Amazing staff, went above and beyond. Exceptionally clean and centrally located for the Marina, restaurant's and beaches.

As is was the off season some refurbishment works were taking place and it was noisy on occasion but they have to do it at some point!

Everything was clean, neat and well put.

That there was no elevator.

Great location, The room was clean, spacious, and very well maintained throughout our stay. I would also like to extend a special thank you to Mr. Wessa, who went above and beyond to help us find a suitable solution after the initial room allocation issues. His professionalism and willingness to assist were truly appreciated. The breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options available every morning. The restaurant team was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, especially Semsem, whose kindness and positive attitude made every breakfast even more enjoyable.

Unfortunately, our stay didn't start as smoothly as we had hoped. Our check-in was delayed because the first room assigned to us was on the ground floor, where maintenance work was taking place right next to the terrace, creating a significant amount of noise. We requested a different room, but the alternative offered had twin beds, even though we had specifically requested a queen bed, which was our preferred bedding. The hotel then kindly offered us a complimentary upgrade to a Junior Suite. Before accepting, we were informed that maintenance work was taking place on the floor above, but we were assured that it would only be between 9:00 AM and around 5:00 PM. Since we planned to spend most of our day at the beach during those hours, we agreed. Unfortunately, the work actually started at around 8:00 AM, which disturbed our mornings and did not match what we had been told. I completely understand that maintenance is sometimes unavoidable, but I believe better planning, clearer communication, and avoiding assigning guests to rooms directly affected by renovation work would greatly improve the overall guest experience. Despite these inconveniences, this certainly won't be our last visit. We simply hope to return at a time when there is no maintenance work so we can fully enjoy the peaceful atmosphere that the hotel has to offer.

I had a great stay at Ali Pasha Hotel. The location in Abu Tig Marina is excellent, with some of the best restaurants, cafés, and beaches in El Gouna just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. It’s a perfect choice for anyone looking to enjoy the marina lifestyle and explore El Gouna on foot.

The room didn't have enough hangers in the bathroom, and there was no place to hang our wet towels and swimsuits

The hotel was truly fantastic and even exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very nice. The location was perfect and provided easy access to many sightseeing attractions. The overall atmosphere was pleasant, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I had a very good experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. Great and peaceful hotel. Great and very tasty breakfast, with very kind and helpful waiters. Also the Indian food at noon and evening is very tasty. I enjoyed very much the quietness within and around the hotel.

An older staf member was sometimes a little nervous and not so friendly. My experience is that this is rather unusual for Egypt.

The staff is exceptionally helpful, starting from Ali in the entrance,Albear & Mariam in the reception, Magdy the pool waiter, Semsem & Kero in Tandoor and Mahmoud in their kitchen who stored my son’s food for our stay. The hotel’s location is premium, on the Marina from Duport’s side which is a bit calmer from the other side.

Minibar reserves the food temperature, but doesn’t refrigerate it.

Had a wonderful stay at Ali Basha Hotel in El Gouna! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the location is perfect, and everything was very clean and well maintained. Struttura moderna, confortevole curata in posizione strategica.

L’albergo si trova in posizione centrale in una delle marine del El Gouna, a pochi passi da bar, ristoranti, negozi e dalla spiaggia attrezzata (servizio incluso nella stanza). Le aree comuni sono curate e tranquille. La camera era spaziosa e pulitissima. Lo staff è sempre stato molto cordiale e attento a ogni esigenza. La colazione inclusa, servita nel piacevole ristorante al piano terra, è di altissima qualità.

Unica pecca, la camera non era ben insonorizzata e non risultava ben insonorizzata.

El cuarto era muy lindo.

Ein charmantes Hotel, das stilvoll eingerichtet ist. Die Lage am Hafen von El Gouna ist fantastisch, Restaurants, Bars und Läden in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Die Rezeption war nicht gerade hilfsbereit. Das Taxi zum Flughafen mussten wir selber organisieren.

Beautiful property next to the marina in El Gouna with plenty of dining options close by. We enjoyed escaping the all-inclusive vibes of Hurghada. The breakfast stands out.
