早餐沒吃大家說很難吃 所以叫外送 酒吧沒去 櫃檯態度蠻好的 要收據也很快 泳池人不多 住宿可以免費用 健身房的是蠻讚的算不錯的大，沒啥人水使用，房間也不錯。 第一天入住阿姨按了我的門鈴我都還沒穿好衣服就給我開門了我傻眼….然後第二天馬桶堵塞…之後隔天又政府停水 整個很酷 同事說很久之前住過這間本來以為舊舊的但看來有整修過，但是陽台很漂亮直接給我封死說啥小….喔對了 健身房的瑜伽墊超臭，有個異味，兩面都有..美中不足 可惜。

Very spacious and well kept room but surprised that there was no bathtub which I thought it has when I booked from picture. So when I requested for room with bathtub, I was asked to pay extra. I was disappointed that there was no free upgrade as I have booked 2 rooms 2 night each.

バーは お酒の種類が豊富でした 日本料理は まあ中国なので味は普通でしたが 単価はとても高い 特に冷酒小瓶は日本円で￥4500位します 部屋はとても広く シーツもマットレスもとても良い 日本人が好む 薄めの ルールフレグランスもあり 宿泊費と立地としてのホテルとしてのレベルはとても良かったと感じました そしてベランダがついていて 外に出られる構成は 中国に300回程 行っていますが初めてでした。

It's a very nice elegant hotel in downtown dongguang The rooms are incredibly spacious and well appointed The bathrooms are great, very big with bath and separate huge shower Bathrobes, slippers and other amenities are also provided The swimming is brilliant, very long, surrounded by ttees The gym is very nice with all you need The breakfast is great with delicious offering from Chinese to western style foods Very good rates for the rooms you get I've been here twice so far for business and would be very happy to come here again

Travaux bruyants toute la nuit a cote de l'hotel. Impossible d'obtenir une chambre de l'autre cote de l' hotel. Petit dejeuner decevant : un seul the, pas de miel, mauvais jus de fruit, grille pain qui ne marche pas bien.

I've stayed at the Hyatt at Songshan Lake (close by) and the rooms here are almost identical, same room layout, slightly different bathroom but at half the price. About the only drawback is if you don't speak Chinese (I don't). Only 1 in 20 speak English, where the Hyatt probably more like 1 in 2. But the restaurant staff used Google translator, probably could have never ordered dinner without it. There is a buffet that would make it easier but I avoid buffets. I only rated the amenities a 4 because it appeared there was some remodeling going on near the swimming pool (which looked great but didn't use it) so maybe more amenities will be forthcoming.

I was very much satisfied with this hotel. The rooms are spacious and offer good comfort for a good price. There are two restaurants in this hotel (Western style, Chinese), both good. Breakfasts are quite crowded and it can get there quite noisy.

the hotel property is huge. however there are parts within the hotel & within the premises which are dead & dull. practically no people & no lights in these places. otherwise it can be a great stay with family with a nice open pool.

The rooms were really nice, great views! We had a balcony that was nice at night but still the environment in Dongguan is very humid. The air conditioning on the 14th floor where we were located was really good. I stayed almost two weeks in this hotel with no issues. Good laundry service, the western buffet at night is great! This is the hotel you want to stay at! Point of reference, try to go to breakfast after 8:30am. Very crowded before then. I will stay here again on my return visits.

Good, spacious hotel in Dongguan. 2-nd time here. Fast service, good spacious rooms and hotel lobby and other areas. Good quality breakfast with both - western and asian style products. Hotel can be recommended as for business travellers and family travellers as well.

I use to stay at this hotel one week, each month, during the last 2 years. the hotel is clean and the service team is very polite.

As a frequent visitor to this area I’d always stayed at the nearby Hyatt, however their price is now ridiculously high so looked for an alternative. Initial impressions were good and this followed for 3 nights of excellent service. The hotel was quiet for the first 2 days but very busy for the last day as I understand Huawei have a facility nearby and use this hotel for their staff, however they coped brilliantly and service was still good. Rooms are spacious and clean, only let down by a terrible WiFi service, SO SLOW!!!

Very good hotel for staying in Dongguan, rooms very large and comfortable, good facilities, and the best thing is the internet allows access to Facebook, Google, Youtube etc. Not a high percentage of the staff speak english, but it's not really a problem.

Very nice Hotel with clean rooms and kind staff. Highlight was the dinner in Western Restaurant with a lot of choices and fresh seafood. Executive breakfast starts late st 7:30 what was too late for me. The gym closes at 10pm what left me untrained in this week.

I’m so regret and would rather stay at Hyatt regency dongguan then here. My friends and I saw a rat running around the lounge and Jap sushi place ..... pretty horrible experience. My room was dark and one of my friend room AC had an issue. Check out process was terrible. Local people just came to the reception without lineup. I think the hotel should set up something to educate the local customers.

There are restaurants nearby. Transportation to other locations such as city centre or stations is not so convenient. Also, there are no taxi or hired cars nearby.

Overall a decent hotel with a few nice restaurants and a bar. The staff was mostly nice, but I also witnessed a few less professional interactions. The rooms are large, quiet and well designed. The staff at reception speaks English, but most of the other staff does not. The gym is not air conditioned - a first for a gym in this kind of climate.

東莞の中心から離れていて、リゾート感あり。中華料理につかれてたまには日本食をと、和食レストランに入ったが、笑っちゃうくらいなんちゃってでした。若手従業員の教育がされてないなど、残念が感がある。

I did not feel welcomed at the hotel. Check-in counter desk staff did not smile and tried to help you. Language was the biggest hurdle. Currency rate was the worst. Everywhere 1.0USD is 6.26RMB but hotel was converting at 1.0USD is 5.96RMB. Room was old furniture and uneven bed. Overall not a pleasant experience.

i am staying in this hotel few times a year comfortable location in Dalang It takes an hour to get here from Hong Kong - Shenzhen Border and about 50-60 Minuets from Shenzhen Airport. you can take a Taxi van from Hong Kong airport to the hotel and back you can order it with the hotel concierge. rooms are big, Clean and comfortable air- condition is a bit slow. hot or cold lounge and bar in the lobby with live music fair breakfast with western food. WiFi in the Lobby and in the rooms very welcoming staff Very Nice Out Door swimming pool open in the summer Price is High - considering...

Visit to Royal Garden was pleasant, clean and overall good hotel for the price. However the breakfast food choices were more asian in style then a western breakfast- not a lot of choice for a buffet. Also no nightlife there nightclub basically empty

Hotel Staff does not sleak English. Especially in the Lobby service. Very difficult to order something and get it right. And when they make a mistake because they did nit underatand they will still charge you.

The hotel room was clean with the air conditioning working as required. The amenities provided were adequate and it was an overall comfortable stay. I have been staying here every time I came to Dongguan. One of the best hotels in the area.

I have been coming to the hotel for 10 years and for a while it was a little run down, but I am happy to say that they are now keeping it updated and clean. The service is good, but it is hard to find someone that speaks English.

This is a very nice hotel, with an incredible lobby unmatched by most hotels in the USA. Rooms are large and comfortable. Language skills are limited by staff, since Americans typically do not stay here.

This October is my 2nd experience to stay at this Hotel This hotel have nice room, delicious breakfast buffet and the location at Central of Dongguan City, nice interior, nice garden and the staff can speake English so easy for overseas guest can communicate with staff Hotel This hotel have access to hongkong Airport and Hongkong Urban area but we should pay RMB110/person This hotel have cooperation with one travel agent guest who will go to Shenzhen Port by mini van and after we arrive in Shenzhen Port we will go to Hongkong by bus But unfortunately the travel agent driver and the staff in Shenzhen Port cannot speak English, they only can speak Chinese and.... very very bad service!!! The travel agent driver (young man) very unfriendly when I ask about the procedure when arrive in Shezhen Port. The driver not answer my question and he alwayss receive incoming call from his mobile phone when he drive. And when I arrive in Shenzhen Port to get the bus to Hongkong, this travel agent staff (old women around 5oyears old in short hair with green uniform) angry with loud voice to me when I ask for the Q line to Yau Ma Tei area... This travel agent should do trainning to their staff to serve the passenger especially overseas passenger more helpfull and friendly We are overseas passenger and should be cannot speak Chinese like local Chinese accent so service is important thing Hopefully Hotel Royal Garden can look for better travel agent to serve their guest But overall for Royal Garden Hotel very very nice hotel and want to come back again in next time The bell boy at this hotel Mr. Dian (young man) very helpul as long as my stay

I spent one night in Royal Garden hotel, a classic five star hotel - very spacious and friendly staff. they keep their hotel in very good condition which i can tell from their room. they have fruits serving us in our room, and we got a welcome drinks from their G/f , which is very nice. we had a good dinner in the restaurant on G/F which serve dinner buffet, with unlimited red and white wine. they have a very nice swiming pool but it was raining upon arrival so i didnt use it. if you want to do some shopping, you can go towards the direction of tianyu hotel (turn left after getting out of the royal gardenhotel ) where there is a shopping mall, it takes a 20 mins walk approx. this is a nice hotel that I'll recommend no matter for business or leisure

I have stayed at the Royal Garden hotel twice. The first time was 3 years ago and the hotel was good that time. This time coming back is a big disappointment. The room is old and horrible. There are stains around the sink and the shower walls as gone dark over times. The rooms are dark, so hard to work in. The hotel lobby is loud and plays really poor rap/ Hip hop music. Most of the staffs at the hotel don't speak english (Consider there are a few international guest here). Asking for a receipt takes sooo long and they need you to sign your life away just for a receipt. The 3 restaurant in the hotel as limited choice of food and is very empty in the evening. But the food still took ages to arrive. Breakfast is poor. Mostly Chinese food. Juice are not fresh and limited fruits and little choices. There are other nice hotel around.

At my first glance in this Hotel ， the doorman are dressed up in tartan kilts 。This Hotel in Duanguan is not affiliated with Royal Hotel Group 。 The receptionist counter staff is polite , we just wait for 30 minutes to wait for room clean up , the polite lady pick a higher level and non smoking room to us . Our room is spacious , clean and tidy , the bathroom is quite big and mordern , provides both bathtub and showroom . I find a technician repairing the shower when i check in .unfortunately the rain forest shower still does not work and i just use the shower 。 It is a cozy Hotel with a nice outdoor swimming pool ， gym room ， dancing room ， tennis court 。 I stay one night business trip only and do not enjoy the activities 。 The Hotel is situated in a large compound ， outdoor waterfall ， Chinese design bridge and cosy garden with a lot of green plantation , comfortable outdoor walk within Hotel area 。 The breakfast is only ordinary with limited choices ， nothing stands out and slow refills 。 There are several restaurants within Hotel areas ， provides Chinese / Japanese and Western cuisine 。 However ，renovation is required for this more than 10 years Hotel 。 Anyhow ， I recommend this cozy and i will be back for sure

Good hotel in a good area, a little bit pointless having a balcony if there are no chairs to let you sit and relax, but apart from that I was very happy and would recommend

This is the second time I stay in this hotel. Although generally this hotel is clean, I saw a rat ran next to me in the buffet breakfast area. I told the waiter in green uniform and he told me it is normal because the restaurant is facing a natural environment outside the gate, and then I told the captain and he asked me where I saw it but he seems very clam so I guess it's very common.

This hotel has great rooms with comfy beds and pillows. Would defiantly stay here again. Although I haven't used it the swimming pool seems to be great. The lobby bar is nice and chilled out and the whole hotel seems to have great friendly staff. I'm looking forward to my visit in may.

Business trip, spent two evenings at this hotel. Hotel staff very polite and helpful! Rooms were big and bed was comfortable. Wonderful dinner at onsite Japanese restaurant first night. Sat outside by the waterfall one evening, very relaxing! Will stay here again in the future.

Really nice hotel with exotic pool and waterfalls. There are several restaurants within the hotel and a really nice bar and lounge area. Staff is super friendly and helpful upon arrival. Stayed on the executive level where they have free breakfast as well as snacks and alcohol in the evening. Can't wait to return to this one!

Think I have rated this place before. However, as the pillows and beds are so nice it is woth a new high score. Rooms are great too. Reasonable priced hotel. The outdoors pool is beautiful. The bar is quite good, but unfortunately smoking is permitted.

At first glance when you book this hotel, you might think this is affiliated to the Royal Garden Hotel in the UK. I've never been there but the doormen are dressed up in tartan kilts! That aside, it hits the right marks for a great hotel actually. Less expensive than it's equivalent competitor the Hyatt Regency Dongguan. I stayed up in the highest floor's clubroom suites for a fraction of what it will cost in the equivalent competitor. Breakfast is very good in the club room and the room is very well appointed. Highly recommended place to stay here in Dongguan.

The hotel is huge with a few restaurants. The room is big and clean. Staffs are helpful and speaks English. It's highly recommended for business travellers. Every room has independent wifi and no password needed, you can connect many devices without problem.

Wish I had longer to enjoy it

A bit old... 3 of 5 restaurants are closed. No Room Service... The food is not very good. The Mini bar was closed, and after i ask to open it, it was almost empty. I think this Hotel lost his prestige...

I've stayed at this hotel many times and it is still one of the best in Dongguan. The bed is comfortable and the service is good. The breakfast spread is also more than adequate.

Wonderful. My 40th trip to China and this was at the end of a 2 week business trip. Stayed here several times. Happy with this hotel!

I had a great welcome and comfortable stay at Rotal Garden. Staff was very helpful and everything was in emasculate condition except room carpet which was old & stained everywhere.

The hotel is equal to other 5 star hotels that I have stayed at in Dongguan and about half the price. The staff are friendly and I had no language trouble throughout my stay. The breakfast is ok, not amazing, but included within the room rate. The coffee was the best I'd had in China though! The rooms are spacious and have everything you could need for a relaxing business trip with reasonable internet speeds. I think the hotel runs a VPN, so you can access western websites that I have found blocked at other Chinese hotels and locations (Facebook, Gmail, etc).

Visited Dongguan for business and stayed for a couple nights in November 2014. The hotel and room were very nice and very clean. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. This was my second trip to the Royal Garden Dongguan and I will definitely stay there again.

Definitely would stay at this hotel again. Rooms good size Bed and Pillows comfortable as Beds in China go. Grounds are well maintained and beautiful It was a little difficult to navigate the grounds as maps were a little unclear. Staff were friendly - better than most other hotels in China Check-in/out was efficient English was weak but acceptable and typical Dinner in the western restaurant was okay, but way over priced Breakfast in restaurant was satisfactory Purpose on my visit was business, but was also I nice place to stay with families
