Easy access to & from autoroute and around 2 hours from Le Shuttle so very convenient as an overnight stop on the way home. Had a swim in the pool (not heated so refreshing!) after driving all day. Very comfy beds, quiet room.

Breakfast and dinner were very good. Staff were pleasant and efficient in spite of the crowds. The room and faciities were modern and clean. The location was convenient for travelling down the motorway, though a bit busy.

The "Family Room" for 3 was only a normal room for 2 with a double sofa bed. As a result, it was very cramped when the sofa was unfolded. The hotel was completely full, which meant that it felt quite crowded.

The location was great for an overnight stay on our way to Switzerland. The facilities were good - a nice outdoor area and swimming pool.

The room was a bit grotty and tatty. The food in the restaurant was average. The staff were not particularly helpful. There are no other restaurants near by which are accessible. They said there were some a few minutes away but not by foot as there was a motorway in between.

Very comfortable room, good air conditioning, secure parking for my car and trailer, our dog was welcomed at dinner and for breakfast, plus plenty of room to exercise our dog in the morning.

Breakfast during the weak ends at 9:30, as a non business traveller I would have liked it to end later (at weekends it is 11am)

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Frühstücksbuffet gut. Für eine Zwischenübernachtung auf der Durchreise in der Nähe der Autobahn optimal. Der Pool ist ideal für Kinder.

Die Zimmergröße ist für eine vierköpfige Familie gerade ausreichend.

Het ontbijt viel tegen. Wel genoeg keuze maar de kwaliteit was minder. Alles wat warm zou moeten zijn is koud en wafels en croissants zijn erg droog.

2nd time here. Stopped here whilst transiting from and to channel tunnel. Very close motorway. Very comfortable and quiet rooms. Great to unwind in the swimming pool after a long day driving. Staff were delightful anf very good resturant. Will use again.

It was a really easy place to stop off at as we drove through onto Le Shuttle. A clean, simple and comfortable hotel.

The food was not great. The kids pasta was pretty bad. My kids refused to eat it, when I tried it I could see why.

Die Lage an der Autobahn in der Nähe eines Supermarktes und die Anlage selbst gefallen uns.

Zwei mal mussten wir umziehen weil das Zimmer nicht bewohnbar war. Es ist viel Diskussion notwendig ein anderes Zimmer zu bekommen. Der letzte Flügel des Hotel sollte dringend auf den Stand der anderen Hotelflügel gebracht werden.

Goede locatie voor een tussenstop op weg naar huis of het zuiden. Geweldig ontbijt. We mochten onze fietsen in vergaderruimte zetten.

Bed was heel erg klein. Zwembad is naast terras, waardoor je minder snel gaat zwemmen.

Ideales Hotel für einen Stopover. Wir mussten aufgrund einer Autopanne unseren Aufenthalt verlängern, das Hotel Personal war wahnsinnig hilfreich und der längere Aufenthalt war auch sehr angenehm.

Keurige kamers, lekker zwembad en prima en uitgebreid ontbijt.

Zwembad, heerlijk douche. Genoeg eet gelegenheid in de buurt.

Airconditioning was zeer slecht met zijn vieren in de kamer maar de temperatuur bleef hoog. Was juist hierop uitgezocht. Het blies wel koude lucht maar het werd niet koeler.

Die Zimmerausstattung ist relativ alt. Die Wand neben dem Bad hatte Flecken. Das Bad (Toilette) an sich war irre alt und roch wie auf einem 60 iger Jahre Campingplatz.

All round a nice experience. Wonderful to have a swimming pool in the hot weather and the whole ambiance is very nice.

I did not enjoy the fact that people smoked during dinner on the terrace. I think they could be asked to smoke elsewhere and not during dinner.

The swimming pool was a decent size and clean, the food was good and the staff friendly.

The rooms were rather dark.

Heerlijke ruime kamers met een goed sofa bed. De faciliteiten in en rondom het hotel zijn top. Goed zwembad, leuke bar buiten en goed restaurant. Wij waren hier op doorreis maar was echt een toevoeging aan onze vakantie.

Personeel zeer vriendelijk en meedenkend. We mochten onze e-bikes in het hotel in een ruimte stallen. Geen uitgebreide kaart in restaurant, maar eten en drinken (oa Lagunitas IPA) was prima. Een mooi buitenverblijf met zwembad. Was zeer welkom in de warme periode dat wij er waren. Op een korte fietsafstand van Reims

Heel aangenaam hotel, leuke sfeer. Ook zalig terras en tuin met aparte bar achterin! Uitchecken was mogelijk tot 12u dus de kinderen konden na het ontbijt nog een zwemmen. Heerlijk ontbijt ook.

Well equipped hotel with outdoor pool. Location was good for our purpose of a stop over on the way to French alps.

The air con in the room would only reduce to 22c which is two hot for us. The room also smelt like pets had been in there. Fridge in the room didn’t work.

Hotel bien placé à une dizaine de minutes en voiture du centre ville, entouré de centres commerciaux / restaurants. Equipements apprecies: la piscine (bien qu’un peu fraiche), les transats, la petite aire de jeux pour enfants, le cote ginguette, le billard etc. Notre chambre etait propre et fonctionnelle, la cliamtisation fonctionnait bien. Personnel serviable et attentif.

Le seul vrai point a ameliorer est le petit dejeuner. Il est varié assez classiquement en sucré/ salé mais nous avons trouvé que la qualite des produits laissaient a desirer (vienoiseries moyennes, oeufs brouillés pas tres bons egalement, pas de jus de fruit pressé etc.). C’est dommage quand tout le reste est au niveau ! A contrario, les plats goutés au restaurant sont bons.

Mooi en hondvriendelijk hotel, zeker voor een tussenstop tijdens de zomervakantie. Groot zwembad, goed ontbijt, leuk aanbod bij de bar en fijn dat er dubbele kamers zijn. Dat was voor onze groep van 2 ouders met 3 kinderen en 1 hond een uitkomst.

Als je met 3 personen op een kamer ligt, hou je erg weinig ruimte over om te bewegen. En let op: er is geen lift.

Kamers zijn klein, ontbijt zeer matig, maar vooral een kinderparadijs waar kinderen tot 22:00 in zwembad liggen, gillend over de gangen rennen en bij ontbijt met vingers aan ontbijt zitten.

Prima hotel om op doorreis te rusten en met de kids te kunnen ontspannen! Vriendelijke mensen die de juiste instelling hebben. Pluspunt voor ons was het zwembad, kids kunnen heerlijk afkoelen en spelen. Let wel op want het is een diep zwembad! En natuurlijk de Spiderman flipperkast hahaha!

Voor 1 dag eigenlijk niks! Wel zie je hier en daar wat achterstallig onderhoud liggen. En buiten bij de ingang deur (grasveld) lagen tientallen afvalzakjes, dat kan natuurlijk niet!

Breakfast scrambled eggs are very watery and breakfast expensive for what is on offer.

This hotel is in a perfect place to break up a journey between the ferry at Calais or Dieppe, and the rest of France or Germany. It's a big hotel - very busy with families. The facilities are good - a nice pool, garden area and outside bar. The staff were very friendly and spoke multiple languages.

The breakfast wasn't great. It wasn't good value for money - you'd be better off going to the Carrefour over the road for bakery items and fresh fruit. It was quite noisy with lots of families.

La piscine est bien, ainsi que les espaces extérieurs et l'accueil. Le personnel de l'accueil est très aimable.

Pour un Novotel, la qualité laisse à désirer. Odeur de tabac dans la chambre. Produits d'hygiène quasi inexistants et de moyenne qualité. Pas de service à table au bar: il faut se déplacer. La qualité de la nourriture au restaurant est moyenne (le prix de la planche mixte est exagéré pour la quantité). Le petit-déjeuner est décevant pour un Novotel (5 fois moins de choix qu'à Bordeaux et qualité médiocre : le réassort est carrément apporté dans des seaux en plastique devant nous !!!!!! Parfait pour couper l'appétit ! On voit une personne en cuisine qui sort des barquettes plastique du micro-ondes !) Il n'y a pas de chambre familiale PMR. Pour accéder à notre chambre familiale avec notre fille en fauteuil roulant, nous devions sortir pour traverser le parking et rejoindre notre chambre. Le chemin intérieur de l'hôtel a des marches. Côté insonorisation, il y a du travail à faire. On entend les gens dans le couloir, ainsi que les gens de l'étage au-dessus. Enfin, la literie est moyenne.

Located just off the motorway which was great for a stopover. Big pool and great outdoor section and close to the shops. Lots of parking.

When trying to order pizza and charcuterie board we were redirected from place to place only to be told they were no longer serving pizzas as dinner service had just begun. This was frustrating as we had only just seen pizza served moments earlier and was what the kids wanted. Also understand it is pet friendly accommodation, however did not like seeing dogs inside.

Ligging is perfect als je op doorreis bent. De bedden waren goed en de familiekamer is prima voor een gezin.

De kamer rook muf en de douche liep niet goed af waardoor de badkamer blank stond. Het diner in het restaurant was absoluut het geld niet waard en zou ik sterk afraden. Het zwembad was helaas minder warm dan ik had verwacht.

Schone kamer, goed ontbijt, dicht bij de snelweg.

Goed bereikbaar. Honden geen probleem.

Hôtel très grand

Prima hotel aan de rand van Reims met veel faciliteiten.

De kamer was al wat aan de oude kant en niet helemaal schoon (chips lagen nog in een hoek, verder wel prima schoongemaakt)

Het hotel is goed aan te rijden en het zwembad was prima. Ook waren de faciliteiten in de hoteltuin, rondom het zwembad, zeker wel oké. Voor de wat kleinere kinderen is er een speeltuin. En voor de wat grotere kinderen is er ook een jeu de boules baan. Verder is er een winkelcentrum erg dichtbij evenals wat restaurants waaronder hele goeie maar ook wat fastfood gelegenheden zoals Mc Donalds. Onze kamer was best rustig, maar we hadden ook echt de achterste kamer, verst van de receptie gelegen.

Ik vond het bed te klein en niet hotel waardig, zeker niet gezien de prijs van de overnachting (€300 p/n inclusief ontbijt). Ik schat het bed op 140x190. Daarnaast was de kamer aan de kleine kant en kreeg de airco de kamer niet koel. Gelukkig had ik zelf nog een ventilator bij. Verder was het hotel best groot, groter dan gedacht, en erg druk - maar goed gezien ons reistijdstip in het hoogseizoen is drukte ook wel te verwachten. Ik vond het ontbijt erg tegenvallen; weinig keus en weinig smaakvol.

Einfach mit dem Auto zu erreichen und der Pool war eine tolle Erfrischung für die Kinder nach der langen Reise

Leider war unser Zimmer nicht sehr sauber, der Spiegel im Zimmer war voller Handabdrücke und es lagen noch Spielsachen der vorherhigen Gäste unter der Garderobe. Bett und Bad war aber fein.

Not a huge fan of the breakfast. Decent choice but all the food was shared e.g. yoghurt, Bread, butter etc. everyone manhandling everything was a little off putting.

Nous avons loupé l’heure limite du petit déjeuner. Le personnel nous a malgré cela servi thé, café, jus de fruits et viennoiseries. Une attention que nous avons beaucoup appréciée.

Vriendelijk personeel, vooral aan balie na de middag en 's morgens. Ook 's avonds in het restaurant was het bedienend personeel zeer vriendelijk. Wij komen zelf uit de Horeca en aan de bar mocht het naar onze mening wat vriendelijker zijn. Wij komen zeker nog terug als we Reims bezoeken of op doorreis naar het zuiden. Alles kann man als ok bezeichnen, nur das Laufen von der Rezeption zum Zimmer ohne einen Lift mit Gepäck und Kindern war leider nicht so erwartet

Wir hätten uns einen Aufzug oder eine Person gewünscht, die beim Gepäcktransport hilft. Leider hat sich auf unsere Anfrage niemand gemeldet
