I was really ill for my whole stay with septic tonsillitis. The landlady took excellent care of me, sending me breakfast up to my room and even gave me a throat spray. Lovely people and very clean facilities

Angie & Vince were fabulous hosts and we loved our week long stay recently as we were over in Blackpool for our 9 year old competing in the UDO Worlds dance competition. The accommodation was perfect and had everything and more that we needed. Comfortable beds and the property was immaculately clean :) Would highly recommend this for families and couples alike. Wish it had been a little longer

The Lumada really is an exceptional little hotel. From the moment you walk in the hosts make you feel extremely welcome! All throughout the hotel is spotless! Our room was modern, spacious and had everything we needed including a fan & hairdryer. If you stay for more than 1 night your room is serviced, fresh towels provided & little tea/coffee station replenished. There is also a mini fridge in the room. Shampoo, conditioner & body wash was also provided. The hotel is close to tower (we could see from our window) and literally a 2 minute walk to the beach & shopping centre. Shower was lovely and HOT! even with 3 of us showering it never went cold. Breakfast was delicious and so much to choose from! Hosts were amazing. This really is a home from home and we can’t wait to book again!

Immaculate hotel. Me and my husband and son stayed monday-friday and honestly I didn't want to leave. Ang and vince where amazing. Made us feel like we was home from home. My son struggles meeting new people and he absolutely loved it felt at home and comfortable and his words the breakfast is a 10/10! Which it was. Wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in blackpool now

Der Aufenthalt hat gut - Lage super in der Nähe des Winter Gardens: 3min Fussweg. Im Zimmer ein Kühlschrank - findet man den B&Bs auch nicht alle Tage. Die Eigentümer sehr nett und bei allem zuvorkommend.

Die Rollanden könnten in der Früh die Helligkeit besser abschirmen - das war aber auch mit "negativ".

Everything was fantasic Angela and Vince were great hosts made us feel so welcome there place is spottless room was amazing everything you needed kettle plenty of coffee teabags milk and biscuits comfy bed fan hairdryer fridge. In the bathroom you had lovely towels shampoo conditioner and body wash it was like home from home breakfast was amazing not far from anything shops bars beach it was just amazing cant wait to go back one of the best hotels we have stayed in Angela and Davie

This was a great hotel in an excellent location for exploring Blackpool. The owners were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious and inexpensive.

The hotel was so lovely! Everything was immaculate, the bathrooms were lovely and nothing was too much of a hassle or inconvenience. The room has a lot of touches that go above and beyond such as a safe, a fan, cosy blankets and lots of plug sockets! The owners are SO lovely and accommodating along side their very well behaved dog!

I can’t say there was anything we didn’t like!

Me and my dad paid a visit to Blackpool, mainly for the World Matchplay of Darts. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the owners, Angela and Vince, where they took their time out of their day with us to take an interest in why we were staying at their hotel and ensuring we felt welcome. The location was ideal for us, as the Winter Gardens was right around the corner and the food and hospitality was terrific. We were checked back on to see if everything was okay with the food we had. The prices for breakfast and drinks were perfectly reasonable. We were also very happy with the standard of our hotel room, including hygiene and organization. The room included essentials, like a mini fridge, a flat screen TV, a fan, etc. The beds were also comfortable and easy to settle in. We’re hoping to revisit this hotel and these brilliant owners, when we return to Blackpool soon.

Very central to North pier and Tower. Hosts were helpful and friendly. Room a good size and comfy beds. Fan and small fridge were great extras!

Everything was great, only negative comment was the small shower cubicle which was awkward to get into and not alot of room when doors closed.

We had the warmest welcome on arrival and every day that we stayed. The room was immaculate and we were given clean towels, bins emptied and the beds were made every day. Bonus for the fan in the room and the mini fridge to store some drinks and snacks.Location was perfect and close to the centre. Can't wait to return.

As always I can and will never find fault with this hotel it's a home away from home. The breakfast is brilliant with a variety of choices. Angie and Vince are lovely and extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area.

Great location for Tower and Winter Gardens. Lots of shops and eateries nearby. Big car park just around the corner . Lumada itself - very clean , hosts very friendly and welcoming, twin bedroom decent size, very nice en suite shower room, fresh towels every day.

Nothing to dislike. Everything was spot on. No lift, but host took my case up the stairs for me. Very kind of him. There is a stairlift for anyone with mobility issues.

This was our first visit to Blackpool, unusual for people like us in their '60's. The Lumada was extremely friendly and homely, Angie and Vince are excellent hoteliers, nothing was too much trouble for them. The Location for us was perfect, we had come to see our granddaughters in a Dance Competition in The Winter Gardens, Blackpool, we both have mobility issues and it was a very short walk to the venue. Our room was spotlessly clean, it had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Breakfast was lovely. well worth the money. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at The Lumada again, the only reason we've commented 'no' to the question 'Did the price you paid match the expectations you had when you booked?' is that The Lumada totally exceeded our expectations. Family who own the hotel were brilliant, very friendly and more than helpful. We stayed in the family room we are a family of 4.

The property is a traditional Blackpool b&b and the hosts Angie and Vince are lovely friendly hosts. The rooms were spotlessly clean and we were not expecting a small fridge, ironing board and iron and extra heater and a fan, all being lovely extra touches. The bathroom was also spotlessly clean and had fully stocked shampoo/conditioner and body wash, also soap and plenty of toilet roll and lovey fluffy white towels. We only stayed for 2 nights and Angie cleaned our room from top to bottom after the first night which was so appreciated because of the nature of our stay we were pushed for time which also meant we didn’t have time to try what smelt and looked like a lovely breakfast. My son has already booked to return in a couple of weeks and tbh only unavailability would stop us from returning every time we are back in Blackpool. So thank you and we’ll see you soon

Location brilliant for winter gardens…as had tickets for show….put train ticket in the bin by accident..and angie and Vince went dumpster diving for the lost ticket…they are a brilliant couple…and we where very well looked the whole stay…will stay again…

Lots of stairs but we did ask for a quiet room so were on the top floor so around 50 steps, shower room was very small, the shower had low pressure and hot water turned cold while in the shower also there was a sewage smell from the shower or toilet couldn't figure out which. Bedroom was a bit uncomfortable felt the springs.

The owners made us welcome from the moment we arrived. Friendly, nothing is a problem. Breakfast is good value and there is plenty of it. Hotel spotlessly clean, bedroom and bathroom spotlessly clean. Beds are comfortable, bedding was teddy material which was perfect after a very cold day walking around and you need to snuggle down into bed. Room had plenty of draws and wardrobe space. Plenty of tea bags, coffee and milk. Even had a fridge, which was an added bonus. Nice fluffy white towels. Hotel very quiet at night, so we all slept well. A little Gem in a place full of rough.

This is the tiniest complaint, but the shower wasn't the best and thats just nit picking. The water was lovely and hot and we all managed to get a shower, but shower pressure wasn't the best, or perhaps a new shower head is needed. Honestly we didn't mention it, because it was so minor and everything else was perfect, we didn't want to spoil the experience. I'm sure if I had mentioned it, they'd have sorted it, but we were tired and we just wanted our beds.

Angela and vince was amazing! Couldnt fault anything! The rooms where lovely, breakfast was amazing, location is perfect and if you ever needed anything angela and vince would always help. Wont go anywhere else now.

Everything Vince and Angela were very good hosts. They made sure our stay was perfect. Breakfast was very good value(eggs were cooked to perfection, everything was too be fair). The rooms were spotless, beds were so comfy, just everything was so nice.
