Reviewed Sep 2, 2026I just want to respond that we did not stay and went to another hotel. Certain things were not suitable for us. In particular there were no railings to get out of the swimming pool so we could not use it. As it was very hot weather this was a major drawback. The owners kindly gave us a refund

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026We did not have breakfast in the hotel as we were moving about this time. Weve stayed at Ibis Moauns Sartaux three or four times and it has always been good and really great base to travel by train to all the Cote D'Azur attractions.
A woman entered our room while we were away in Nice for day . Once the Hotel staff and management were informed they took effective action.

Abbiamo avuto un problema al sistema di condizionamento della camera e, dato che non sono riusciti a risolverlo, ci hanno sistemato la prima notte in due camere doppie (invece di una tripla) e la seconda in un'altra camera tripla disponibile. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026The breakfas was really poor compared to other ibis hotels, it was not worth the money. The other thing is that they stole the deposit of 50 euros they claimed they will release after the stay. When we checked out the receptionist said that they will release it that day,it didn't happen, we called the reception they said it is not their problem that we didn't get it back. Really dissapointing. I called their customer service department they didn't do anything about it either. So ilwe had a really bad experience with ibis,would not recomment them to anyone.

Aircon funkade inte så bra, var ca 30 grader under natten så vi hade svårt sova då rummet (222) blev för varmt. Ingen gräsmatta så långt ögat når, bara sten och grusgångar i byn utanför som gjorde det svårt att rasta hunden.

La chambre située derrière la gare, pratique pour se déplacer sans voiture, mais bruyante. Le check in était assez long, demande passeport et un caution pour la chambre, ce n'est pas le cas dans un hôtel indépendant (non chaîne). Pas 2 petites bouteilles d'eau en arrivant dans la chambre, ça donne une petite attention de bienvenue.

Don’t expect more than one or two outlets to power your phone or laptop. The restaurant and bar area looked decent. But do not except anyone to go out of their way to help you here, especially Marie.

Reviewed May 21, 2026Nos gustó mucho el hotel, el desayuno exquisito, la habitación muy limpia y cómoda. La ubicación un poco lejos de cannes , nos costó bastante caro el taxi para llegar. Pero estaba muy cerca de la estación de trenes así es que pudimos movernos por este medio. Muy buena la ubicación para ir a Grasse. La atención del personal excelente, la comida muy buena. Cenamos una noche ahí ya que era más cómodo que salir todo perfecto. Precios Justos.

Chambre sans confort, literie basique. Salle de bain inconfortable : située dans une boîte en plastique de quelques m2 comme dans une caravane. Douche avec toilettes juste devant. Rien pour poser des affaires.. jamais vu une salle de bain comme cela depuis les formule1.. J'avais un bon à priori sir ibis 3 étoiles ou les ibis style.. celui ci est plutôt low cost. Pour 130 euros en mai pour 3..
