Hyatt Regency Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport

Nichts

The best airport hotel ever.

Der Pool ist grandios!

Restaurant sehr teuer.

Close to airport. Nice hotel good amenities

Everything is always excellent.

Price is a bit steep, but worth it to be so close to the airport.

Location very close to the airport terminals and train station

Convenient access and attentive staff.

Rooms are a little dated.

Great breakfast. Clean and quiet hotel. The bed was huge. There were Staff members all around this big hotel, very kind, helpful and professional.

Walking a lot from the room to main facilities

Super convenient for airport stays, easy smooth check in, glorious huge king size room, enormous bathroom, just wonderful. Coffee machine in the room as well as usual kettle etc Super super quiet and very comfortable bed. Happy staff.

Great convenient location near the terminal. Room good size and clean.

Facilities were ok but the whole place feels just like an airport departure lounge and a little soulless.

100% recomendable.

Todo perfecto.

everything

Minutes from the airport and free shuttle to/from. Friendly staff. Comfortable room with spacious bathroom. Breakfast was excellent. Great pool with a bar. Pool bar staff have great taste in music (Arctic Monkeys). Luggage scale in the lobby with packing area.

Nothing to moan about. We stayed one night as we had a 26-hour layover.

Lovely pool area for relaxing. comfortable rooms, nice selection of food at the restaurant and very friendly staff

Close to the airport

The room we're staying in is too noisy because of the room next door. We feel really scared when the next door open their door like they might open it into our room. We can hear them even they are using the bathroom.

Spa was wonderful. a swimming pool sauna Jacuzzi and steam room in the woman’s room

Location is great making it a convenient place to stay after a long flight. Food options are good but overall the place is pricey for Bangkok. You'll pay way too much for your room and food when a 10 minute shuttle can take you to several other better priced options.

Perfectly located for the airport. We had flight the next day son it made it easy to stay close by rather than in the CBD. Pool was great, facilities are equally as handy including the gym. Rooms are your usual hotel room, clean, today and comfortable. Staff made the stay. They were wonderful at every turn. The free shuttle service to the airport is also very handy.

There was nothing not to like - it’s a good hotel, conveniently placed next to the airport.

PROCHE AEROPORT ET CHAMBRE SPACIEUSE-ET PERSONNEL AGREABLE ET SERVIABLE ET PETIT DEJEUNER TRES TOT AVANT DE PARTIR (génial)

the position, the shuttle 24/7, walking distance to the airport, very convenient.

The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. We found a dead cockroach in the bathroom, which had clearly not been noticed or removed before our arrival. The bathroom itself felt quite dated, and overall the entire hotel is showing its age and would benefit from a proper renovation. The pool area in particular is starting to look quite worn, with several areas deteriorating. The whole property could really use a refresh to bring it back to the standard you would expect from a Hyatt.

Proximity to airport.

Leaving.

It looked v impressive on arrival , love the entrance hall with bar and eating area off it.

Gleich neben Flughafen und City Train nach Bangkok. Beides unterirdisch in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.

Please be aware, very old hotel, very bed condition of the room facilities like bed, air conditioning, carpets, we had terrible experience and after we complained the suggested solution was very poor and not respected for the Hyatt brand, do your self a favor and look for other hotels around the airport, there are few much better options

Everything, old hotel, bed condition of room facilities

tout était propre et emplacement parfait

Proximity to airport including shuttle every 10 min.

The property is old and definitely needs renovation.

The Hyatt is the perfect location for a quick stopover after a hectic European holiday. I had 24 hours before my next flight so I was able to check in early evening, enjoy room service and a good night's sleep. I woke to enjoy a hearty breakfast, booked in for a massage then lazed by the pool while enjoying lunch and cool drinks. I was then able to go to my room shower, pack and leave for the airport at 5.00pm the next day. The Shuttle service was excellent and quick. I felt like I'd had a relaxing resort stay even though it was only a quick one.

Nothing

Every thing

Only location near the airport for one night to catch the flight

Bad smell on the room Aircodition was not cool I ordered pizza on the restaurant it was terribly not pizza

Direkt am Airport- kostenloser Shuttle

I like everything. It was very clean. All staff is very polite and helpful.

It is a bit pricey but worth for the location.

Light entering room, breakfast option, drainage needs refreshing

Excellent meal. Helpful staff.

All good!

Comfortable stay and very convenient location!

Breakfast should be at least til 11am when many check in very late

Very easy check in and check out. Ideal place to stay for transit flights

Was a little difficult initially finding the room.

Convenient location, shuttle service is very quick and you don’t need to book in advance as they have a few mini buses constantly running between the hotel and airport. Had my room upgraded after a long wait to check in which was nice.

Quite outdated. Smelled a bit musty. Staff were friendly but hard to understand. The door latch was broken which for myself as a solo female traveller was uncomfortable and concerning, but the staff member had no idea what I was talking about and I was too exhausted to ask for a different room.

Ottimo per pernottare vicino all'aeroporto. Buffett colazione. Servizio navetta gratuito da e per aeroporto. Letti e cuscini molto comodi.

Near to airport no hassle for your flight

near to the airport, relaxing and staff are warm and kind.

Le personnel très accueillant la piscine sympa

Proximity to airport, staff was friendly but incompetent

We asked for a crib, no crib in the room so they came an hour later when our son was asleep in the bed and turned on all the lights to put the crib in. It was 2am which was irritating. Also the pool was closed but we were never told about this

Very well located for anyone with a late arrival or early departure, and I like that the check-out time is linked to the arrival time, not some arbitrary 10am which may not allow that some people arrive after midnight.

Rooms are starting to look just a little bit dated. Breakfast is seriously expensive.

Location, 24 hour check-in, staff amazing

Cleanliness
