De și nu am ajuns la ora 15:00 când trebuia să preiau camera....am ajuns la ora 17:40 a trebuit să aștept până la ora 18:25 pentru că camera nu era gata . Până la urmă am primit altă cameră. In rest totul a fost ok. Mulțumesc!

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Het betreft een gebouw dat nog erg nieuw is. Een fijne parkeergarage en het hotel is zeer verzorgd en schoon. De kamer is ruim, via een scherm bedien je airco, licht, screen. Receptie en ontbijt op de 8e etage. Ontbijt met ruim assortiment en smaakvol. Direct naast de Ring Brussel en Luchthaven Zaventem.
Enig minpuntje is dat er geen raam open kon en slapen met airco wellicht niet door iedereen als aangenaam ervaren wordt.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026I am always choosing this place because it’s close by to my work and it is generally good value for the money. It’s modern, and the reception and restaurant staff are wonderful. Always smiling, always willing to help, and never letting you feel like you are to much.
Inconsistency of the housekeeping. This time when I arrived to the room I still had not emptied garbage from someone from last stay. Water kettle did not work. When they cleaned up bathroom they changed towels, but they did not replenish washing cloths or used amenities. You also never know which amenity you will get. Overall rooms are clean, and cleaned daily, but these small things are always happening.

Śniadania niestety bardzo słabe - same węglowodany, brak jakichkolwiek świeżych warzyw, mało prostego białka. Wszystko z cukrem. Co przychodziłam na śniadanie to czegoś brakowało.

For us, it was a bit confusing because we initially thought it was close to Charleroi Airport, but it was actually near Zaventem Airport. That may simply have been an oversight on our part, though.

Номер неймовірно гарний, чистий, усе нове і чудово працює, виглядає абсолютно так само як на картинці. Персонал на рецепції привітний і ввічливий, дозволили заселитися на 3 години раніше, за що окремо дякую! Дуже зручні ліжка, у номері та на поверхах тихо, літаки майже не чутно.
Дуже не вистачало у ванній кімнаті сушарки для рушників. Окрім рецепції, інші працівники готелю не говорили англійською і було майже неможливо з ними порозумітися, але попри це всі були привітні.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026The hotel room was great, quite big and spacious, it had an iron which was a big plus. The bed was like a cloud, one of the more comfortable ones.
The bathroom was okay, the only thing I dislike is that the sink is a bit stupidly made and not very functional. It's made on the side so when you wash your hands, the wax leaks out.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026La posizione è molto comoda per chi deve volare presto o chi, come noi, ha avuto il volo cancellato. Albergo molto pulito e confortevole, personale gentile e disponibile. C'è una navetta gratuita ad orari prestabiliti che porta all'aeroporto.
Mi è stato chiesto di fare il check-in online ma quando sono arrivata alla reception ho comunque dovuto fare la fila per rifare il check-in. Purtroppo c'erano parecchie persone per via di un volo cancellato e la cosa non è stata piacevole, anche perché erano le 23,30 ed ero stanchissima. Mi chiedo a cosa serva il check-in online.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026Шумоізоляція чудова, місцезнаходження біля аеропорту, проте спали ми всю ніч спокійно. На коридорі є кулер з питною водою, можна користуватися без лімітів. Зручне ліжко, чиста ванна кімната, на дзвінки швидко відповідають. Є кава, чай.
Не було капців. Трохи зарано починають прибирання номерів. Важко добиратися до Брюсселя, але були до цього готові перед тим, як бронювали готель, тож перевіряйте локацію.

Le receptionist di un’antipatia unica. Erano scocciate e non hanno dato le dovute spiegazioni. Ci sono stati tolti 150 euro di caparra senza capirne il motivo e non era scritto da nessuna parte quando abbiamo prenotato, siamo in Italia e devono essere ancora restituiti .

The shower door has wholes as a handle, water spills on the floor so we needed to use the towel to clean this.
