Le bruit de la rue empêche d'ouvrir la fenêtre pour dormir. Le local du petit déjeuner est beaucoup trop petit et mal agencé ( tables les unes contre les autres et contre les murs) obligeant les clients à attendre debout devant la porte.

Precisa mais funcionários para a recepção e café da manhã. Só duas para fazer tudo isso fica difícil Tinha uma excursão de idosos e como eles tinham horário virou um tumulto e as coitadas das funcionárias não davam conta Além disso, a gente precisando de atendimento na recepção e elas cuidando do café Não culpo as funcionárias, mas a administração

Ich hatte im kleinsten Zimmer der Welt für drei Nächte Übernachten dürfen. Zum Frühstück gab es Zuwenig Geschirr. Der Frühstücks raum war nicht Sauber gehalten.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026J'ai pû dormir sans un seul bruit. Ni dans l'hôtel ni à l'extérieur. Bonne entente avec les autres clients.
Court séjour donc rien à reprocher. Par contre l'emplacement pas facile à trouver. Il est souhaitable de dire plutôt que l'hôtel se trouve en face de la "grande" Raiffensen. Personne ne connaîsait la place en question.

Das Frühstück ist sehr überschaulich, keine große Auswahl. Baguette war fast nicht zu beißen, so hart. Die Tische wurden von den Gästen leider kaum selbst abgeräumt, Personal war wenig im Frühstücksraum zu sehen, um die Tische dann für die nächsten Gäste abzuräumen oder um nachzuschauen, was fehlt, wie zum Beispiel Messer und Gabeln. Leider saß man auch sehr beengt

Wir waren in einem Loch untergebracht. Es nannte sich Apartment und hatte daher auch seinen Preis. Es gab aber noch nicht Mal ein Fenster zum öffnen. Das Schlafzimmer war sogar ohne jegliche Frischluftzufuhr und mit einer selbstschließenden Feuerschutztür.. wie in einem U-Boot. Ich war schon viel unterwegs aber so etwas habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Wir "durften" dann gegen nochmalige ermäßigte Zahlung in ein anderes Zimmer umziehen.. alles in allem 200 Euro für eine Nacht in einem schlechten Hotel.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Die Lage am Rand der Altstadt ist sehr praktisch. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Gepäck konnte ich über Tag dort lassen. Das Frühstück ist für den Preis sehr gut.
Das Einzelzimner lag unter dem Dach und hatte nur ein kleines Veluxfenster Irgendwelche Geräte auf dem Dach waren sehr laut bei geöffnetem Fenster. Das Badezimmer ist recht klein.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026We had a good room with views of the road and car park. The Hotel was central and just a short walk to the lovely centre of Colmar. Parking was just across the street and worked out very cheap as it was free overnight and you could pre-pay for the following morning up to whatever time you wanted. Colmar is a lovely city and we would stay here if we came again.
Breakfasts were a bit hectic with one poor lady rushing around trying to keep on top of everyone's needs. Needless to say some people didn't have the patience or understanding and made her job harder. Over the next 6 days I had 16 requests for a review but don't know if this is down to Booking.com???

The room and bathroom are tiny. When you step out of the shower, you practically walk straight into the toilet. You have to be really short to fit into a bed that is only 180 cm long.

Problème de propreté : douche non nettoyée (cheveux restant), moutons de poussière sous la table basse. Une prise murale ne marche pas, et peu de porte serviette / crochets / aide au rangement. La surface étant limitée, un peu plus de portants muraux seraient les bienvenus. Petit déjeuner fournis mais le cougeloff et les croissants étaient plutot secs (de la veille ?). Mauvaise impression sur la qualité de la nourriture de fait. Noté : parking sur le site, ce qui est faux : le parking à dispo est celui de la ville, gratuit uniquement la nuit. Prête à confusion. En bref, les prix sont élevés à Colmar, mais le ratio qualité/prix n’y est pas.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Un véritable coup de cœur pour l’Hôtel Primo à Colmar ! Nous avons passé un séjour absolument inoubliable du 13 au 16 août 2026. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été très bien accueillis par une équipe professionnelle, chaleureuse et attentionnée. Notre chambre était spacieuse, très propre et bien équipée, avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un séjour confortable. Le petit-déjeuner était également tout à fait satisfaisant. Mais le véritable atout de l’hôtel reste, selon nous, son emplacement exceptionnel, en plein centre de Colmar. C’est vraiment idéal pour découvrir la ville et profiter pleinement de son charme. Nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs et reviendrons avec grand plaisir lors de notre prochaine visite à Colmar. Une adresse que nous recommandons vivement, sans aucune hésitation ! Merci à toute l’équipe pour ce très agréable séjour. ❤️

A llegar en la habitación, la misma tenía las sábanas sucias con lo que parecía resto de comida sobre la sábana y pelos. Se notaba claramente que no habían sido cambiadas por otras limpias. Hemos pedido para que las cambiaran y el chico de la recepción nos dijo que no podría cambiarlas así que hemos pedido unas limpias para que las cambiáramos nosotros para poder pasar la noche allí. Dentro de la ducha, no hay luz y también había un bote de shampoo usado que debería ser de clientes anteriores, así que me imagino que tampoco haya sido limpiado el baño. El desayuno flojo.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Die zentrale Lage ist einfach unschlagbar. Und ich brauche kein super-modernes Zimmer solange es sauber ist passt das. Die Zimmer sind zwar nicht besonders groß aber für mich ausreichend und typisch für ein Stadthotel
Was für mich persönlich nicht so gut war,war das Frühstück. Zu wenig Auswahl, zuviel süß und zu wenig herzhaft. Das Brot war leider bei mir recht hart. Und mir fehlt frisches Obst. Habe nach dem ersten Tag dann auf das Frühstück verzichtet.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Leuk klein hotel vlakbij het centrum van Colmar. Ik kon er relatief goedkoop parkeren, vanwege korte tussenstop (openbare parkeerplaats). Kamer was knus en van alles voorzien en ook schoon.
Ontbijtzaal was druk, maar het was ook weekend. Mogelijk op normale dagen rustiger.

Hygiëne zeer ondermaats! Vlekken op de lakens maar ook tegen de muur als op de Velux overal vlekken. Het ontbijt was ook zeker niet deftig. Geen bestek te vinden, brood was zeer hard en uitgedroogd, bijna geen keus uit beleg of dergelijke.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Gebucht war Zimmer mit einem Bett, bekommen haben wir zwei Einzelbetten. Frühstücksraum gnadenlos überfüllt kein Sitzplatz gefunden, kein Frühstück gehabt und trotzdem dafür bezahlt
