It was nice this is my second time I’m booking my stay in this hotel The first time was 14 years ago I came for 2 weeks but stayed for 4 weeks On my first visit I think the hotel was built brand new but I’m not sure this time it was the same no much changes or difference The location is very good it’s very close to the beach all around you can enjoy different foods and boat rides with fare prices The good thing is you can enjoy sunshine on the beach side or you can stay in hotel and take a sun bed at the top floor or enjoy free Turkish hamam inside the hotel or after 6 pm every day there’s small trains taking you by the side of the beach you can see lots of things like a live music to big screens with cartoon films on the beach side for kids ect.

The staff was nice especially Mr engin he was welcoming all the guests like is in own house if you was missing one day your breakfast he was asking you very politely why you didn’t come for it Also the manager Miss Mariam sha was very helpful too plus all the staff was wonderful from receptionist to the cleaning guys Before I forget the breakfast top floor view to the beach makes your soul fresh every morning

Отель отличный, до пляжа 2 минуты пешком. Завтраки хорошие в ресторане с видом на море. Уборка номера ежедневно. Персонал говорит на английском языке. Прямо в отеле на рецепции можно обменять валюту. СПА-центр неплохой, но бассейн и тренажерный зал расположен этажом выше, чем хаммам и парилка, не очень удобно ходить по лестницам туда и обратно. Вода в бассейне прохладная. Шапочку с собой брать обязательно. Пляж песчаный, брала с собой аквасоки - не понадобились, вход в море комфортный, пологий. Пляж муниципальный, не очень чистый, но бесплатный, лежаков нет. В отеле выдают пляжные матрасы и зонты. За углом продают складные пляжные кресла по 8 евро, купили, пользовались ими каждый день, удобно. Людей на пляже немного. Магазины и кафе рядом. Торговый центр в 7 минутах пешком.

Если будете брать массаж в СПА центре, попросите прайс в турецких лирах, а не в евро, который лежит на виду. Будете приятно удивлены, цена на 40% ниже.

We had a wonderful vacation at this hotel. The staff was amazing and very helpful. They arranged transportation for us and always asked how our stay was going. The cleaning staff made our stay even more comfortable by always providing us with a nice, clean room. There was a great variety of food, so everyone could find something they liked. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily stay here again.

The stay was wonderful i have nothing bad to say.

Hotel in die Jahre gekommen, muss dringend mal wieder renoviert werden

Maintenance is lacking , reported the fridge not working 4 times and after 3 attempts it was not fixed ( said the replacement fridge was fitted but never worked). Also the rooms and wc especially need general repairs. I have visited / stayed a number of times since 2015 and their just seems to be no repairs carried out which eventually will off putting for us.

The rooms were very big, the hotel has plenty of space and the staff is very nice. The breakfast also has many options. It was a bit weird tat you had to pay for the fresh orange juice.

The bathrooms although clear were quite old

The breakfast was excellent and there was a large selection, different every day. The restaurant on the 7th floor had a wonderful view of the sea. The pool and sauna also had a sea view. The reception was very nice, everyone was helpful. Very closed location to the beach! Super!!

The hotel is well presented, the building is not freshly re-done, but in a good state. Rooms are comfortable, the air-con coped with Turkish summer well. Location is on a busy street, but all the essentials this suburb offers are close. The staff left a very good impression, everyone was ready to help. A gentleman called Engin was particularly helpful when I needed to arrange a dinner in the hotel restaurant for my elderly mother. Thank you!

The room could have been cleaned more thoroughly and regularly. The only truly negative aspect of the trip was the beach - it is literally the dirtiest one I have ever been on. And on such a beautiful coast, what a shame!

We spent quite a long time at this hotel, which gave us the opportunity to really experience the atmosphere and form an overall impression of our stay. To be honest, the only significant downside for us was the cleanliness of the rooms. In this respect, the hotel is, in my opinion, quite far from the level you would expect from a 5-star hotel. The rooms were not always cleaned thoroughly enough, and the level of cleanliness could definitely be improved.

However, what truly makes this hotel special are the people who work directly with the guests. They create a genuine feeling of hospitality and make the stay much more enjoyable. A very big thank you to Kimiya — an incredibly kind, attentive, warm and beautiful person. You can immediately feel that she genuinely cares about how guests feel, whether they are comfortable and whether everything is alright. Her attention is sincere and personal, and that is what makes her so special. A special thank you also goes to Engin — a true professional and, without a doubt, a great asset to any hotel. His kindness, attentiveness and warm attitude towards guests are exactly what genuine hospitality should be. Such sincere and caring treatment is truly not easy to find. I would also like to give a special mention to Mila at the reception and thank her for her kindness, attentiveness and willingness to help.

We have passed amazing moment in the Esser hotel the rooms were perfect clean and vast , the breakfast very varied with delicious foods without forgetting the kindness and efficiency of all the staff specially KIMIYA and Engin a very efficient kind and serious employees she made a special positif thing to our holidays in this hotel so I recommend this hotel for everybody

Sehr grosse Zimmer, Parkservice (mit Gebühr, war aber völlig in Ordnung), Hotel hat vieles zu bieten.

Die Betten sind zu weich und das Bad könnte renoviert werden und es ist sehr hellhörig. Leider hat das Putzpersonal keine Bedeckung auf dem Kopf, wir hatten immer lange Haare im Bad nach der Reinigung.

Die Lage

Das Wasser im Bad war am Anfang bräunlich. Kaffee Tassen war dreckig bzw nicht sauber. Und die Betten sind nicht bequem. Frühstück war vielseitig aber nicht frisch

Der Gast steht im Mittelpunkt. Ich habe mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Ein Zimmer mit Balkon wäre toll gewesen. War leider nicht verfügbar

Am schimbat 4 cartele de usa nu funcționa , de mâncare primești doar dacă plătești , camerele sunt rupte , parchetul scos, lemnul la dulapuri umflat , sub pat este praf de 2 degete și resturi de mâncare , se fumează în camere , etc

Salteaua de la pat...era foarte moale. Am preferat sa dorm pe fotoliul pat, avea salteaua mai tare.

Все понравилось. Хорошие завтраки. По нашей просьбе отель любезно продлил номер и сделал это бесплатно. Спасибо большое. Рядом круглосуточная аптека и несколько мест, где можно перекусить местной едой, всё было очень вкусно.

Мы читали отзывы и знали заранее возможные недостатки, они не критичны.

Prvi put sam bio u ovom hotelu 2023 godine i do danas je hotel dosta propao i izgleda istrošeno.Jedna od dobrih stvari je lokacija,veoma bogat doručak,osoblje hotela je za pohvalu zbog ljubaznosti.

Mnogi sadržaji hotela koji su navedeni ne rade i nisu u funkciji,hotel zahtjeva hitno renoviranje jer je baš propao,voda u bazenu i okolica bazena je preprljava kao i stakla na kompletnom hotelu,još jedna najgluplja stvar koju nikad nisam doživio je da osoblje zahtjeva korištenje kape pri ulasku u bazen i ne daju bebi od 1g da se kupa sa roditeljima u velikom bazenu,vrata neispravna mnogo ima loših stvari koje neću nabrajati prije 3 godine je hotel dobio moju ocijenu 10 a danas ću mu dati 7 samo zato sa mu ne rušim prosjek a inače bi dobio dosta nizu ocijena i da daleko od hotela s 5 zvjezdica izgubio je zvijezde u međuvremenu!

Die Lage war für unsere Zwecke akzeptabel.

Leider entsprach der Aufenthalt in nahezu allen Bereichen nicht unseren Erwartungen. Das Zimmer roch stark nach altem Zigarettenrauch. Der Geruch war dauerhaft wahrnehmbar und hatte sich offensichtlich in Möbeln, Vorhängen und anderen Textilien festgesetzt. Die Zimmer entsprechen nicht den veröffentlichten Bildern. Die Einrichtung wirkt stark abgewohnt und schlecht gepflegt. Es gibt zahlreiche Verfärbungen, Beschädigungen, Abplatzungen an Türzargen und schlecht verarbeitete Sanitäranlagen. Türen und Schränke quietschen bei jeder Nutzung. Mehrere Steckdosen funktionierten nicht, darunter auch Steckdosen direkt neben dem Bett. Der Fenstergriff war locker und die Sofas wirkten stark verschmutzt. Ein vorab zugesagtes Babybett wurde trotz vorheriger Absprache nicht bereitgestellt. Das Personal wirkte überwiegend desinteressiert und wenig professionell. Auf mehrere während des Aufenthalts gemeldete Beschwerden erhielten wir keine zufriedenstellenden Antworten. Insbesondere Fragen zu den verwendeten Reinigungs- und Waschmitteln blieben unbeantwortet. Zusätzlich wurde auf dem Fernseher unseres Zimmers die Begrüßung eines anderen Gastes angezeigt, was Fragen zum Datenschutz aufwarf. Insgesamt entsteht der Eindruck eines Hotels, das deutlich hinter den beworbenen Standards zurückbleibt und seit Jahren nur unzureichend instand gehalten wird. Wir würden dieses Hotel nicht erneut buchen und können es nicht empfehlen.

Персонал старается сделать максимум возможного для удобства гостей. Сотрудники очень приветливы и всегда готовы помочь. Протечку раковины в ванной быстро ликвидировали.

Отель посторен давно и выглядит "уставшим". Тяжелый воздух в комнате. На пляже и в море много мусора и окурков. В воде плавают подозрительные предметы.

Personalul extrem de amabil, mâncarea buna la micul dejun si variata, iar spa-ul si sala sunt foarte spațioase si curate. Va mulțumim pentru experiența!

Excellent hotel with very clean facilities and outstanding service. A special thanks to Ingin, who truly goes above and beyond to take care of guests and ensure they have a pleasant stay. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for customers made a real difference. Highly recommended, and I would gladly stay here again.

Sometimes the card didn't workThe only minor issue I experienced was that the room key card occasionally did not work properly, which was a bit inconvenient. However, this did not significantly affect my overall stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and the overall atmosphere was very relaxing. I would especially like to mention Miriam from Guest Relations, who welcomed us upon arrival. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive, making us feel truly valued and at home. Her warm attitude and professionalism made a big difference in our experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return in the future!

Some small things in the hotel room where a little broken, overal it was decent, but it took down the overall quality feel of the room

Location The way staff treated me as a guess. Engin a staff member assisted me with arranging transportation around the city. That changed my entire trip, for that I will forever be grateful. If your in Istanbul for any reasons pleas check either location for Eser properties.

Ich bin Stammgast in diesem Hotel und ich komme jederzeit gerne wieder hier her. Der Service und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr gut, immer hilfsbereit, höflich und ein Lächeln im Gesicht. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein.

The Bathroom, needs to be modernized, shower inside bath, not easy to get in and out!! Not 5 star.

il wifi e' una bomba al piano terra dove e' ubicata la reception il bar e i cari salottini, ma nelle camere va ad intermittenza. la colazione meriterebbe un occhio piu.......internazionale ed europeo dal momento che quasi tutti gli ospiti erano li per la fiera. un occhio salutistico non sarebbe male ( yogurt, soia, avena ecc ) alla fine va bene perche' la selezione e' comunque vasta

Es liegt in ein gute Lage. Direkt neben Strandpromenade.

Es ist leider sehr in Jahre gegangen. Ziemlich viele Dinge sind kaputt im Hotel.
