Ventilation is essentially not functional. AirCon is very noisy and lights up the room with a green light, making it super difficult to sleep. The rooms are pretty run-down.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Excellent location next to CECO Convention Center, perfect for business travelers. Spacious lobby, professional staff, and very fast check-in. The king-size bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was well equipped with plenty of power outlets and useful English translations for the controls. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a large variety of Korean, Asian, and European options. The fitness, sauna, swimming pool, and indoor golf facilities were also impressive.
The room insulation could be better. During my third night, I could clearly hear the TV and various noises from the neighboring rooms, which may disturb light sleepers. Some parts of the room design also feel slightly dated compared to newer hotels.

Reviewed May 20, 2026After changing my room from the seventh floor, where the room was so bad that it made you hate staying, to a much better room than the previous one, I almost gave this hotel a rating of 4. But after the change, I can rate the hotel more than 7. The breakfast was somewhat good. Not all options were available, but it was good in general.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2024좋은 점: 위치, 시설(피트니스, 사우나 등) 나쁜 점: 냉장고, 미니바, 웰컴드링크, 쾌쾌하고 나쁜 냄새....(나무 썩는 냄새같은...) 웰컴 드링크라도 시원한 냉장고에 넣어서 주실 수 있다면 좋겠어요. 겨우 무라벨 생수 2명이지만... 시원하지도 않은 냉장고 안에는 따뜻한 맥주2캔과 탄산수가 있지만, 이걸 먹으라는 건지.... 편의점가서 돈주고 시원한 음료수 사먹었어요... 위치도 시설도 좋은 호텔인데, 왠지 모르게 계속 사소한 곳에서 자꾸 실망하게 되어서 다시 가고 싶지 않아요...
