Le prix… imbattable !!! 20€ la nuit, grande chambre, grande piscine, 3min à pied du Central Samui. Le personnel est vraiment très sympathique et c’est très appréciable.

Les chambres auraient besoin d’un rafraîchissement, mais pour le prix de nuit aucun problème

Pool dreckig. Bin das zweite Mal dort gewesen und hab dem Hotel eine zweite Chance gegeben. Beim ersten Mal vor 3 Wochen hatte ich ein gutes Zimmer auf der 2. Ebene mit schönem Ausblick. Jetzt wurde mir gesagt ich erhalte ein noch besseres Zimmer. Tatsache war, dass das Zimmer auf der ersten Ebene und das ziemlich weit hinten oben war. Also viel Treppenlaufen angesagt und die Aussicht war viel schlechter. Ich hatte sogar bei der Rezeption nachgefragt warum das Zimmer besser sei und warum sie das sagte 'war nur ein joke' sehr unprofessionell. Im Portemonnaie, welches ich nie ins Safe tue, würden beim ersten Mal 2.000 und gestern sogar 8.000 gestohlen. Es wurde bisher nichts unternommen seitens des Hotels außer dass ich von der Managerin angeschrien wurde. Somit müsste ich Anzeige erstatten und war in meinem Urlaub tatsächlich bei der Polizei vor Ort. Auch eine interessante Erfahrung. Dem Officer als er heute ins Hotel kam, um auch die Seite des Hotels und die Daten des CCTV anzusehen hat ein Wasser erhalten auf meine Nachfrage ob ich auch eins bekommen könnte, nur gegen Entgelt, obwohl ich Kunde im Hotel war. Also einfach ein furchtbarer Service, Handtuch darf man auch nicht mit zum Pool nehmen, das kostet auch 300 Baht und vieles mehr. Ich fühle mich bei Nova Samui so gar nicht mehr sicher als Gast und wirklich sehr herablassend behandelt, obwohl man auch 1.000 Baht die Nacht bezahlt...wo es zB bei Simply besser und günstiger ist und viel näher zum Strand von der Lage her...nie wieder Nova und kann es auch niemandem empfehlen. Nicht einmal ein Verständnisgefühl gehabt bei den Frauen an der Rezeption, dass einem Gast Geld gestohlen wurde...kein I am sorry for you Mr. nada...ja halt äußerst unprofessionell. Im Gegenteil wurde ich angeschrieen, weil ich nach 3 Wochen wieder dieselbe Erfahrung mache musste und es mitteilte. Ein No Go!

Good pool area and close to Samui central. 5 min walk.

Lazy staff. Not helpful at all. Tried checking us out after 1 day when we paid for 3 and had to prove it to a very unpleasant lady. Woke up to no power. Rave/club next door so music going to 4am every night. Didn’t make up the room and had to ask 3 times and when they did they forgot water bottle which was ok, but then about 6pm they let them selfs into our room, door locked, no knocking, just walked in dropped off water and left. The place is very old, bedding ripped, gaps in doors. I could go on.

Dysfonctionnements (panne de TV, panne d’électricité). Accueil impersonnel. aucun sens commercial. Le personnel m’a fait changé de chambre quand j’ai prolongé le séjour car la chambre prolongée était d’un standard inférieur, tout cela pour quelques baths et alors que l’hôtel n’était pas plein et que la précédente chambre n’avait été réservée.

Pool was not well maintained. Pool umbrellas were not used and were in storage. Room cleaning was ok but their attendance was a bit hit or miss. Air conditioner filters were very dirty.

Good location, staff were helpful although they didn’t understand everything they tried to help. Swimming pool was ok! The accommodation was good, beds were fine.

We got sick because of the airconditioning. Week later now and i’m still sick. Perhaps it’s not clean.

the full size fridge. and the air con when there was power because the power went for a full day.

the amount of steps to the rooms and the lack of help to the rooms considering the amount of steps. the automatic locking doors to the balcony as we got locked out on the balcony at night. the non 24 hour reception, should always be someone there besides security. the rooms were quite out dated and the bathrooms were not too clean. the pool wasn’t the cleanest it was quite green.

We stayed for 2 nights. The ladies at reception were nice and friendly. The location is very good, close to the shopping mall and restaurants.

The hotel is a bit old and I think they should just maintain it a bit better. Old hotels can be amazing if it's maintained.

Le bon emplacement, personnel souriant et sympathique. Le jardin est très beau et la piscine est super grande et agréable.

La propreté est à revoir… il t avait des cafards morts dans le luminaire de la salle de bain, j’ai essayé de boucher toute entrée possible pour ces bestioles, bonde de lavabo, evacuations des eaux de douche…. Et un petit rafraichissement des chambres serait le bienvenu…

Clean, calm and peaceful.

They lack staff. Given it’s a resource and there is no lift. They need more people who can perhaps help the senior people with their heavy luggage or in case there are physically challenged tourist. For young travellers it’s good. They can also have a small cafeteria for quick bites 24/7.

Had everything I need for one night. Room was clean. The balcony is nice. If you have trouble walking too many steps make sure to not book the hills room. Had to pay extra

This was my 2nd stay in Nova Samui Resort. I liked the hotel as it is a great "base" for exploring Chaweng and Bo Phut. Everything needed is close within walking distance (less than 1km to 7/11, SuperCheap and/or Lotus supermarket and different food places as well as pharmacy, motorbike & car rental and ThaiMassage). Some things I would like to highlight for other guests as well: The Pool is opened all day until 6pm (after that pool is closed for cleaning etc). I was in the hotel during dry season and there is no breakfast, lunch or dinner provided (not sure if this applies during high season as well, please check with hotel staff) Another plus is, the hotel has its own ThaiMassage with really fair prices. The rooms are big and with a lot of nice details - I like the dark wood very much. AC works very well and is clean. What I would like to mention as a big plus: I had an issue with the first room assigned to me, after a quick talk with the nice people at the reception this could be resolved above my expectation by assigning another room - no stress, no trouble, all went smooth, again thank you for that! What guests should know: Since the hotel is pretty close to Chaweng Beach and the "party centre" you can expect some "sound entertainment" until late evening - have that in mind!

Nothing to mention here, the hotel met my expectations again, thank you for that!

La réception : l accueil du staff à la réception est exceptionnel. Les dames vous trouvent solution , vous écoute et facilte votre arrivée , c’est mon 2em séjour dans cet hôtel . Et c’est véritablement pour le staff très serviable , attentionné professionel que je reviens . Mon lit était un peu dure , elle m’a trouver solution avec petit sur matelas. Besoin d’une info un conseil , elles sont à votre écoute . Je voulais garder la même chambre et ajouter des nuits et ça été possible . De même elle mon permis faire Check in un peu plus tôt et ont garder mes valises toutes la matinée . Tous les jours on discutent elle vous demandent le programme et vous donne des conseils . Il y a des jeunes qui m’ont aider avec mes valises et même le cleaning staff est d’une grande gentillesse .

Rien tout est parfait . Peut être le bruts de la musique de concert à central samui mais c’est une fois par semaine et ça la proximité de la ville qui veut ça .

The desk staff were nice and polite, and seemed concerned when they detected something might be wrong, although this was such a creepy experience that my wife was not comfortable opening up to them about it.

The hotel was badly lit in the shared areas and overall not very clean. But worse than that, the porter who took my wife to her room acted like he was high on drugs, then when they reached her room, asked her to transfer him 50 baht from her bank account (!?!?), and when she said she couldn't, he asked again for 50 baht in cash instread. This is extremely rude and scared her, being a solo female traveller, so I bought her a new hotel room elsewhere and told her to leave immediately.

Rooms were clean and spacious with a nice balcony area. Pool area was clean with plenty of sunbeds. Staff were friendly. Location was good with bars and restaurants nearby.

Could hear the music from either the pool area or over the road quite clearly in the room late at night. Didn’t bother us too much but maybe a nuisance for some.

The cleaners bathroom was a disgrace no chemicals were used to clean bathroom sheets were never changed through out ny stay , complain a few times and thats the only time they done anything, , no facilities to eat or drink at the resort all though they had a bar And restaurant but was closed all the time i was there So when i said i want to check out early they said i will not be refunded any money as i was booked in for 30 days and paid up in full. So wont be staying there again

Great location. 10 min walk to beach and near the central samui mall. If you’re on a budget it will do. Not the worst

Pool literally died our swimming costumes yellow so be careful 😂 the whole hotel in general could use some renovation. Parts of it looks abandoned which is odd as there was a gardener outside every morning.

The staff didn’t help me at all, the website says they give residents free rides to the beach’s and the lady at the front just told me No when I asked about it. It’s more of a hotel than resort with a swimming pool. They don’t offer anything a resort would like food/drinks. You will hear loud music all night as if the club is in the resort. I would not recommend staying here, it’s very overpriced for what they offer.

Le personnel

emplacement , à côté de la ville de chaweng et de central samui mall. mais un peu à écart . 10mn à pied tout même de la plage . la journée extrement calme avec très belle piscine et un staff super accueillant, serviable et professionnel . Wanna ma donner toutes les bonnes adresses et infos dont j’avais besoin . la piscine est super propre et transat nombreux à disposition . 2 bouteilles eau tous les jours et ménage impeccable . le jardin paradisiaque . un petit marché au fruits juste à droite à 3mn . j’ai apprécié ambiance de jour avec les cocotiers et la grande piscine . la distance de la plage est tout même assez longue au moins 10-15mn en coupant à travers le centre commercial puis à droite . la proximité des beach club et de la fête pour des envies plus nocturnes est idéals .

la piscine ouvre un peu tard 9h et ferme trop tôt à 18h . un 8h -19h serait plus agréable . le bruit de la route en contre bas , selon la chambre , plus proche route ça peut être très gênant . la proximité du central samui a ses avantages et inconvénients : 5 nuits sur 8 il y a eu concert de musique et disco en plein air et le son remonte très fortement jusque 1h matin . je le savais mais même avec des bouchons j’avoue c’est très dure a apprécié . il vaut mieux se faire à idée aller en ville très tard et oublier dormir tôt malgré décalage horaire . j’ai eu 2 chambres différentes : la deluxe avec une terrasse sans voisins puis la standard, avec un balcon et des voisins bruyant sur leur balcon , sur 2 étages portes et petite fête sur les balcon sur 2 étages avec mauvaise insonorisation entre chambre peuvent aussi été gênant , j’ai préféré la deluxe le lit était moins dure et plus isoler des autres clients .

The room and the hotel are really nice. Nice pool, too. The beds were comfortable, the room is a nice size. Nice balcony.

The location is suitable only if you are planning to jump into the party mode yourself. If you are trying to get some sleep at night, good luck.

Sem se rád vrátím 🙂 Rezervoval jsem pokoj až nahoře na kopci s úžasným výhledem na zahradu i Chaweng - jen je to sem pořádná porce schodů, ale s tím jsem počítal 😊 Výborná lokalita, trhy, obchody, noční život, vše jen několik minut. Na pláž je to cca. 15min pěšky, ale lepší zapůjčit scooter, což lze snadno hned v okolí. Personál i ostraha moc fajn. Zahrada udržovaná, bazén úžasný, jen by se hodilo více lehátek 🙂 🛎️ Check In/out - vše rychle a OK 👍 Lokalita - nemůže být lepší 🧹 Úklid - denně 🚿 Koupelna - tak akorát 🛏️ Postel - pohodlná

Gardeners, cleaners, and security staff very friendly. Great garden. Big pool. 1 cat visiting. Cute. I got a room upgrade because I did not like the room at the street with the noise.

Staff at reception was not friendly. Room gets very hot. Must continuously use aircon. Pool is only open from 9 am to 6 pm.

Room 214,lovely setting, hill side gardens, nice pool, good AC, fridge,kettle, free water each day.

Everyone will mention the stairs, 90 odd from main Rd.Didnt bother me too much, nearly 70 and fit,but appreciate not for everyone.Had to carry own suitcase up, a ruck sack would be just as hard. Having said that, I booked an extra 2 nights. On site massage is a bit shady, especially for a single male. Not the hotels fault, but one tea time defending bass music from next door garden bar,rattling the hotel,thankfully didn't last.

Beautiful gardens full of wildlife, set in a peaceful area near the lake and close to many bars, restaurants and the beach was about a 15 minute walk. Very large rooms, comfortable with large private balcony. The pool was really nice especially in the heat! Staff were really friendly, cleaning available daily if requested with water also and it was good value.

Not a massive criticism but if the bar onsite was staffed I'm sure many guests would have used it, either at the pool or in the lobby reception area itself, this is something I feel would be an asset for the hotel and save the guests walking to a supermarket. A lamp by the bedside would have helped as it was a little dark i n the room This didn't bother us as we wanted the lovely view and travelled light but there are a lot of steps if staying near the top of the gardens

Propreté à revoir, les chambre sont sales. La piscine est mal entretenue (contours verts avec des algues). La literie est très inconfortable, tous les équipements sont très vétustes. Le nettoyage quotidien est très approximatif (nous remettent des tapis et serviettes sales)

Wie waren bereits das 3. Mal im Nova. Preis- Leistung sind für Chaweng super. Man kann Beach, Stadt, Restaurants, Shops, Central Einkaufszentrum gut zu Fuß erreichen. Im Hotel oder zu den Hill Zimmern gibt es allerdings viele Stufen, bei mir waren es 106, und das bei der Hitze. das sollte man berücksichtigen. Der Pool und die Gartenanlage sind auch sehr schön, leider fehlt es an Sonnenschirmen.

Wie oben beschrieben. Nicht in allen Zimmern gibt es Nachttischlampen, man muss aufstehen um in der Mitte des Zimmers Licht zu machen.

Valuta for pengene, betalte 600kr for en natt med 2 rom, det var veldig hyggelig personale, og helt ok senger. Fint med veranda. Det var et godt avbrekk for oss som bor mye på hostel.

Ganske urenslig over alt egentlig. Ser nesten ut som et forlatt hotell noen ganger. Også skrur strømmen på rommet seg helt av når man tar ut nøkkel, så å lade ting imens man er ute av rommet går ikke. Det var kort gå avstand fra senteret på koh samui, men generelt ganske langt unna fine spisesteder. Hadde ikke anbefalt hvis man skulle bli der lenge. Vi fant også en larve i dusjen, det hender men det var ikke det beste førsteinntrykket.

There are a lot of stairs! Didn’t bother us too much but be aware! On the Saturday night there was also loud music coming from a local bar. We slept through it but might be an issue for others.

Das Hotel liegt nahe dem Flughafen, nahe dem Chaweng Night Market, nahe der Chaweng Mall und der Einkaufsstraße (Beach Road). Prinzipell ist alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Hotelpersonal war freundlich.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Mein Zimmer lag zur Starße hin und es war sehr laut. Der Verkehr nimmt ab Mitternacht langsam ab und wird ruhiger. Preis-Leistung waren gerade noch okay. Ich würde das Hotel nur für einen Kurzaufenthalt von 1-2 Tagen evt. nochmal buchen. Und wenn ich weiß, dass ich nur ein Bett für die Nacht brauche.

Очень понравился подогреваемый бассейн с джакузи. Расположение отеля тоже отличное...5 мин до ТЦ Централ.

Очень не понравилось, что заселили в номер на высоте....Очень не комфортно постоянно забираться по ступенькам в гору почти на самый верх, чтоб попасть в номер. Уборка в номере ужасная.....сантехнику не моют, пол не моют, зеркало в ужасном виде никто не моет. На балконе много гиконов и комаров вечером. Очень слабое освещение в номере....полумрак.

Der Security-Mitarbeiter der tagsüber Dienst hatte war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Sehr altes Hotel. Lärm durch Renovierung. Die Reinigung der Zimmer dauerte nur ca. 5 Minuten, kein wischen des Bodens, nahezu keine Reinigung des Naßbereiches. Alles nur ein bißchen hübsch gemacht. Bettwäsche wurde gefühlt nur jede Woche getauscht. Der Pool ebenfalls uralt, Wasser nicht sauber, stellenweise grün. Chlor wurde einmal in der früh zugegeben als bereits Personen badeten.

O cheiro de esgoto no quarto, a sujidade, o barulho, a piscina soltou uma líquido verde, justamente quando começamos a nadar. Relatámos barulho várias vezes e nada se passou, aliás, considero que não têm segurança durante noite, pois o senhor fica lá sentado no mesmo sítio a mexer no telemóvel… se querem dormir e passar uma noite num hotel a descansar para o dia seguinte não venham aqui! Staff demasiado arrogante quando tentei pedir-lhes que tomassem conta da situação

Es gibt leider kein Frühstück, Wäscheservice war top und hat sehr gut gerochen, gute Lage

Die Badewanne und Duschvorhang müssten erneuert bzw. Ordentlicher sauber gemacht werden. Dünne Wände, man konnte die Nachbarn hören.
