There were bed bugs in my bed, and I woke up with numerous bites on my legs. I also arrived at 1:00 pm and asked if I could check in early (check in is at 2:00pm) because I only needed to drop off my bags before leaving for a concert in Busan. I explained that I would not be returning until around midnight. Despite this, I was told that I could not check in early unless I paid an additional fee. Given that I wasn’t asking to use the room for an extended period and simply needed to leave my belongings before my evening plans, the lack of flexibility was very disappointing.

Reviewed Oct 4, 20251.距離昌原車站坐公車約20分鐘的路程，可在昌原綜合巴士站下車走路即可到達飯店 2.飯店大廳有很舒服的味道，櫃檯人員也很親切 3.房間一人入住很大很喜歡，置物空間和衣櫥都很大，電視螢幕也非常大👍 4. 浴室的乾濕分離其實就是個玻璃擋板隔開馬桶，但抽風系統正常，淋浴後地板很快就乾了；另外提供了兩台吹風機，使用上都很滿意
不知道是不是因為飯店正對面正在蓋房子挖地基，入住三天房內都會有很多飛蟲，有點影響住宿品質😢

Reviewed Sep 15, 2025이 호텔은 창원종합버스터미널 옆에 있어 교통이 편리합니다. 창원NC파크에서 창원종합터미널까지 연결되는 버스를 이용하면 야구장을 목적으로 여행하는 사람도 나쁘지 않은 선택입니다. 주차장도 적당히 갖추고 있습니다. 지하 주차장 시설도 있습니다. 시끄러운 번화가에 위치한 호텔보다는 조용한 분위기를 선호하는 분들에게 잘 어울립니다. 내부시설도 오래된 흔적은 있지만 나쁘지 않은 편입니다. 조식은 쿠폰을 구매해서 1층 카페에서 이용할 수 있는데 평범한 편입니다. 다만 호텔 주변에는 사실상 편의점 뿐입니다. 터미널을 지나 옆의 아파트 단지로 가야 약간의 식당과 카페를 발견할 수 있습니다. 밤에는 가능한 번화한 지역에서 식사나 음주를 해결하고 호텔로 돌아오는 편이 좋아 보입니다.

Reviewed Apr 7, 2025직원은 매우 친절했고 침구도 편했어요. 그런데 전체 금연 객실임에도 다른 객실에서 화장실에서 몰래 담배를 펴서 우리 객실 화장실과 객실전체에 담배냄새가 꽉차서 잠을 잘 못잤습니다. 문제 객실에 대한 좀 확실한 대처를 바로 해주셨다면 좋았을텐데 아쉽습니다. 그 외에는 불편한점 없이 아주 좋았습니다.

Reviewed Jul 31, 2022지하주차장 리모델링 중이라 주차는 바로 근처 창원버스터미널 공영주차장에 주차를 했고 호텔에서 24시간 주차요금을 현금으로 정산해주었습니다. 깨끗하고 조용하고 편안한 침구류 덕분에 숙면을 취할 수 있었습니다. 아쉬운 점이 있었다면 옷걸이 집게가 파손된 게 1개가 있었고 옷장 바닥 나무가 파손된체 방치되어 있는 것이 아쉬웠습니다.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2020보통으로 만족했습니다. 이불에는 먼지와 머리카락들이 좀보였고, 시트안쪽?에도 머리카락이 많았습니다. 그부분은 아쉽네요. 두번이용했는데 두번째는 비누도 없었네요. 그 이외에는 깔끔하고 좋았어요. 직원분들은 여성분(김보라님?)의 서비스가 너무친절하고 좋았습니다. 남성분(성함모름)은 해주기싫은데 억지로 서비스해주는느낌? 불쾌했습니다. 그리고 그 남성분은 호텔바로입구에서 담배를 피셔서 아기를 데리고 입구쪽으로 가는게 불편했습니다.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2020깔끔한 호텔, 스텝분들이 친절합니다. 여행 목적이 아닌 출장이였는데 편안한 호텔을 찾았는데 조용하고 깨끗해서 재 방문 의사 있습니다.
