road, so there was noticeable traffic noise from motorbikes, although we got used to it after a day or two. The beach wasn’t as inviting for swimming as we’d expected, and it’s about a 30-minute walk to Fisherman’s Village. The road route isn’t very pleasant, while the beach route has coarse sand and a noticeable slope, so we ended up using Grab taxis most evenings.

מקום יפה ומטופח עם 3 בריכות מספקות ובריכת קטנטנים,על החוף השקט, מופעי אש פרטיים בימים מסויימים-לבדוק בשילוט, מסעדה סבבה, בשעות happy hour המחיר עולה ב 30%... . סנוקר חופשי, 15-20 דק הליכה מכפר הדייגים שזה קצת קשוח אבל נסבל, ויש מלא מוניות טנדר שיקחו את מי שמתעצל. היה נקי מאוד אם כי החדר משפחה עם דלת מקשרת היה קטן מאוד ופנה למלון השכן שהרוס.. אבל סה"כ תמורה מעולה למחיר למרות הכל. ארוחת בוקר חביבה עד 10:30 ולא כפי שכתוב כאן עד 11:00. לשים לב לאותיות הנסתרות שחדר משפחה אפילו שהזמנו ל 5 הוא רק ל 4 והיינו צרחכים לשלם 800 באט ללילה למיטה הנוספת. 7/11 ומסאז'ים במרחק 2 דק הליכה.

El personal y la ubicación!

Estaban en una obra de construcción. El temporal pero nos limito el uso de la playa.

Fint sted uden for travle centrum. Fint for os voksne, men lige lidt for langt med børn. Gode værelser, vi rejste 3 og fik 2 sammen hængende værelser.

Stranden er ubrugelig mudret og beskidt vand. Meget kedeligt hvor man spiser morgenmad, hvilket også passer til morgenmaden.

Beach in bophut is a little disappointing- no one really swims, water is not clear.

Het is een heel fijn hotel. Er is een mooi zwembad, met een heel leuk kinderzwembadje met 2 glijbanen voor de jongste kinderen. Er is een kleine speeltuin, tafeltennis tafel en je kan massages krijgen met uitzicht op zee. Er is een bar/restaurant bij het zwembad, dus je kan smoothies bestellen terwijl je op het strandbedje ligt en het eten is echt heel goed. De kamers zijn netjes en schoon. Je kan zo het strand op lopen vanaf het zwembad. En het is ongeveer 10 tot 15 minuten lopen tot Fisherman’s village, waar een leuke foodmarket, winkelstraat en vuurshows op het strand zijn.

De kamers zijn fijn en netjes, maar de opbergruimte is wel wat beperkt waardoor het wat klein aanvoelt. Het ontbijt is ok, maar echt wel beperkt qua keuzes.

The environment is very relaxing and nice. We enjoyed the varieties of the breakfast. The staffs are exceptionally friendly, and we enjoy our time so much in the Hotel.

Too bad that there is currently a construction on the beach side. Could not enjoy the beach scenery. Hope for my next visit again all the construction will be completed.

The rooms are tiny in an exceptional way! The hotel offer a tiny room with two single beds for a family of 2 adults and an 8 years old child on the prospect that they can charge for upgrade on-site, when you have no alternatives. Other than that, a lot of walking and there are noisy works between the pool and the beach that blocks the view completely but the hotel doesn't provide this information during the booking and charges full rate!

Берег ужасен. Стоят машины. Вокруг упавшие заброшенные бетонные конструкции. И это навсегда. Никто это не убирает.

Rauhallinen alue, ulkoalueet hyvin huollettu.

Huoneet jo kuluneet, äänet kuuluvat läpi. Parvekkeet todella pienet. Ranta olisi ollut kaunis ja hyvä, mutta juuri tällä käynnillä ranta remontissa, joten pressut edessä eikä voinut nähdä rantaa eikä merta. Lisäksi työkoneesta hieman melua allasalueelle.

Понравилась территория: очень чисто, понятно, удобно; очень понравилась чистота бассейнов - они кристальные! На пальмах живут белки (мне не почудилось, я их сфоткал!). В номере - полнейшая чистота. Почти весь персонал - вежлив (за исключением одной особы, читайте "минусы").

Не понравилось: 1. Пляж. Находится в бухте, куда впадает местная речка с нечистотами. Дно - заиленное!!! На поверхности моря также что-то плавает. Не оч приятно, мы были вынуждены ездить на другой пляж. 2. Завтрак. Типичный завтрак от Ibis, по пятибальной шкале - не выше тройки. Однообразный: кушать одно и тоже все 8 дней - отвратительно. Выбор - скудный: на 8 дней не хватило. 3. Стоимость проживания. Бронировал на сайте Booking за 23 тыс батт, при заселении с меня взяли 27 тыс батт. Откуда надбавка?!?!?!?!? 4. Из персонала - один работник (пляжный ресторан!). Потребовала с меня 300 бат за то, что на столе стояла МОЯ бутылка вина. Я бы понял логику требования, если бы в ресторане продавалось вино, но его там НЕТ!!!! А предлагаемый ассортимент я не пью, сорян!

להתרחק! פשוט מלון מאכזב בכל רמה מהשירות המתקנים המיקום הגרוע שכל מונית לכייון לוקחת 500 באט. חדרים קטנים ומסריחים עם ריח של ביוב למשך כל היממה. הפער בין התמונות למציאות הוא כל כך גדול! בתור אחד שאף פעם לא כותב ביקורות בבוקינג הרגשתי צורך במקרה הזה בשביל להזהיר לא להתקרב למלון הזה. דבר נוסף - המלון לא ידידותי בלשון המעטה לילדים. במעט דשא שיש יש המון יתושים כך שבפועל רק יצאנו מהמלון. בנוסף גבו מאיתנו קנסות גבוהים בגלל שהילדה בת השלושה הרטיבה מעט במיטה. פשוט להתרחק

הכל גרוע.

Es war einfach und genügsam für ein paar Nächte, jedoch hervorzuheben die Nudelsuppe beim frühstück wie auch die frischen Eierspeisen.

Klimaanlage dürfte gerne gepflegt werden

Die Anlage hat uns gut gefallen. Ich wollte ein bezahlbares Hotel bei dem man noch zu Fuß zum Fisherman Village laufen kann. Dafür war es perfekt. Gutes Frühstück und nettes Personal. Bei dem Taxis Service der immer wieder bemängelt wird saß bei uns eine nette Dame und der gebuchte Service hat super funktioniert.
