Our first room was filthy, the toilet didn’t flush and the bed sheets were disgusting. We were moved to another room where we had to ask for clean sheets - they had dirty marks all over them! There was no hot water. The towels were stained and smelled disgusting. The view from our window was a disgusting back alley. We thought we’d check out the roof terrace - basically a storage area with some broken chairs! This hotel is not as advertised! Do not fall for the lies and the fake pictures!

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026pendant mon sejour ils n'ont jamais changer les draps du lit.Il y un cafetière pourri et deguellace avec plein de calcaire a l'interieur.Le frigo est très sale' zero hygiene et pire le mec au comptoire ne cesse de parler avec son agent de securité a haute voix et ca résonnait jusqu"a ma chambre.Aucun respect envers le clients.Ils mont fait payer le taxe alors que cétait inclus dans le montant a payer.Bref je ne conseillerai personne d'aller dans cet hotel minable.
zéro hygiène;bavardage toute la nuit et arnaque envers les clients.

Ночь проживания стоила всего 1200 рупий ( 1000 русскими рублями) и ожидать чего-то сверхестественного от отеля в данном ценовом сегменте было бы неразумно. Номер небольшой, но уютный. Одна большая кровать, бельё чистое, свежее. В номере чайник и чайные принадлежности, 2 бутылки воды. Большое зеркало, столик. Шампунь, гель для душа тоже в наличии. Все чистенько- аккуратненько. Удачное местоположение, рядом вокзал. Для тех, кто ограничен в бюджете, смело могу рекомендовать.

Reviewed Apr 27, 2026The reception guy initially tried to charge me for 2 days while I had earlier informed him to modify my stay to just one day just within the check-out time range. He tried his best to charge for 2 days and did not stop from arguing. Ultimately he himself modified the booking under pressure. His arguing was just useless when the modification was possible. Not just that, he initially handed over the bill for all the 4 days as against just 1. Approach to the property was really cumbersome. I got stuck in the narrow street a couple of times with my car.
