部屋から河川が見えて大変良かった。

Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Das Zimmer war etwas in die Jahre gekommen und es roch leicht muffig. Ebenso war es nicht so sauber wie ich es gerne gehabt hätte, sodass ich Spuren meines Vorgängers im Bad vorgefunden habe.

部屋が広くて清潔で、ベットが良くて熟睡出来た！　スタッフの方は感じが良かったです。

部屋が少し暗い。　トイレの床にへこみがあったり、便器にヒビがあった。　5泊もしたので、川側が良かったかな。　駐車場が毎日チケットを貰うのが気になる。 慣れたら良いかも！

Hotel zlokalizowany w odległości krótkiego spaceru od dworca kolejowego, można również skorzystać z tramwaju, gdyż przystanek jest obok hotelu. Świetna lokalizacja jeżeli ktoś podróżuje do Kurokawa Onsen, ponieważ przystanek autobusowy znajduje się przed wejściem do hotelu. Personel bardzo pomocny i sympatyczny, dokładał wszelkich starań żeby pomóc w naszej dalszej podróży. Pokoje komfortowe, z pięknym widokiem na rzekę.

兒童有兒童備品，小孩們拿到很開心。 行李提前從另一地寄過來飯店，飯店人員妥善收好後，也第一時間在平台上回訊息告知已收到行李（因為是第一次使用行李寄送，所以有請飯店人員幫忙確認是否寄達）。

在booking平台上的回覆親切專業，房間也很乾淨，即便我們因為地震更改航班至福岡而臨時取消飯店住宿，也仍然接受我們免費取消的申請。以後有機會造訪熊本，一定會再來住。 熊本加油

這次是住熊本熊房，孩子非常開心。房間很寬敞，床跟枕頭都很舒服，還有提供製冰機，非常方便。

距離熊本車站看起來感覺不遠，但拖著行李在大太陽下走，真的又熱又累。可以搭市電或公車。 沒拉行李時走起來就還好。

繁華街から少し遠いですが、市電の駅からも近く静かで落ち着いたホテルでした

スタッフの方達の接客がとても丁寧で良かったです。 チェックイン前に荷物を預けに行ったのですが、事前にお部屋に置いてくださってくれたのも嬉しかったです。 朝食会場に着くと席まで案内してくださったり、だご汁をおすすめしてもらいました。食べました。とても美味しかったです。焼きたてのオムレツも凄く美味しかったです。 くまモンルームに泊まりました。 くまモンだらけでとても癒されました。 熊本駅から少し歩きますがそんなに遠くなくちょうどいい距離にあります。 また泊まりたいです。

フロントのスタッフさんの対応がとても親切丁寧でありがたかったです。

The hotel was spacious and clean enough for my family of six.

They charge for the parking fee, nothing much about the area beside that’s a good steamboat restaurant nearby. Around the area got nothing to do, can be quite boring.

The breakfast was good. The car park which is located next to the hotel is convenient.

There are 3 points I would like to raise. 1. The staff member helping us to check in did not proactively communicate to us the time of the breakfast and the check-out time. I had to ask for the related information myself. If they are not good in English, they could be showing the customers the essential information on paper or using a translation tool. 2. The hotel rate of one night was quite high comparing to that of the hotel in Nagasaki under the same hotel chain group. 3. The hotel interior design looked a bit old fashion. The door frames and wall paper were showing lots of wear and tear.

Voici un superbe établissement à la hauteur de ses promesses, grand hôtel aux prestations haut de gamme, grande chambre et vue superbe depuis les étages supérieurs. Particulièrement bien situé qu'on veuille utiliser le train ou le tram voire le car pour visiter la ville où la Préfecture. Le quartier dénombre de nombreux temples bouddhistes et un magnifique sanctuaire à découvrir se trouve à proximité. A quelques stations et accessibles à pied on trouvera les rues commerçantes. Pour les amateurs de randonnées pédestres, un stûpa abrite des reliques de Bouddha données par l'Inde qui domine de sa blancheur une colline proche, admirable monument d'où la vue embrasse la ville jusqu'au montagnes au loin. A noter l'extrême gentillesse du personnel aux compétences avérées et à l'amabilité hors normes. Restauration avec prestations culinaires haut de gamme au sein de l'hôtel. Vous êtes ici où il faut être pour un séjour au top! Cerise sur ce dessert, l'extrême propreté des lieux et bien sûr de votre chambre. Et rare au Japon, ici la langue française trouve un émissaire. J'oubliais pour les ornithologues passionnés la présence d'un spot sur la rivière toute proche avec quelques spatules dont face noire, aigrettes diverses, foulques macroule, canards de Chine et siffleurs...

L'absence de laverie sur le site mais on l'aura compris, ce service est offert sous une autre forme toutefois peu adaptée pour un long séjour mais deux laveries automatiques sont à quelques rues.

いつもお世話になってます。上層階からの眺めは熊本城か、白川側かで違いますが、どちらも申し分ない見晴らしです。今回は姉さん家族に宿泊してもらいました。ツインの部屋で申し分ない広さで、とても満足していました。

食事会場及び料理もおいしく、大変良かった。スタッフも、接客など大変良かったです。

設備等は、大変満足です。旅行日程では必ず空港所在地のANAのホテルを利用していますが、お風呂の底が変色しています、汚れか？気持ちが悪かった。

熊本駅周辺を当日夕方に検索して予約 翌朝早く出発のため寝るだけの利用でしたのですがビジネスホテルが満室で 予算オーバーでしたが諦めて?予約 部屋からの眺めは良く室内の広さも余裕があるので ゆったりした気持ちですごせました 駅までやや距離はありますが 天気が悪くなかったので、白川沿いの散策は良かったです

Location not near Amenities and rooms were small

房間超大，高樓層視野很好，可以看到熊本城，剛好遇到日本新年，正月初一早上有提供熊本的赤酒。

房間內的東西有些需要付錢有些不用，但沒有提前告知，雖然是付的起，但還是希望能有提前說明。

大変リーズナブルにスイートに宿泊できました！お部屋も改装後との事で大変綺麗です！スタッフの方々も大変丁寧で素敵な方々ばかりでした！とにかく館内もお部屋も綺麗です！

少しだけ設備不良がありましたが、その件に対しても大変真摯にご対応頂き、全く不安はありませんでした。

Pretty view over the water/city Large room with comfortable bed All staff were polite and helpful. Large variety of both japanese and western items for breakfast. Options of different types of pillows & also essential oil fragrance available.

Due to the property’s central heating system, our room was very warm. Staff provided a fan from the 2nd day. We stayed a total of 3 nights and did not really sleep that well all nights.. only the morning of check out our room cooled down! Such a pity as this was a nice property however due to this issue I wouldn’t recommend unless you like to sleep really warm. Shower was a little small and low ceiling- might not be comfortable for taller people.

The ease of in and out of the hotel, good self-parking structure next to it, and fairly easy to visit the Kumamoto castle.

The staff gave my friend couple, a IHG member, a super nice suit with breakfast and lounge privileges, but after they got into the suit, the front desk staff rushed up and moved them to a regular room with all upgrades taken away.
