Camera era dezastru, parchetul era umflat, vântul bătea prin geam care nu era izolat corespunzător, în baie era un miros de vechi, mucegai, micul dejun groaznic.. personalul destul de detașat, fără un minim de engleză. Dacă aș clasifica acest hotel, i-aș da doar 2 stele..

The service at the reception was very poor. The staff showed no willingness to help or solve the problems during my stay. A very disappointing experience. la bomba estaba rota y presentaba desperfectos visibles (rejilla rota y jets dañados).bajeras y sábanas manchadas , interruptores sueltos .

Zimmer sind katastrophal Baujahr 1970. alles kaputt muss dringend renoviert werden. diese Hotel ist -5 Sterne. für diesen Preis eine Frechheit Bitte dieses Hotel definitiv meiden

The hotel needs improvement,, I came here 3 time in 5 years,, its the same with any improvement,, also I ask the man who helped me with my luggage with I checked in about an extra bed for my child (5Y) he didn't bring it at all 😡

Würde eine Sterne geben. Das Hotel hat seinen guten Zeiten langs hinter sich . Einrichtung von 90 Jahre . Könnte nicht mal meine Haare ordentlich waschen , weil Haarföhn war nach 2 Minuten kaputt.Das Essen auch war wenig und gab’s da kein großes Auswahl. Wir haben das Hotel für zwei Tage gebucht, sind aber schon am nächsten Tag woanders übernachten.

Fiyat performans adı altında da olsa,Uzun yıllardır faaliyette olan ve bilinen bir otelin biraz daha bakımlı olması gerektiğini inanıyorum daha profesyonel çalışanlarla daha da iyi olabilir. Ayrıca kahvaltı menüsü eskiye nazaran daha önce de kaldığım için biliyorum çok zayıftı ve lezzetsizdi.

Very old hotel, as if abandoned, the noise from other rooms doesn't let you sleep, I don't recommend it to anyone!

They refused to accommodate us in the room we paid for in an almost empty hotel! They accommodated us only when they were called by booking.com and they even blatantly lied that they had no available rooms. the reception attitude was terribly rude and arrogant. never again in this hotel. We are disgusted

Kein 5 Sterne Hotel. Nur wenig Personal spricht Englisch. Alles ist auf Russisch eingerichtet. Das Hauptpersonal ist motiviert. Das Saisonpersonal definitiv nicht. Wenn junge Leute nicht die geringsten Englisch Kenntnisse haben, dann stimmt etwas nicht. Speziell, wenn man mit 5 Sternen wirbt.

Herşey çok eski ve pis. Kahvalti yetersiz ve kötü. 5 yildizli otelde çayı karton bardak da içtık.

They gave us a room in another part of the hotel, not in the hotel, we had to walk constantly.

The spacious rooms, the facility.

The rooms needs upgrade as they are old, the AC was a problem, as several times was not working and it took them very long time more than 2 hours until they fixed it, after alot of calls, and the second day the same happened which made them to change my room. The AC in my family room also was not working and after several calls and complaints they changed the room of my family to another one.

Staff seemed nice and tried to be helpful, but just didn't have any resources for this. Cleaning ladies were trying their best,but I guess the nature of people who were staying at this hotel was hard to deal with.

Terrible hotel,food was disgusting,restaurant overpriced.No thermometer in the whole hotel or any medical help,which is ridiculous. Staff was nice,but clueless. I have just one question: how dare this hotel charge such an amount of fees for something like this?!Every hotel must have a first aid kit with a thermometer at any time!And ideally some medical assistance, taking to account the closest hospital is 25 min drive.

1-the only rooms with a balcony were in the attic 2- both installation at the jacuzzi and the fan in the bathroom were turned off because they are frequently damaged by tourists. ???3- the private beach, yes, but the beds were without mattresses. 4- the food was modest in variety and bad distribution: for breakfast fried potatoes and spinach with egg plus cereal; in the evening - fried potatoes, spinach without eggs, many salads, fruits and many sweets. 5- kind staff but they didn't know any foreign language,only 1-2 at the reception.6- so with indulgence 4 minus stars

Her yıl en az 1-2 kez konaklama yapıyoruz bazen 3 gün bazen 10 gün genel olarak çok memnunuz. Çocuklar için de çok güzel bir ortamı var . Tek kusuru epey yıpranmış olması . Bazı konularda yenileme yapılsa tek kelime ile muhteşem olur . Genel olarak tavsiye ederim 👍

Everything besides that. I ordered the Suite Junior which is the second most expensive and the room was very disappointing. Heater did not work after the first day , room service barely cleaned at all and the recepcionists there were rude and unprofessional.

There was nothing to like there.

The hotel doesn't seem to be 5 stars hotel. When we went to have my breakfast they didn't have any breakfast bar,like their pictures in booking. com, and they brought a small amount of breakfast on the plate for us. In the room, there were no facilities or mini bar or whatever they put in the pictures in booking.com. As a 5 Stars hotel, staff for room service don't understand or speak English, and whenever we need something, we should call reception and explain for them to ask room service to bring for us.

1- The breakfast was very low quality and not tasty at all. There was no cappuccino in the restaurant. There was no introduction on the food. 2- During check-in and check-out, there was no worker to carry your luggage, so I carried it myself. 3-There was no kettle in the room, the fridge was empty. I think the hotel is two stars, not five stars.

The property requires an upgrade as the facilities are rundown and are not reflective of a five star resort In our observation the resort reflects 3 and not 5 due to above comments Some inside facilities were closed and we wondered if the hotel closes over the winter

It’s hard to say?!

1) This is closer to a low quality 3 star hotel than a 5 star hotel. When were the glory days? 2) Very few people spoke a intermediate level of English. 3) The carpet in the rooms were full of spots! 4) painting of walls and ceiling was an interesting patchwork. 5) The hotel seems to be a like going through a maze to find what you need! 6) 5 star hotel and instant coffee ??? 7) the hotel need serious overdue renovation(s) in every department! 8) Breakfast was better in a 3 star hotel! If you have been to othe hotels in Turkey with breakfast included, be prepared for the rude awakening! 9) The management seems to be clueless about what star ratings represent!

Sea and beach

First, in July someone tried to charge my credit card before we arrive to hotel and I reported case to booking. They only apologised. Is not 5 star hotel: WiFi doesn’t work Reception and other service people don’t speak English. Only cleaning Lady understood us. Room: communistic old bedroom,carpet dirty with burnt cigarette holes, bathroom very old fashioned, no garden view, no proper seating area in room, minibar which was included in description. Previous guests smoked in this room. Communal areas are old and dirty. People smoke everywhere including rooms and beach, community areas. Beach dirty, full of rubbish and cigarette. Outside showers absolutely disgusting. Horrible smell. We were not allowed to bring own food to hotel including fruits. Bags were checked by security. Drinking water is limited - 2 small bottles per day but you can’t bring from outside shop your water (nonsense) Small parking, gentlemen told us to leave car on the side of front parking. That is not even parking space. Garden in front of hotel is very messy We didn’t know from where get beach towels. For breakfast no fruit, juice was a fizzy drink, horrible coffee and cheap ham. Every day the same breakfast. Every night, till late hours music and guests of bar were loud. Half of the night security talked loudly under our window so we could not sleep. Absolutely they are not discreet. Only cleaning Lady was professional, kind and understood English better than reception and other staff. I don’t recommend that hotel and booking didn’t do anything when I reported hotel during our visit.

The beach, full of shells in the sand, and sewage smell in the beach, I think there are a few large iron sewage man holes where the foul smell comes from.

Eski bir otel artıları ve eksileri aşağıdaki gibi; önce artılar: 1) Eski olmasına rağmen temizlik konusunda başarılıydı. 2) Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımcı. 3) Fiyatlar otelin kondisyonuna göre pahalı gibi görünse de bence makuldü. Bira havuz kenarına servis 110 TL. Atıştırmalıklardan pizza 180, hamburger 130 TL. 4) Diskosu çok az kişi kullanmasına rağmen çok iyi hatta harika. Müzikler süper, çok büyük, ferah. Sadece diskosuna bile gidilir ama elbette müşteri yatıp uyumayı tercih ediyor. 5) Havuzlar deniz suyu. Müthiş güzel. Büyük ve yeterliler. Şezlong, şensiye yeterliydi. 6) Plaj da güzel. Gelişmesi gerekenler: 1) Eski bir otel en az 30 yıllık o nedenle pek çok şey yıpranmış. Aslında küçük dokunuşlar olsa fark yaratır ama belli ki adım Hıdır elimden gelen budur yönetimi hakim. Duş başlığının kırık tutma aparatlarını değiştirmek için ya da tıkanan giderler için büyük bir yatırıma ihtiyaç olmasa gerek. 2) Otelde yönergeler çok kötü. Havuzu ara, asansörde R tuşuna bas ama indiğin yerde restoran olmasın meğer başka yerde olsun. Kapalı havuzu sor, öğren, gittiğinde havuz tadilatta ama densin falan. 3) Kahvaltı! Daha önce kapısında 5 yıldız olan bir otelde (hatta 3 yıldız olanda bile) bu kadar zayıf kahvaltı görmemiştim. 3 çeşit peynir, ikisi zaten ağza konmaz, konan da yağı alınmış tel peynir falan. 4)Asansörler titreye titreye çıkıyor. İlkinde uyarmamış olsa komi, korkardık. 5) Belli ki çok rüzgarlı olabilen bir lokasyon. Neden illa da şemsiye de sabit sistem değil?

Its not so clean. Its smells so bad from toilet, towels are old, we didnt get a water for drink and bed sheet was too thick for this weather conditions.

The receptionists are very kind and helpful. And they can speek Englush well.

Are so many things that i didn't liked. The restaurant from hotel offer so poor and little options of food and staff doesn't speak english. In the area are not good places to eat. Are so expensive and the food is not what you expect. Sea food that is offer you is from jars in vinegar and the sailors trying to fool you. The communication with staff from hotel is miserable, as they don't explain you what conditions,pools,offers and so many others you can have in hotel. (You have to find yourself).I was paying to much money for so less expectations.

Visited april 2023 out of season. Outdoor pools unfilled. Indoor pool working and gym. Good breakfasts buffet. Lovely large rooms. Limited hotel parking. Convenient to visit troy and gallipoli by car. Beach cleaned regularly. Nice bathroom plenty of hot water. Long beach walks in either direction very clean sea
