- Its close to the Suvarnabhumi airport so if you need to rest before catching a flight it's the best. - It has free shuttle to and from the hotel.

- Room is clean and neat, just a little bit old. - They don't have a clothing iron which is weird for me. Usually they provide in hotels everywhere in asia

The bathroom sink drain trap was not working properly allowing sewer gas to leak in to the bathroom other wise for a 1 night stay everything else was exceptional

Prima hotel wat ons ideaal gelegen is met het oog op de binnelandse vlucht die meestal de dag later op de planning staat. Je wordt opgehaald van Suvarnabhumi Airport met eigen vervoer (minivan) van het hotel, personeel is uiterst vriendelijk en altijd bereid zijn om je te helpen.

In het ene gedeelte (vermoedelijk het oudere gedeelte) van het hotel komen de verdiepingen niet goed uit met de lift, waardoor je in dat gedeelte van het hotel altijd een trap moet nemen om op de juiste verdieping te komen. (vervelend als mensen slecht te been zijn)

Were Upgraded to a deluxe room but the Aircon could do with an upgrade, very noisy and not very efficient, had to wait over an hour for the shuttle from the airport

The staff were very nice and it was close to the airport.

My room was ground level, had mosquitos and a window out to a back alley type space.

La struttura ha una posizione eccellente per chi deve partire all’alba. Il servizio navetta è super efficiente. Lo staff super gentile ci ha preparato una tagliata di frutta a tarda sera nonostante la cucina fosse chiusa.

La struttura è abbastanza datata ed i bagni puzzavano di fogna.

Staff were friendly, the shuttle was convenient and breakfast was good. Price was good.

Hotel is older and warn. Bed was huge but very hard. Location is close to a little farm, so was woken to a lot of animal noise early.

Satisfactory for one night before leaving to the airport. We were leaving too early for breakfast and they had prepared a takeaway for us which was very sweet.

They tried to make us leave our passport as a deposit for a room key ??? Wth 🤣 And we just ended up getting a grab to the airport as the shuttle times were inconvenient. Bad balcony. Fine aside from that.

The smoking section was right next to the pool. So many times i was in the pool i could smell intense cigarette smoke. They need to move that away from the pool.

Nogal gedateerd, mag wel een opknapbeurt krijgen. Badkamer/ toilet half open, dus geen privacy als je naar t toilet moet. Geen lift dat is lastig met zware koffer. Geen leuke ruimte om gezellig te zitten of te ontbijten.

Pool laut Beschreibung und Realität liegen weit auseinander, King Size Bett bei Buchung angefragt aber Anfrage wurde NIE bearbeitet und daher 2 Einzelbetten

Das Personal war lieb und freundlich. Sie hatten gratis Transfer zum Flughafen.

- es gibt kein warmes Wasser - Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht richtig - die Betten waren recht hert - das Badezimmer war nicht sauber und stinkt - Im Zimmer gibt es recht wenig Steckdosen.

態度極差，變相多收錢，像黑店一樣。去程因在曼谷轉機訂了一晚家庭間（大概是這個名字，一雙人床+1單人床），預訂時只輸入的2成人，沒有加孩子，入住時被告知沒有預訂房型了，給升級了所謂的3床間（3張0.9米單人床），但事後查了平台價格其實比我預訂房型還要便宜，這叫upgrade？且房間空調是正對著床吹，如此反人類的設計實在是少見。因只是中轉1晚也就認了。回程曼谷轉機特意預訂了一間僅次於行政套房的房型，前台入住時被告知因還有1名小孩要加收600銖，我說可以不加床，預訂房型的一張大床足矣，但前台說就算不加床使用現有大床也要再收400銖。無奈只能支付了600加床費，可是進到房間居然是和我們去程時住的一模一樣的3床間，前台辯稱因為我預訂的房型不能加床所以只能換成3床間。如果早說明是這樣，那我選擇downgrade就好了，畢竟我預訂的房型在平台上是僅次於套房的，結果被downgrade了還要extra charge，且態度極差。第二天check out因退押金需要查房還故意拖延了很長時間。去過泰國很多地方住過將近上百個酒店還從未有過如此差的經歷。看到評論的盡量避免選擇這裏吧！

È un hotel molto pulito con un ottimo servizio di transfer da e per l'aeroporto compreso nel prezzo. Ha un buon ristorante che alle 23.00, quando siamo arrivate, ci ha fornito il servizio in camera e la mattina una buona colazione. Siamo rimaste solo una notte prima di rientrare in Italia e l'abbiamo scelto perché dista solo 10 minuti dall'aeroporto ma è stata un'ottima scoperta

I asked if the adult beverages could be removed from the rooms. The hotel staff could not accommodate this request at a late hour.

wir wollten am ersten Tag mit zum Flughafen mitfahren,das wurde verweigert.Die AC ist sehr alt,der Thermostat ohne funktion musste nachts mehrmals aufstehen zum ein und ausschalten.DerDurschlauferhitzer in der Dusche bei minimum zu heiss,bei aus zu kalt.

Old section of hotel, mattresses are very firm. Make sure you upgrade to new section of room. Only way we knew was our second stay on leaving Bangkok, they gave us free upgrade and rooms and especially mattresses are much nicer.
