Hezký bazén a prima snídaně.

Bohužel jsme od ubytování podle fotografií očekávali více. Pokoj prakticky nenabízel možnost uložit si věci – chyběla pořádná skříň, k dispozici byla pouze jednoduchá skříň na ramínka, která navíc nepříjemně zapáchala. Celkově byl pokoj špatně odvětraný a působil vlhce. Koupelna byla také velmi vlhká a chyběly v ní i základní věci, například háčky na ručníky. Bohužel jsme se zde necítili příjemně a byli jsme nakonec rádi, když jsme odjížděli.

Leider ist das Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Es riecht überall sehr muffig, auch im Zimmer. Außerdem sind die Zimmer extrem hellhörig, man hört alles von den Zimmernachbarn. Und ab 6h wurde angefangen, Möbel zu verrücken. Auf jeden Fall mussten wir mit Ohrstöpseln schlafen. Auch die Straße nach vorne raus ist extrem laut. Frühstück war zwar recht viel Auswahl aber die Qualität der Speisen hat uns nicht überzeugt.

Hotel bardzo polecam. Jak na warunki włoskie bardzo szeroki wybór na śniadanie. Śniadania smaczne. W pokoju czysto, zadbany basen. Super lokalizacja. Blisko do miasta, spacerkiem 15 min.

The pool is huge, clean and great for swimming. Nice rooms, big. Good shower and bathroom, have been renovated. Beds were comfortable and well air conditioned. Short walk to town.

L’hotel è in ottima posizione per raggiungere a piedi sia la città che la spiaggia. Offre comunque un servizio navetta gratuito ad orari prestabiliti che purtroppo a causa del maltempo non abbiamo potuto utilizzare. Stanza pulita e ben climatizzata con cambio biancheria da bagno giornaliera. Il personale è gentilissimo e professionale, sempre disponibile. Bella la piscina e soprattutto il solarium con l’idromassaggio. La colazione è completa e offre ottimi prodotti sia dolci che salati compresi cannoli e sfincioni. Esperienza perfetta ma purtroppo troppo breve

Pool area was great with a bar area. Rooms were also fine but basic. Comfy 'hard' beds. Overall we paid quite a lot for an average stay but the location was perfect for our friends wedding/weekend visit.

Breakfast was okay - quite basic. Strange to have orange squash as a drink instead of fresh juice. Pillows are non-existent. Quite expensive for a basic stay

Es un Hotel antiguo con restauraciones interesantes. La habitacion es muy luminosa y con una vista magnifica . El desayuno es muy bueno, amplio y buena variedad de platos. La piscina es grande, iluminada. Es una piscina en serio con reposeras alrededor, duchas etc. Me gusto mucho . La ubicacione es muy buena caminando 500 metros al centro.

Dice que es beachfront. Eso no es correcto. Si es seafront. Como da a una via de la costanera es MUY MUY RUIDOSA la habitación ylas que dan al frente. Pero tiene una vista del Golfo fantastico y de noche se calma. pero con las aberturas antiguas de madera .

The room was very clean with good air conditioning. A nice breakfast. Generally good value for money. Helpful polite staff.

The swimming pool was badly managed and the water did not appear as clean as it should be. A wider choice of bread for breakfast would be welcomed. The television had one English language channel with very bad reception. Contrary to other reviews, we found the WiFi in the hotel to be poor.

Breakfast staff and pancakes were delicious!!

This property has amazing bones. It needs a complete renovation as the rooms are dated and dingy. Carpet in the hallways makes the place smell dingy. It’s unfortunate because I believe this Hotel can be a five out of five as the staff are excellent.

The staff welcomed us even when we were too early to check in, they allowed us to have the buffet breakfast in the dining area too.. we spent the rest of the time swimming and relaxing by the pool.. the rooms are large and clean too! Great hotel and staff - highly recommend

Das Zimmer was wir hatten war schon sehr gross. Frühstück war reichhaltig und für jeden Geschmack war was dabei. Balkon war ausreichend für 2 Personen Strand war in der Nähe. Ca.10 Minuten zu Fuss Sehr schöner Poolbereich! Innenstadt war auch in 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Täglicher Zimmerservice war Top!!!!!!!

Die Strasse vor der Haustür.War schon sehr laut wenn man auf dem Balkon saß. Rührei hatte leicht bläuliche Farbe beim Frühstück. Teilweise waren die angebotenen Brötchen sehr zäh.

Interior is tired and in need of refurbishment. Slight ‘Soviet’ feel to breakfast area, hallways on floors, stairs and very old lifts. Rooms quite basic. Guests state their claim to poolside loungers with their towels early morning.

It was in a good location to the beach into the town. The pool was great and the food served by the pool was very good too. Breakfast could be a little better too many sweets. They should have an omelette station, but the staff and the service was very good. Definitely stay there again.

Staff were great. Pool was very nice and deep (3M) meaning safe to dive in, which our boys loved. Less than 15 min stroll into town where all the bars, and restaurants were. Snack bar at the pool was fantastic. Food was really good and great value.

The road outside is very busy and so it was less relaxing sitting on the balcony trying to enjoy the sea view. Not a major issue and once the French doors were closed the sound was not really audible (very thick glazing used).

Le manque de place de parking à l'hôtel.

L'hôtel est situé à 10/15 min du centre et à 15 min de la station de bus qui dessert plusieurs villes balnéaires. La piscine est grande. Les espaces extérieurs sont bien entretenus et la salle de jeux est un vrai plus surtout que tout est disponible sans coût supplémentaire. Les personnels est accueillant et disponible. Le petit déjeuner est varié et très équilibré. La chambre est très propre.

La chambre était un peu vieillotte. La clim était très bruyante. Nous avons eu des températures pas trop élevées heureusement. La clim fuyait aussi et il y avait des traces de moisissures au-dessus de la clim Autre point négatif: on entendait les clients de la chambre au-dessus de la nôtre quand ils se douchaient ou allaient aux toilettes.

Unsere Zimmer hatten keinen Balkon

Perfektná poloha hotela, izby s výhľadom na more(konkrétne sme boli ubytovaní na 4. poschodí) poskytli nádherný výhľad. Výborné a pestré raňajky. Odvoz na pláž a dovoz z pláže na hotel je super servis. Personál na recepcii vždy milý a ochotný. Oceňujem a vyzdvihujem možnosť odložiť batožinu do depozitu v deň neskoršieho odchodu domov a možnosť použiť sprchu po pobyte pri mori pri hotelovom bazéne aj keď už nie ste ubytovaní. Tento hotel odporúčam.

We have been coming to Castellemare for about 6 years and staying in Punta Nord Est. We love this hotel. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing. The breakfast is amazing with a huge selection of both sweet and savoury dishes. The pool is where we spend most of our day. The drink and food at the bar are excellent as is the service. No request is too much effort for the staff. The rooms are cleaned every day and have air conditioning which is much needed in the hotter months. The hotel is only a ten minute walk from everything. This is like a home from home for us. Thanks to all the staff and we will see you again next year!

I can't say enough about how the staff treated us. Everyone was great. Friendly, helpful and always smiling. Breakfast everyday was delicious and lunch by the pool was great. Rooms were spacious and clean. Location close to the beach and Petrolo made it convenient to go out. I highly recommend Punta Nord-Est

We had 1 week here with our teenage daughter and had a lovey time. The Hotel is located at the top of the cliff with a 10 minute walk into town for the bars, restaurants and beaches. Although the hotel was fully booked it was never crowded and had a relaxed atmosphere in the hotel. The pool was a family area with people enjoying the pool and sun loungers. Our Rooms were a good size, clean with a comfortable bed. However felt a little bit basic and the wardrobe left a mild damp smell on our clothes. The Air con was very difficult to adjust and we struggled to get the temperature correct. The house keeping was excellent during the stay. We found the breakfast to be fairly average, the coffee was Ok, however the juices were very low quality and it could have done with some more healthy choices. There was no fruit salad during our stay for say with some fresh yogurt, just whole fruit. The Pool area and outside Bar were great, good value, service and the food was good poolside food. The biggest downside for us, there was nowhere to have a drink on an evening. There is a bar, but it is not useable, the pool bar closes at 8pm. So if you want to have a sit and a drink before going into town then there is nowhere. We're normally used to being greeted or acknowledged by the reception staff when entering the hotel or leaving. This was not always the case, they were helpful when engaged, but for us at least didn't create a warm greeting when arriving. For Families this is a great hotel to stay, maybe not perfect for us. We will come back to the town.

Good breakfast, very nice breakfast room, good swimming pool area, nice and helpful personal, clean and nice space, short way to the town. Free transfer to and from the beach, nice time schedule too.

Thin walls so you really need much luck with your neighbours, we were not that lucky… a family with (after sounds to judge) at least 25 kids in the same room, screaming, running, jumping, moving of furniture until ca 01.00 - 02.00… complained but zero result. Both shower and toilet flashing from other room(s) were pretty loud. Had less luck with room which was this time without balcony, could not dry towels and swimming suits properly.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, nahe am Zentrum und auch zum Strand. Der Pool ist schön inkl. der Poolbar. Parkplatz vorhanden. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer im 4. OG mit Meerblick, dies ist auch unbedingt zu empfehlen. Personal war freundlich.

Das Hotel ist bereits in die Jahre gekommen, sehr hellhörig. Unser Zimmer war vollkommen okay, Zimmer ohne Balkon bzw ohne Meerblick nicht gerade zu empfehlen... Beginn des Aufenthalts war es sehr angenehm, zum Wochenende sehr viele Gäste, was sich beim Frühstück und am Pool etwas unangenehm angefühlt hat ...

Posizione strategica per essere vicini al centro (10-15 min a piedi) ma senza la preoccupazione per il parcheggio. Comoda navetta per la spiaggia. Piscina grande e molto piacevole. Colazione a buffet molto ben fornita.

Buen hotel, cerca del centro (7-10 minutos), excelente piscina y buen bar con precios justos. Buen desayuno , sobre todo las tartas. Personal amable. Parking en la entrada. Habitación amplia con un balcón con vistas excelentes,

Tiene una carretera que pasa por delante que anula un poco las magnificas vistas, suerte que las ventanas tienen una magnífica sonorización. Tuvimos los primeros dias la mala suerte de que había bastantes niños y la piscina no era muy tranquila. Tiene una gran sala de juegos para niños con lo que ya se deja entreveer que no es un hotel "tranquilo para parejas" aunque en la segunda mitad de la estancia si que tuvimos más tranquilidad.

Unser Zimmer mit Meerblick war sauber, Badeinrichtung in die Jahre gekommen aber hat alles funktioniert. Balkon klein aber fein mit 2 Stühlen und einem kleinen Tisch. Schrank leider keine Ablageflächen für zusammengelegte Kleidung, da wir ein Dreibettzimmer bekamen, haben wir das zusätzliche Bett als "Kasten" verwendet. Sehr Schade dass der Strandzugang direkt vorm Hotel gesperrt ist, Stiege ist vorhanden, aber sichtlich seit mehreren Jahren nichts passiert, wächst langsam zu. Strand ist auf Umwegen erreichbar, direkter Zugang würde das Hotel aufwerten, kann ja als Naturstrand ausgewiesen werden, ohne Liegen, Sonnenschirme etc.. Es gibt jedoch die Möglichkeit den Hotel-Shuttle zu einem Sandstrand in der Nähe zu nutzen, fußläufig ca. 15 Minuten. Frühstücksauswahl war absolut in Ordnung, es wäre noch schön gewesen, wenn es mehr frisch aufgeschnittenes Obst gegeben hätte, der Kaffee kommt aus dem Automaten und hat uns persönlich geschmacklich nicht wirklich überzeugt. Lage: 5 Minuten fußläufig ins Zentrum, für unseren Geschmack sehr gute Lage - nicht direkt im Zentrum aber Zentrum fußläufig super schnell erreichbar, mehr als ausreichende Auswahl an sehr guten Restaurants. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit direkt vorm Hotel. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Badezimmereinrichtung sehr in die Jahre gekommen, wenig Ablagefläche, Dusche verhältnismäßig eher klein, Kleiderkasten ohne Ablagefächer; sehr hellhörig - hat uns weiter aber nicht gestört.

O hotel é bem localizado, cerca de 10min a pé do centro, com estacionamento proprio. Cafe da manha incluso excelente. Quarto com vista linda do mar, com decoracao simples (considerando o valor da diaria). A piscina era boa, com área de brincar aberta e fechada (brinquedoteca). Dava para ouvir carros passando a noite na rodovia em frente ao hotel, mas nao chegou a ser algo excessivo.

Nao havia shampoo suficiente no banheiro e havia apenas 2 toalhas, sendo q a reserva foi pra 3 pessoas.

nice hotel beach shuttle was easy and the beach was close to the hotel. The hotel has a nice pool and facilities for families and children, the breakfast was fantastic. The hotel is close enough to walk to the town for dinner.

The staff was very friendly and considerate, the breakfast was very good with Sicilian traditional food, everything was clean, good prices at the pool bar also. We were staying at the junior suites with a terrace to the beach and the view was outstanding ! The location is great a few minutes walk and you're in the center, close to farmacia and minimarkets.

Doskonale położony hotel. Blisko na piechotę zarówno do miasteczka jak i na plażę. Bardzo miła obsługa zarówno w recepcji jaki i personel sprzątający. Śniadania najlepsze jakie jadłem w Italii - wybór na słodko i słono jest naprawdę bardzo, bardzo duży. Oszałamiający widok na morze z balkonu w pokoju. Pokój czysty i zadbany. Bardzo ładny basen z leżakami, łóżka słoneczne, jacuzzi. Generalnie obiekt w 100% zasługujący na swoje 3* a nawet je przewyższający. Szczerze polecam ten hotel.

We had a fantastic time at the Punta Nord-est, we could not thank all the staff enough for looking after us. It really is a gem of a place, right on the edge of beautiful little town with many many beautiful restaurants and sights. We both throughly recommend it !

Como positivo el trato del personal, la piscina y su bar con precios correctos, el desayuno muy completo con buenas tartas caseras y su patio para desayunar. Habitación grande. Siempre hemos encontrado aparcamiento delante del hotel o enfrente. Unos diez minutos andando al centro.

Es un hotel bastante familiar. Tuvimos algunos días con bastantes niños. Según que días no es un hotel tranquilo para parejas. El precio de la habitación me parece excesivo pero eso ya es una norma en Italia.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Hotel Punta Nord-Est. The hotel is in a great location, within easy walking distance of the centre of Castellammare del Golfo, with its harbour, restaurants and shops, and close to the beach. Our room was comfortable, clean and well maintained, with lovely views and everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The pool area was also a pleasant place to unwind after a day of exploring. The breakfast was very good, with a wide choice of options, including local Sicilian specialities and freshly prepared items. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always happy to offer advice or assistance when needed. Overall, Hotel Punta Nord-Est is a well-run, comfortable hotel in an excellent location. It offers good value for money and is an ideal base for exploring this beautiful part of Sicily. We would happily stay here again.

La disponibilidad del staff en la recepción, nos cambiaron de habitación cuando manifestamos nuestra inconformidad por el estado del baño.

El baño de la habitación un poco deteriorado. Nos pareció muy costoso para lo que recibimos. La acústica del edificio es muy mala, se oyen todos los ruidos al rededor (cuando descargan el baño, cuando hablan en los corredores, etc etc)

Bardzo dobre śniadania , miły personel , czystość na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Basen świetny , dla dzieci również dużo udogodnień. Super !

Niestety wszystko słychać z sąsiednich pokoi i to nie delikatnie tylko naprawdę bardzo , nawet korzystanie z toalety innych gości , to było naprawdę nie fajne.

Bliskość morza, widok z balkonu, dobra lokalizacja (łatwy wyjazd z miasta, ale w odległości krótkiego spaceru do centrum), urozmaicone śniadania (zwłaszcza jak na Włochy).

Winda - dla gości jest tylko jedna, powolna i ciasna.

All was good:, room, staff, breakfast, pool, prices... Castellammare del Golfo is also a great location.

The location is 1hr and 10 minutes roughly to Palermo. It was quaint, beautiful and the hotel is opposite the road from the beach view. There is a golf buggy that takes you to the beach and back at various times of the day. They have a beautiful sister hotel that has a spa. Breakfast was lovely. The pool was perfect size, a little too cold. The pool bar was fabulous!! Delicious pizzas! Helpful lifeguards there too! The games room a little outdated but loved the air hockey! Would highly reccommend this place!!

The rooms state 'mountain view' but there is no such thing. Be mindful when booking. The rooms did not top the tea / coffee up daily. and I had to ask for toilet roll on the last night.

The breakfast staff was very pleasant and responsive. The buffet was basic compared to some of our other hotels visited. The best part of our stay was the hotel’s location perfect for our five night stay and the day trips we had planned, all within an hour drive.

The front desk staff had their faces buried in their computer screens and could have been more hospitable. The bed and pillow were a little too firm for our bodies (obviously that is a personal matter and not fault of hotel).

Pobyt w hotelu był naprawdę wspaniały! Byłam tam z koleżankami i jesteśmy bardzo zadowolone. Basen oraz jacuzzi były świetnym miejscem do relaksu, śniadania pyszne i różnorodne, a widok z okna przepiękny. Hotel ma doskonałą lokalizację, blisko plaży, a dodatkowym atutem jest transport meleksem w obie strony. Bardzo podobało nam się również zaplecze do zabawy dla dzieci, dlatego chętnie wrócę tu następnym razem z rodziną. Zdecydowanie polecam!

L'hotel gode di una posizione davvero strategica e panoramica a Castellammare del Golfo, direttamente affacciato sul mare e a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro storico. La struttura permette di vivere una vacanza rilassante grazie alla splendida vista sul Golfo di Castellammare, con tramonti mozzafiato e un’atmosfera tranquilla lontana dal caos. Un plauso alla reception per accoglienza e disponibilità.

The location, pool, and staff were all very nice. The room was adequate, felt a bit old and dated. Obviously the location near the airport and right by the sea was beautiful. The view from our room was amazingly gorgeous. About a 10-15 minute walk to town was also nice.

The bed was very firm and not very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was not very good. They had a lot of things but most of them were very sugary. The eggs were cold and milk was lukewarm. I feel like it should have been much better.

Lo escogimos por la cantidad de comentarios buenos y nos llevamos un chasco. Las instalaciones se han quedado desfasadas, los baños necesitan reforma urgente y los armarios son muy antiguos. La limpieza deja mucho que desear y en nuestra habitación había hormigas. Por otro lado, la calidad del desayuno es baja teniendo en cuenta la gastronomía del país, embutidos de baja calidad, zumo de naranja artificial y bollería industrial.

Das Hotel ist für 3 Sterne hervorragend und wir würden wiederkommen.Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist perfekt. Kurzer Fußweg in die Stadt. Meerblick. Hervorragend der Pool-Bereich mit Terrasse und Jacuzzi . Besonders war das Frühstücks Buffet . Große Auswahl an Speisen. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
