La atención de los de recepción, no son muy amables y me hicieron esperar mucho para darme las habitaciones estando ya pagadas, de hecho ellos me decían que yo ya me había hospedado una semana antes y que mi reserva no estaba, luego una de las habitaciones me la entregaron hasta las cinco de la tarde cuando el check-in es a las tres, muy poco personal en el restaurante y no se dan a basto para atender cuando hay mucha afluencia de personas en el lugar.

Reviewed Jan 10, 2026The hotel is out of the main town and is in a quiet area with good parking. The room was spacious although a little dated compared to the photos. Our room was quiet though which was good. Breakfast was also good with plenty of choice. It’s a good option if you need a night near Tapachula for a good price.
The front of house staff were not very welcoming, as a tourist we were mainly just stared at. The room was comfortable enough but wasn’t that clean for example there was dust down beside the bed so could have been a bit better.

Los tv son demasiado viejos, en mi opinión están solo para reliquia. Si quieres disfrutar de entretenimiento hay que buscar otras opciones. No tiene canales como Netflix o Disney, solo canales nacionales, si al menos lo tuviera cada quien pudier a usar su propia cuenta, pero es que no existe esa posibilidad

After changing rooms at 2am due to the AC leaking on a bed things improved but these issues were not surprising to the hotel and still were not addressed.
