Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Outstanding location! Hotel Cala Marina is right on the beautiful marina, surrounded by restaurants and within easy walking distance of the waterfront. We booked a Blue Marine catamaran tour, and the departure point was only a few steps from the hotel, which was incredibly convenient. The setting was beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. The staff were also excellent—professional, responsive and very helpful with communication, especially with instructions regarding parking. We felt very well taken care of and would definitely stay here again.
Our only minor issue was the toilet in our room, which was unusually high and uncomfortable for us to use. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Yo creo que nos gustó sobre todo el trato y la atención recibida, tanto en recepción como por el personal del desayuno, por otro lado el desayuno es muy variado con productos locales, todo explicado, una pena no poderlo probar todo. La ubicación es en el puerto, eso sí, no hay un sitio cercano para bañarse con agua aceptable, tuvimos que oedir un taxi, pero si para encontrar restaurantes, tiendas o dar una vuelta por el bonito pueblo.
Todo me gustó a mi y a mi grupo de amigas.

I belived I booked a room with sea view; however the wording small double room with lateral sea view means, room on side of hotel with balcony, where you can view the harbour from there. Think this is unfair advertising?

Il top è stata la colazione, una delle migliori di sempre, con prodotti tipici di ogni tipo, quasi tutti fatti in casa e illustrati direttamente dalla chef.

La ubicación da lugar a la confusión. Al llamarse Cala y las fotos da a pensar que se encuentra en una Cala y resulta que es un puerto. El desayuno no es muy bueno. Los zumos industriales, las pastelería y el salado normalito. Por último el balcón, subía mucho olor a frito y no había manera de colgar la ropa sin que cogiera mal olor.

The staff were so friendly best I have experienced in Sicily. The best part was the wonderful breakfast. Such a different selection. Some traditional Sicilian dishes which my nonna bakes and cooks at home. You can tell all the staff are so proud to work there.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Das Personal insgesamt war super, vielen Dank. Schon bei unserer Ankunft haben wir unaufgefordert umfassende Informationen zum Hotel und zum Ort erhalten, inkl. Tipps für Restaurants und Eisdiele, die sich als absolut zutreffend herausgestellt haben. Die Lage direkt am Hafen war perfekt und wunderschön, wir konnten alles fußläufig gut erreichen. Treppensteigen ist allerdings erforderlich, um in den Ort zu kommen. Frühstück mit einer sehr großen Auswahl an Speisen inkl. Kaffee-Vollautomat, man kann gegenüber vom Hotel im Freien frühstücken. Das hat uns ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen.
Fehlanzeige, wir haben keinen einzigen Kritikpunkt.

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026Das Hotel liegt schön am Hafen und Nahe der Altstadt bzw. Fussgängerzone. Es hat neben dem Hotel einen Parkplatz für EUR 8/Tag. Die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet ist abwechslungsreich mit sizilianischen Spezialitäten.
Der Kaffee bzw. Cappuccino hat nicht geschmeckt. Ungesüsste Cerealien wären gut.

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026Tolle Lage direkt am Meer. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das super Frühstück, das auch auf der Terrasse eingenommen werden kann.
Nachts rast die Dorfjugend mit knatternden Motorrädern durch den Ort. Das Hotel ist zudem sehr hellhörig.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026We loved staying at this boutique hotel which is right on the marina! Everything was pristine clean and we had a very generous breakfast. The staff were all lovely and helpful. There’s plenty of restaurants just outside the door and we hired a boat for the day easily just outside the hotel. Highly recommend to stay here

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026Tout est bien dans cet hôtel. Notre chambre était grande. Nous étions 3 adultes. Et une terrasse. Le lit était confortable. L hotel est situé sur le port, mais on peut se garer. Et c'est calme. Le personnel est accueillant. Quant au petit déjeuner c'est un régal. Un choix de délicieux plats salés et sucrés que vous pouvez prendre en terrasse.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026Tot. La localització és de película. El personal et fan sentir com a casa. Hotel petit de tamany però gran de tracte, neteja, localització. Habitacions amples, netes, bany perfecte. L'esmorzar és plenament sicilià i les noies que el preparen t'expliquen cada cosa. Tothom és amabilíssim i t'ajuden en tot. Si podeu habitació amb balcó vista mar.

Pour dire quelque chose.. ce serait tellement bien d’avoir du jus d’orange pressé le matin !
