Tout est ok, propre, qualité litterie très bien, bien situé, grand parking public juste derrière. Acceuil nuit monsieur très sympatique. C'est juste l'insonorisation qui est déplorable, on entend tout de la chambre à côté. Dimension des lits un peu juste mais de qualité.

L’accueil est parfait, le personnel est très bien. Le petit déjeuner est parfait.

Le réception est supposé être ouverte dès 16h, nous sommes arrivés à 16h30 et il n’y avait personne. La climatisation ne produit pas d’aire frais donc on s'étouffe à 2 dans la chambre. Le code de Wifi était nécessaire mais a demander à la réception qui a été fermée. Le petit déjeuner les week-ends commence à 8h…donc pas de petit déjeuner pour nous.

Il est stipulé une chambre et on dort sur un canapé lit avec un sommier de 9 cm de haut. La moitié du lit est enfermé dans un encadrement bois de 1m ce qui fait qu’en plus de l’inconfort il faut sauter par dessus son conjoint pour se lever… à éviter à tout prix !

Petit hotel fort sympathique avec super acceuil. Dejeuner sympa avec fruits frais, j'adore.

Chambre spacieuse avec une grande salle de bain et literie confortable. Idéalement situé en centre-ville avec un petit parking gratuit et plusieurs restaurants à proximité.

Chambre assez petite (surtout les toilettes dans la salle de bains: une personne forte n’arrivera pas à être confortablement assis sur les toilettes) et très mal insonorisée: j’entendais la télévision de la chambre à côté et les chasses de celle au-dessus…

Sono stato per nove giorni, Le lenzuola le cambiano ogni tre giorni se va tutto bene se sono sporchi altrimenti no. Per non parlare Della vasca idromassaggio messa lì solo per pubblicità non funziona funziona per cinque minuti poi la spengano non lo so se per risparmio, Perché non funziona sempre giocattolo non è una Vasca professionale. Asciugamani anche la stessa cosa si cambiano se sono sporchi se siete in tre vi portano solo due ovviamente per risparmio così mi è stato detto dalla proprietaria non solo l’ho chiamata ho chiesto gli asciugamani non c’è stato verso non sono stati consegnati solo il giorno dopo quando sono rientrato la sera che ho bisogno di fare una doccia che quel giorno non mi hanno cambiato l’asciugamano ho dovuto usare quella sporca Comunque conclusione sconsiglio quel Hotel di inganno

Chambre très propre avec une décoration basique. L'isolation phonique est mauvaise et le buffet du petit déjeuner est pauvre par rapport au prix. Le parking n'est pas proportionnelle au nombre de chambres. Au petit bonheur la chance.

Low-keyed value in a most convenient location, including proximity to very special fragrance-focused botanical garden, a sweet old town, the fragrance factories and restaurants. Terrific terrace with hot (though not very) tub and pretty view. Stumbled onto a lovely, lovely walk in an elegant residential area along a canal (well worth trying to get guidance to it).

Staff is very friendly!

Lovely hotel for a short stay, clean and comfortable, helpful staff. As for the area, there are very few places to go to eat or drink in the evening, it may well be different in the summer.

The guys at the front desk were awesome!! The breakfast very good, fresh bakery

The room was very clean. Lucy the owner was very friendly and accommodating.

Lovely place , surround it by cafés and restaurants, a convenient grocery store next to it, clean a confortable bed, the only thing I wish they had was a coffeemaker in the room, but they help me bringing one to my room after I request it, 18 to 20 minutes from Cannes, and yes again I will recommend it.

We loved staying at this charming hotel in the heart of Mouans-Sartoux. 100% recommend. The only thing to be aware of is that the on-site parking has a limited number of first-come-first-served spaces. We checked in in the early evening when the lot was practically empty. Then we took the car to go out for the evening and when we got back the lot was completely full. I was able to find a free space on the street for over night and moved the car into the lot in the morning.

Good stay. Small quaint central hotel close to all the places I needed to be - Cannes, Mougins etc. Loved the daily markets across the hotel and there were some really good restaurants and shops for basic things next to this hotel. I wish I explored the area locally.

Jätte trevlig liten by med bra utbud av restauranger. Såg gratis utomhus konsert i slottet. Super trevlig personal på hotellet. Lätt att hitta då vi kom med bilen. Tillgång till gratis parkering på boendet.

Bel hôtel à découvrir, idéalement situé dans la ville et avec une très bonne insonorisation. Le petit plus : le jaccuzzi pour se détendre après ma journée de travail.

Tres bon sejour poyr le travail, acceuil chalereux et chambre propre. Toutefois le lit edt un peu court, les pieds dépassent du lit... Sinon restauration parfaite.

Voilà un hotel sans surprises, d'un excellent rapport qualité prix. emplacement idéal, à 50m des restaurants et très proche de la route principale qui mène aux grandes villes voisines. Les propriétaires sont adorables.

On reçois un sms avec les détails afin de récupérer la chambre et de pouvoir commander à dîner. Très confortable un peu bruyant car beaucoup de passage

Très bon hôtel que je fréquente depuis 3 ans. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables avec une bonne literie. Belles salles de bains également. Le tout avec une propreté irréprochable. Les nouveaux propriétaires sont très accueillants et très sympathiques. Beaucoup de petits restaurants à deux pas dans les petites rue piétonnes de Mouans Sartoux. Cet hôtel est Vraiment une bonne adresse.

Hotel bien situe certes aucun probleme pour ca mais avoir le gars de la ville avec un souffleur bruyant a 4h du matin entrain de souffle que dalle vraiment trop de bruit les chambre cote route sinon parfait

Desde a nossa chegada fomos recebido com gentileza e, embora o hotel seja relativamente pequeno, ofereceu um quarto limpo e confortável. Agradeço também ao atendente que voluntariamente nos ajudou a resolver um problema com uma mala esquecida em outro hotel. Sua intervenção nos poupou de preocupação e prejuízos. Recomendo

We booked this hotel last minute and it was the best decision we made! Lucy made sure all the information and keys were left at the reception as we arrived after it shut. The room was absolutely beautiful, pristine, clean and comfortable, and the location and rooftop terrace was a bonus. Will definitely stay again!

Hôtel bien situé plein centre du village. Chambre supérieure très bien au calme mais rideaux occultants inefficaces vu expo côté soleil le matin. Petit déjeuner nickel. En cette période post confinement accueil laissait un peu à désirer...mais bien dans l'ensemble.

Gewoon net goed hotel met no nonsens kamers en erg goede bedden! Alles was netjes en de service was ongelofelijk ! Ik had een taxi nodig om op mijn afspraak te geraken de volgende ochtend en de balieverantwoordelijke heeft ettelijke uren voor mij gezocht om er 1 te vinden , maar uiteindelijk was het toch gelukt ! Het ontbijt is zeker erg goed voor 8 euro ...ik kom hier zeker terug ! Aanrader !

Excellent hôtel, le service est au top ! L’accueil est très professionnel et compétent ! La chambre fût tellement confortable et fonctionnelle. Tout est très propre, nous avons adoré ! Juste une petite chose à relever, l’isolation de des portes d’entrées est à revoir car le bruit extérieur des couloirs nous a réveillé quelques fois. Excellent rapport qualité/prix

L’établissement très beau . La chambre était très propre mais les murs trop fin manque d’intimité, surtout le matin quand on entends tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir.

Hotel Cassa Bella was more than we expected. The rooms were extremely clean, roomy, spacious & plenty of light. Everyone was friendly & extremely helpful in giving us information re the area and other locations. We based ourselves here & drove to Nice, Cannes & Monaco which are within 23 - 25 kms. Opposite a number of restaurants & most importantly a patisserie. Breakfast was what you would expect for a European breakfast & it was delicious. Highly recommended and would certainly stay again.

The owner was very friendly and helpful . She gave us excellent recommendations for a short trip to Cannes. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. In slightly warmer weather, breakfast on the upper terrasse will be an extra treat.

A very clean small quiet hotel, limited parking with very tight access, there is a large free car car less than a minutes walk away. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room, but will be provided if requested. The hotel is very central to the village, with many restaurants and shops very close by.

We stayed for few nights at this hotel, nearby Cannes and in the city where our friends live. The hotel was great, providing nice, welcoming environment. Besides, the place is 10 minutes away from Cannes promenade so very easily accessible by car.

We were a group of 22 friends from Singapore. We truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is well located near Grasse and close to Nice International airport. The rooms have been recently renovated. They are modern, spatious and comfortable. The owner and manager is very friendly and efficient. Breakfast is served on a lovely terrace, buffet style with plenty to eat...Highly recommended!

Chambre moderne : salle de bain très propre, douche à l’italienne, produits nuxe, placard pour dressing. Double vitrage très efficace. Climatisarion non bruyante. Literie très confortable. Petit bémol : pas de canal +. Très bon petit déjeuner, en terrasse selon la période pour un prix très intéressant. Personnel très disponible et souriant.

Point sympa un petit frigo dans la chambre, point négatif le wifi n a jamais pu fonctionner malgré de nombreux essais !

Nous avons passé une nuit. Nous avons été très bien accueillis, l'hôtel est en plein centre du village, accès très facile. Tout est neuf et propre. C'est calme , autant des bruits extérieurs qu'intérieurs. Très bonne climatisation. Le petit déjeuner correct pour 8€.

Staying this hotel was a nice experience. It is managed by the owner, a very nice and hospitable lady, and the staff are very nice and friendly. Good breakfast, clean room, I can hardly mention anything that I didn't like. I would stay here again for sure.

Our room was large, very clean, and comfortable. The person at the reception was very helpful in showing us where we could park. We enjoyed our stay here very much. It was quiet, at least until the early morning when the trash truck came. We enjoyed the location. I highly recommend this hotel.
