The breakfast was not satisfying at all

The location and very clean. The Egyptian breakfast is great.

There were no blackout curtains, so the morning sunlight woke me up around 6 a.m. Also, breakfast starting at 8 a.m. felt quite late. It would be much better to offer breakfast from 6:30–7 a.m., or at least have a coffee station available earlier.

The hospitable staff! They are very helpful!

No varieties in the breakfast & we had breakfast in the lobby as the outdoor place was unspeakably hot.

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals, das Frühstück, die ruhige Atmosphäre, die Gepflegtheit der Anlage, die bequemen Betten, der zugehörige Strand und die Nähe zur Marina aber dennoch ruhige Umgebung.

We have enjoyed our stay in Mosaïque to the fullest ! The place is super clean and the whole stuff are super nice and friendly , Ahmed life guard is very helpful and creates a unique atmosphere around the swimming pool ! I definitely recommend this hotel.

The reception staff were very nice, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Very old not well maintained and construction was going on so it was very noisy

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were extremely helpful and cheerful throughout our stay. Special thanks to Captain Alaa and Ahmed, the lifeguard, for their kindness, and willingness to assist whenever needed. I would also recommend providing a shuttle bus or golf car service to the beach and making the breakfast seating area more comfortable to enhance the overall guest experience.

Captain Ahmed the lifeguard was more than just a lifeguard, but a good guide and friend throughout our vacation. He didn't just help us find nice places our first time in Gouna, but also always asked if we needed anything. On top of that he improved my ping pong techniques when he had time! The pool and the place was also very nice and always kept clean.

Готель помітно не новий але доглянутий. Все чисто зручно. У мене був номер з великим балконом та виглядом на басейн дуже гарно.

Досить гучно працює кондиціонер довелось вночі виключати.

Continuous noise and disturbances from loud maintenance noises that started from 8-9 am and lasted until 12pm then i asked them to stop because this gave my extreme headache and woke me up from my sleep. And unclean spoons for left from previous stay

We had a very good time at the Mosaique Hotel and Ahmed was very kind talking to us and playing ping pong with us - entertaining us in a good way. The atmosphere at the hotel was pleasant as well. The pool area was our favorite.

Service is amazing from booking all the way to checkout. The staff are very friendly and are constantly making sure that the customer is comfortable. The breakfast was well served as the staff made sure we had everything we wanted. The service by the pool was seamless as Ahmed made sure we had fresh warm towels ready for us to use whenever we needed. The hotel wasn’t too crowded making the environment cozy and peaceful. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay, the hotel is 5 mins walking to the beach, far from the noise yet very close to shops and cafes, you can easily reach a tuktuk to any place, the room had enough space, beds were super comfy! Also staff is very welcoming and always greeting you with w smile, loved the breakfast too

We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy everything nearby, you have the marina close to the hotel and you can go walking to the beach. The hotel itself is beautiful, and both the common areas and the rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. What made the biggest difference was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. They genuinely care about their guests and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience. Thank you to the whole team! 😊🌟
