Crowne Plaza Brussels Airport by IHG

Nice big rooms - lovely garden space behind the hotel and great restaurant

Staff was delightful, room was spacious and nicely appointed, shuttle was a bonus. The restaurant was beautiful with a lovely outdoor area overlooking a pond with geese. Serene, and yet so close to the airport.

I ordered an Old Fashioned with bourbon. It was watered down and tasted awful. My expensive steak was tough and cooked medium instead of rare, like I requested. My daughter's salmon pasta was a whole lot of pasta and very little salmon. I did, however, enjoy the wine that the server suggested. And despite the food, the service was very good.

Good location clean rooms

Very expensive breakfast

Nada

Costul Parcarii.

I liked not disliking thigs

Coffee machine at breakfast

Good room service and handy to airport with the bonus of pick up and drop off

Excellent breakfast, well-equipped rooms

Unusual pricing policy, confusion over payment; one extra day cost more than the three days booked in advance.

Quick check in and clean room, over all a good experience.

We found the restaurant to be pricy and limited in options. Walking into to the village was easy 15 min walk for more options.

We stayed for one night before flying onward and the hotel was great Room service was prompt and courteous and the food was delicious Hotel had a lovely position with a little park with waterways and trees

Nothing

Co musím vyzdvihnout, je že když jsem umístil na kliku "Do not clean my room, plant the tree instead", tak skutečně pokoj neuklidili. Což se mi stalo poprvé. Jestli zasadili strom, to nevím. Ostatní už bylo zvláštní. :-)

Druhá položka, Chceš snídani a nechceš běžet do supermarketu?

Even though this hotel was near the airport, we never heard a plane take off or land which let us have a good night sleep before our departure. The bed was comfortable. Nice bathroom.

N/A

Goede schone kamer.

Friendly Staff. Cleanliness of my room and of the hotel itself. The free shuttle to and from the airport was a great help.

Great location to catch an early flight at Zavantem airport. 15 minute shuttle ride. Hotel is very nice inside and quiet.

Very inconvenient to get to town.

Comfort, good bed, nice view

The shower tap was loose and did not give enough water pressure. Also the water heat was difficult to control. Also the airport shuttle service could have been explained better. It took me a while to figure out where the bus station is located at the airport.

La place super

Super ✌🏾 Personnel courtois, chambre propre et bien insonorisée, literie convenable, snacks disponibles à toute heure, belle décoration du hall

Staff are great, food service and overall quality are a high standard.

Breakfast is hit and miss, staff across the board are friendly and genuinely lovely. The offering is a bit average for the price.

It's a good location

The staff was very helpful when we had to change rooms due to a malfunctioning AC. The breakfast was very good, and my kids loved the buffet choices. We also had dinner; the kitchen staff was very accommodating, and the service was excellent. We had burgers, which were cooked to our liking. Should we come to Brussels again, the Crowne Plaza would be our top choice."

The weather was extremely hot and the AC was struggling, so we had to change rooms. In retrospect, we could have asked for fans, but I didn't think about it at the time.

Spokojna okolica z pięknym terenem do spacerowania

Camere pulite e spaziose. Ottima colazione

Good restaurant, good breakfast, friendly staff, nice rooms. Shuttle service to the airport

Close to the airport with free shuttle bus. Clean room. Overall it's a nice hotel

Aircon really not helpful with the summer weather.

Location, clean, convenient and nice gym!

Not all staff were helpful.

The staff were very welcoming and very nice Except one tall lady she was not welcoming

Near the airport but far away from city centre

Far away from city centre
