Zimmer waren sehr modern und sauber, gemütliches Bett und großer Fernseher.

Der Hot Tub war leider nicht nutzbar, es sind nur wenige Plätze im Frühstücksraum vorhanden

We were in room 103, it was very noisy. We we next to some sort of maintenance room and the ice machine......all very noisy. Also whenever the next room turned the taps on the noise was deafening in our room!

Yiur staff was truly amazing, very friendly and polite.

Our 2 rooms were on different levels on oppends of each other. My room smelled musty or moldy as soon as we opened the door.. wasn't very pleasant to stay in our room. As for breakfast, the area was super small and not much room to others to sit and not much food to choose from.

Beautiful location, attractive building

Breakfast area was very small, not enough tables and chairs; key card would have been nice so we could use side doors rather than have such a long walk to our room.

Overall a good hotel at one end of Revelstoke. The more interesting restaurants are a small walk (15 minutes) away, but there are also options closeby

Room was super nice, just like the pictures. Very clean, comfortable bed, easy access. Great value!

Everything appeared super high quality but was also cheap at the same time - for example: toilet paper holder fell off/broke when we touched it. Breakfast was not good either, but nothing bad enough to deter another stay.

Spacious rooms and everything was clean. The hot-tub was out of order but we were allowed to use the ones of their partner locations - that was amazing!! Free breakfast which was quite good and had everything you need! It’s close to the Nationalpark as well as to some stores!

There was nothing that stood out. It would’ve been nice at the fridge of the little bigger that is just not a big deal.

The room feels fresh, clean, and welcoming. Upon entering, there was no unpleasant smell at all. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long drive.

Had to check in at front desk anyway despite doing online check in which was supposed to allow direct access to room - had no idea where room was and no indication of how to find it, prompting the need for the second check in. Also the coffee maker didn't work and did not seem to have been replaced. Quibbles l know, but annoying nevertheless.

Need more attention to staff room cleaning. One of our bed covers had blood on it. Breakfast area is to small. In summer could be expanded outside.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, insgesamt ist das Hotel aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Trotzdem war alles ordentlich und gepflegt. Die Lage ist ok, aber etwas weit von der Innenstadt entfernt.

Hinter dem Hotel verläuft die Bahnlinie, daher musste man Nachts das Fenster schließen. Insgesamt ist das Hotel aufgrund der Bauweise etwas hellhörig.

Verouderd motel wat geprobeerd is met een klein budget te upgraden, maar niet echt gelukt is. Geur in de kamer, vooral door verouderde vloerbedekking.

Nice spacy apartment for five people, comfortable and very clean; good breakfast with quite some choices (if you come early), friendly staff and not to far from downtown (20 min walk)

In one night, we heard loud snoring from the neighbouring room (earplugs were provided in bathroom); if you don’t come early for breakfast, only few choices are left and in general it is difficult to find a place to sit in the breakfast room

Room was very spacious, fit our family of 5. Bed was comfortable. Pretty clean. Staff were nice.

I am a hospital cleaner, so I notice everything that hasn't been cleaned because that's my training. Walls had fingerprints and there was an uncleaned coffee spill on the counter. However, the bed, toilet and shower were very clean. Room could have used (or use on at least a weekly basis) a once over with walls. Touch points are important to do daily (handles, countertops etc) and these were lacking in cleaning as well.

Classic north american motel. easy parking, great location. bonus: nice interior design and recently updated rooms, not the usual run-down decades old stuff. breakfast really very basic, but hey, that was a complementary add-on. overall, unbeatable price/value ratio here.

Large room with a very comfortable king-size bed. Recently renovated, the rooms are lovely. 56 The air conditioning works well, and so does the TV.

The bathroom is a bit small, but suitable for one person.

Todo. Limpio, súper limpio. Las camas son una nube, el baño impecable y la habitación enorme. Con un área de sala comedor muy amplia y cómoda. Con cocineta; microondas, refri pequeño y cafetera. Descansamos súper bien. Llegamos directo al Hot Tube, si bien no es muy grande, fue el complemento perfecto para relajarnos después de in viaje de 6 horas. No es solo un hotel, no es solo un motel, es el lugar ideal para llegar a descansar y recargar energía para seguir viaje a Vancouver.

Tal ves el ruido del tren, pero la verdad no nos afectó mucho. De todas maneras habían tapones para los oídos, pero no los necesitamos.

The breakfast was basic at best. The only hot items were beverages, they didn’t even have eggs. Our room also had hair on the carpet.

Quiet policy from 11pm to 7am. The shower had a nice flow; lots of hot water. There's a steak house less than 100 metres away. Best fish and chips in Revelstoke is found at the Revelstoke Golf Club, about 3k away. The photo shows it all as of July, 2026. A jar of ear plugs was provided in the bathroom. A local highlight is the Sky Meadow Parkway located just outside Revelstoke. It's a paved road up Mount Revelstoke, and this year, there's no national park fee to drive it. When you run out of parking lots, you deserve to walk around Balsam Lake[it's not very big[, and wander 100 metres or so up one of the trails to sample tranquility in its most natural form. Insect repellant is a good idea.

Oh, boy. It turns out the electronic door lock was not working, meaning that the room was open to anyone while we were gone for the day. We did get a manual key on the second day. There was and still is a burned out bulb in the bathroom: we asked maintenance staff directly to replace it [the bathroom is a bit dim with just the over-the-sink lights on]; that didn't happen. The breakfast is the simplest of the so-called "free breaakfasts": cereal, toast, hard-cooked eggs, yogurt and so on. What was missing was a place to eat it: The room size is tiny for the size of the hotel; asking for containers for milk and so on to take back to the room wasn't very successful. The chap in charge of the service was less than helpful. Some folks were standing outside eating. Walls sound hollow: lots of neighbour noise, especially in bathroom. Speaking of: the bathtub/shower needs a grab bar anchored to the wall to assist entry and exit. The suction mat provided for the tub is not as permanent as it should be. BIG ISSUE: if you have mobility issues or haul suitcases that are significantly heavy for your age, be sure to specify MAIN FLOOR ONLY. There are two floors, and NO ELEVATOR. The WiFi was less than advertised. It faded in and out during the FIFA game on July 11.. On July 12, the screen froze with the circle of death showing buffering was trying to take place. Eventually turned it off and read a book.

The outside door was left open and they did not have a key to lock it . It made us very uneasy thst anyone could come in at anytime.
