Room was comfortable and location excellent

Bathroom very cramped and poorly designed Restaurant not operating as a proper restaurant Was forced to go to reception twice as no bath towels in my room and this had not been sorted after my first request .no apology!!

Schön ist, dass man ein kleines sog. Business-Frühstück einnehmen kann, v.a. wenn man keinen Bedarf hat, das große Frühstücksbuffett abzuräumen. Parkplatz am Wochenende ist kein Problem in der Nähe des Hotels. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein.

Super Lage, direkt an der Kathedrale

Was a fantastic location! Parking was just around the corner underground. Great restaurants along the canal and awesome staff. We wish we had another day or two. Definitely would stay again.

Die Zentrale Lage ist super - von einigen Zimmern hat man direkten Blick auf die Kathedrale! Unbedingt danach fragen! Das Parken in der nahen Tiefgarage ist auch sehr gut. Das Zimmer war groß, die Betten gut, das Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Frühstück ist normal und erwartbar.

Teile der Einrichtung sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Badewanne als Dusche ist o.k., war aber etwas beschwerlich zu betreten. Wer in der Bewegung eingeschränkt ist, sollte sich nach dem konkreten Zimmer erkundigen.

Stadtnähe, sehr gutes Frühstück Zimmer sehr sauber, Bett sehr gut

Seifenspender Dusche leer, Zimmertür hatte eine Schwelle , für Rollator sehr schlecht, Zimmer war nicht behindertengerecht obwohl extra angefordert, Haltegriffe in Dusche fehlte, Türen sollten leichter aufgehen.

Zentrale Lage, gutes Frühstück

Bad klein und eng. Sessel im Zimmer verfleckt, man mochte sich nicht hinsetzen. Lage des Zimmers nach hinten, bei offenem Fenster hörte man die Lüftung. Frühstück war um 8:30 schon sehr ausgesucht, es wurde kaum nachgefüllt.

Great location, very comfortable facilities, spacious rooms, separate shower room from the toilet which is always a plus. Very friendly and helpful staff, speedy check in and check out. Good selection of co time fal breakfast and full English.

The family privilege suite was amazing with a great outlook. The hotel is well located to explore Amiens. Breakfast was good too.

There was an issue with the hot water supply the evening that we stayed - we were compensated for this and it was fixed during our stay.

Les couettes (efredons) sont trop chaudes. Il aurait ete préférable de avoir un simple drap pour nous couvrir. Nous nous réveillons mouillés de transpiration le matin. Nous ne voulons pas dormir sans rien sur nous.

L absence d eau chaude La chambre pmr La chambre non faite L'idée que l'absence de performance se compense ... Le fait qu'il faille élever la voix pour que le management sorte de son bureau pour aider la jeune recrue qui ne s'en sort pas.

Es gab am morgen der Abreise kein warmes Wasser zum Duschen. Hatte es versäumt, eine Kompensation zu fordern. Die Rezeption bot auch nichts dergleichen an.

Bit grubby. Tiny bathroom With no handsoap and difficult to get in and out of the shower. Charged an extra 10 euros for the dog but no facilities provided and the level of cleanliness was debatable. Friendly check in staff

La vue était époustouflante sur la Cathédrale. Nous avons pu profiter de Chroma depuis la terrasse et notre lit ! La chambre est belle et la salle de bain très bien équipée.

Je regrette que la climatisation soit légèrement trop bruyante pour moi pour mieux dormir.

Beautiful lighting display on the Cathedral

L'hôtel est très bien situé. Le petit déjeuner est très bien. La chambre était très agréable. L'accueil à l'arrivée aurait pu être plus chaleureux et personnalisé. De façon générale, l'accueil à la réception était assez bof par rapport aux autres échanges plus conviviaux (femmes de chambre, bar...).

La chambre n'était pas prête à 15h15 + Accueil froid et pas d'info sur les possibilités d'attendre et de passer aux toilettes par exemple. C'est pas génial quand le personnel se chamaille à distance d'écoute des clients. J'aurais préféré être prévenue qu'il y avait des travaux et des bruits de perceuse et de marteau entre 11h et 17-18h les jours de semaine.

Prima hotel in het hart van de stad. Het was maar een nachtje, maar comfort en ontbijt waren gewoon goed.

Het hotel ligt op steenworp afstand van de Kathedraal en de kunstwijk Saint Leu die in ontwikkeling is. Diverse restaurants en bars op loopafstand. Parkeren in de nabijgelegen ruime parkeergarage is voor eigen rekening en heel betaalbaar ca. €11,00/dag. Kamer is zeer ruim, voorzien van airco en goed geoutilleerd.

Toiletaanslag, bij het nemen van een douche moet je in een bad stappen. De douchegel/shampoo werkte niet (na melding werd dit wel opgelost) bij ontbijt bij het vallen van bestek door een medewerker, werd deze opnieuw op tafel gelegd om te gebruiken ipv deze te verwijderen.

Well located within a few minutes walking distance of the cathedral and other downtown tourist spots. Wide range of restaurants nearby. Excellent choice of breakfast, buffet style.

Un séjour court d’une nuitée uniquement. Toutefois, la chambre était très propre. La literie était très confortable. L’hôtel est situé à 2 minutes à pied de la cathédrale. Le personnel est souriant et aimable.

Très bel hôtel. Emplacement top au centre d'Amiens avec vue sur la cathédrale ! Accueil et personnel agréable, sympathique et professionnel. Chambre très proche, bien équipée. Literie très confortable. Petit déjeuner varié, avec des produits frais. Nous y revenons régulièrement.

Geen eigen parkeergelegenheid, restaurant gesloten toen wij er waren, prijzig.

Schöne Lobby, heller offener Eingangsbereich. Es gibt dort kostenlos Wasser, eine kleine Candybar und einen Tischkicker. Sehr gute Lage an der Kathedrale.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur belebten Straße hinaus, nachts hat man Autos, Passanten etc. deutlich gehört.

Neu renoviertes Zimmer, kleiner Balkon mit wunderbarem Blick zur Kathedrale, die Lage ist sehr gut, alles in kurzer Gehdistanz. Breites Doppelbett, Polster und Bettwäsche angenehm; das Bad winzig, aber ein separates WC.

Die Lobby ist etwas nüchtern und nicht gerade geschmackvoll gestaltet.

Meets the standards of Mercure. Very convinient location

We choose a premium room with Wiew of the Cathédral for our first stay. The traffic on the stret is noisy. For our second stay we asked for a room with garden view. Same room very quiet and 10 € cheaper. Access to the tub is a chalenge for old folks with limited mobility. Prefer a room with shower only

La pression de la douche était vraiment trop faible et mériterait d'être augmenté pour pouvoir se rincer correctement.

L' emplacement est idéal, la chambre très confortable et le petit-déjeuner délicieux.

Un ser dentaire dans la chambre aurait été un plus mais nous en avons demandé un à la réception qui nous l' a fourni.

- Situation centrale - Facilement accessible depuis le parking public tout proche (St-Leu) - Pile au bas de la cathédrale d'Amiens, fantastique ! - dans l'hyper-centre amiénois, donc la plupart des centres d'intérêts sont à 15-20 minutes à la ronde à pieds, ce qui est vraiment pratique - Chambres propres, spacieuses et bien équipées - Personnel au top ! - Literie propre et confortable (sauf peut-être les oreillers un poil dur ?)

- Pas grand chose à vrai dire. - Moins un "mauvais point" qu'un point "neutre" : le petit-déjeuner peut laisser à désirer. Certes les buffets hoteliers sont chose commune, mais celui-ci manquait un peu de saveur tout en restant correct et de bonne qualité !

J'ai adoré la vue sur la cathédrale Notre - Dame. La chambre donnait sur une rue calme. Elle était claire et bien décorée. Le lit était très confortable. Le petit déjeuner copieux et avec du pain sans gluten (pour ma part) très apprécié.

Les toilettes hélas avec un siège trop élevé. Sans doute pour les personnes à mobilité réduite.

Ontbijt was in orde, prachtige locatie op 2 minuten van de kathedraal.

We hadden een extra bed, een bedbank. Voor mij geen probleem, maar wel iets om rekening mee te houden. Laatste nacht tot laat herrie op straat, maar daar kan het hotel niets aan doen. Er lagen wel oordoppen klaar.

Zimmer hatte keine bequeme Sitzgelegenheit / Sofa wie gebucht. Stattdessen reparaturbedürftige Stühle. Es fehlte der gewohnte Schliff.

We chose this hotel because the room was updated and had a large bed, safe, mini-bar, coffee maker, tea kettle, and, most importantly, air-conditioning. We were a block away from the cathedral and its wonderful 10 pm light show. Staff members were helpful.

The room had air-conditioning, but the heavy duvet was too hot for a summer stay, with the temperatures occasionally rising into the 80s and 90s Fahrenheit during our stay. We ended up sleeping mostly outside the covers.

Dit hotel was eigenlijk een verademing na het vorige. Alles werkte. Alle lampen deden het. De airco deed het goed en maakt niet eens veel herrie. Goede badkamer. Veel handdoeken. Het kluisje functioneerde goed. Mooie vloerbedekking. De prenten aan de muur vond ik dan wat minder. Op de ochtend van vertrek had ik me wat verslapen. Ik was toch nog welkom bij het ontbijt. Bij het uitchecken was ik ook iets te laat. Maakte men geen probleem van. Iedereen was vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. De vorige avond laat kon ik nog een glas lekker bier krijgen in de bar. Met een bakje pinda’s erbij. Alles prima. De ligging is natuurlijk ook uitstekend, vlakbij de kathedraal. En er is een grote parkeergarage, die niet duur is.

Bijzonder weinig op aan te merken. De vaste vloerbedekking in de gangen is misschien wat onhandig met een rolkoffer. Bij het ontbijt was er geen volkoren brood. Het blijft natuurlijk Frankrijk. Het water voor de thee was niet heet genoeg, zoals gebruikelijk. Dit hotel hoort bij een keten. Het is er niet echt sfeervol. Maar wel functioneel.
