Personnel was very attentive and friendly. Location is amazing! A few stores and restaurants around the corner, totally recommend!

It was a good location near the station and the staff was very friendly

The bed was not the coziest i would say

This was my first time staying here, and they made me feel completely comfortable from the very beginning. The cleanliness, food, and overall hospitality were excellent. Since I’m from South India, I was initially a little concerned about the food, but I never faced any difficulty at all. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay and for making me feel so comfortable. I truly enjoyed my experience!

Its very pleasure to stay here. Excellent service with excellent staff.

If you want to see the madness of Delhi and all of the little back streets then its a great location for exploring. I personally enjoyed the location but it's not for the faint hearted. Fantastic shower temperature and pressure.

The rooms were a bit run down and could have been cleaner but it looked like the hotel was being refurbished to a higher standard, so this could have been the reason.

Very helpful and polite hotell stuff. Fullfill my needs.

I liked everything about the place. They keep it clean and bright. The room was comfy, the AC was good, the bed and bedding were very comfy, hot water was instant and did not run out, very good water pressure, bathroom amenities were good and daily refreshed, food was decent and fairly priced, paneer was amazing, had a soft texture and creamy taste. Staff was good. Room service was good. Free breakfast was decent despite the options being limited. Overall, great deal for the price. I will come back and I would recommend this place to others too. Free WiFi was consistent and high speed. Water and coffee amenities were refreshed daily. I really like the free airport pickup up and also you can get them to arrange you a vehicle when you want to get around which is also great! Honestly, the experience is better than I expected.

Coffee at breakfast was a little burnt and bitter. Room service staff were polite but they barely spoke English. Didn't have many English TV channel options I was surprised yo see my door was open when I came back from going out but the it was the room service and none of my valuables were touched so the staff is honest and trustworthy Overall, what I didn't like aren't anything major and didn't really affect my experience much. The only thing I didn't like is the neighbourhood which the hotel can't do anything about. The area is dirty, dusty, smells, and full of garbage all over the roads. The traffic and the honking noise was unbearable when you get on to the road. Thankfully the hotel is slightly off from the main road so the noise doesn't come in much to the room.

Very near tge city centre, nice and comfy conditions, can recommend it!

Buena ubicación, las fotos coinciden con lo que ofrecen, me guardaron las maletas mientras hacia el viaje por India, personal muy atento.

Todo bien

Location and facilities good Room cleaning best Manager and host is very corporative

The staff. Friendly, practical and genuinely helpful. When the trains were full (my own fault for not booking ahead) they helped me sort out onward travel, and the travel desk next to reception gives honest advice on routes. Good bed, reliable wifi, hot water that works. Uber and rickshaws a few steps away. Guests from all over the world. The Indian Grill Restaurant around the corner is worth a visit, fresh and clean food.

The building is being renovated and it shows in places. After a day or two in Delhi you stop noticing, but it is there. Keep the price in mind: this is budget Delhi, simple and clean.

Breakfast and food, I didn't like the initial room that was alloted to me but the reception manager changed me the room gave good one.

スタッフが親切。

少しタオルや、シーツが汚い

Rooms were Western Standard. Friendly staff the roomservice even help me to recharge my phone outside the Hotel and I got water bottles for free.

Breakfast was good but maybe Waffles or Pancake Station would be great in the future.

Good location, clean room and good breakfast.

Pick up at the airport was great. The driver was waiting for us even though it was 2am. The staff were wonderful at check in and helpful throughout our stay. We had a lovely spacious room and a large, comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good. We loved the location.

Location was great, good staff and clean room

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect from the moment I arrived. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of fresh options to choose from every morning. The location is excellent, close to the main attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it very easy to explore the area. The hotel also has a pleasant atmosphere that makes you feel welcome and at home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Nothing

Centrally located and friendly staffs.

Looks like it is offseason at the moment so some proper management like the cleanness of the room could be better. Rest all ok.

Everything is prefect. Reception, checking in, helping.

Nothing for me, all perfect in a reasonable price.

1 st day not good experience WiFi week

I stayed here for two nights as solo. The staffs are very professional & very much supportive. The breakfast was also good. They gave me a free airport pick up & the driver whom they sent was really an wonderful person.

Good location, good service and very helpful staff. Breakfast was ok and the room was comfortable.

The shower was a bit cold and missing a door or curtain so water was all over the floor; the building and its facilities looked a bit aged and not so modern or exceptionally clean but working and renovation are seemingly undergoing.

Amazing stay

Did'nt had breakfast. Early check out due to my train timing. Room good, Location good very near to New Delhi railway station. Easy to catch train.
