The resort were high up the hill . Find it bit steep and to walk up to the resort were tiring . Room were bit outdated. Tap water was not wipe or polish till it shines. Discovered some parts of the blanket torn.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026Strand op wandelafstand. aan het einde van de straat net aan het strand, kan je in een hokje tickets kopen voor de boot naar railey beach (200 baht pp. heen en terug). Wij (familie van 4)hadden 2 kamers die via het balkon met elkaar verbonden waren. Geen last gehad van het nachtleven op straat.
Zwembadwater proefde heel raar en de ogen begonnen er pijn van te doen. Kamer was basic, maar voldoende.

Reviewed May 4, 2026The breakfast was very good with a lot of options of sweet and savoury. The pool was great and very nice after a long day of sweating. The room was large and had a nice view out the balcony. The seafood restaurant right at the bottom of the driveway is insanely good.. MUST EAT if you stay here :)
It is at the top of a pretty steep hill PLUS it is also uphill from Ao Nang main beach, if you have trouble walking then not the easiest place to access. Still walkable but is a bit exhausting.

Reviewed Apr 7, 2026Die Sauberkeit war sehr mangelhaft es ist Schimmel in der Dusche und unter der Klimaanlage außerdem sind Haare im Zimmer gelegen als wir es das erste mal betreten haben. Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind sehr heruntergekommen alles alt und eigentlich am Arsch. Plötzlich funktioniert unser Safe nicht mehr als wir am Vorabend unseres Pässe und unsere persönlichen Gegenstände rausholen wollten. Der Hausmeister war nicht in der Lage den Safe mit seinen Schlüssel zu öffnen. Nach ca 10 Minuten verschwand der Hausmeister ohne ein Wort zu sagen. Also sind wir erneut zu Rezeption die meinte das der Manager den Safe morgen Früh öffnen wird, damit waren wir nicht einverstanden und wollten unsere Pässe auf der Stelle haben. Also holt sie den Manager der mit schlechter Laune nach einer halben Stund da war. Als dieser auch nach mehreren versuchen nicht fähig war den Safe zu öffnen riss der Hausmeister den Safe aus der Wand dies dauert ca 15 Minuten danach stellte er ihn auf den Boden und verschwand erstmal. Daraufhin habe ich nochmal den Pin eingegeben und der Safe öffnete sich plötzlich. Der Hausmeister kam und nahm den Safe mit. Den Dreck ließen sie einfach liegen und die ganze Aktion hat 2 Stunden gedauert und sie Entschuldigten sich nicht einmal dafür.

Reviewed Apr 1, 2026Das einzig positive an dem Hotel ist die einigermaßen zentrale Lage (auch wenn man einen kleinen Berg bis zum Hotel hoch laufen muss) , dass war es aber auch….
Einfall alles war an dem Hotel extrem dreckig, von den Zimmern bis zum Besteck beim Frühstück. Es wird angegeben, dass ein Fitnessstudio vorhanden ist, dieser bestand aus zwei verdreckten und verrosteten Geräten wovon einer nicht funktioniert hat. Klimaanlage teilweise nicht Funktion und extrem viel Wasser verloren. Der Aufenthalt war wirklich eine Zumutung, mit Erholung hatte das absolut nichts zutun.

Reviewed Mar 20, 2026Personel w obiekcie jest bardzo pomocny i nastawiony prokliencko – co ma ogromne znaczenie podczas pobytu. Tym bardziej szkoda, że tak zaangażowany zespół pracuje w nieco zaniedbanym obiekcie. Śniadania były smaczne i różnorodne. Restauracja jest przestronna, dzięki czemu nigdy nie było problemu ze znalezieniem wolnego stolika. Pokój był duży i wygodny, a podział łazienki na osobne WC i prysznic oceniam jako duży plus. Ze względu na usytuowanie hotelu widok z okna jest bardzo atrakcyjny. Basen również na plus – raczej czysty i zadbany.
Hotel ma już za sobą lata świetności, co niestety wyraźnie widać – obiekt jest zaniedbany. W łazience problemem jest duża ilość kamienia na kranach i deszczownicy; przy niskim ciśnieniu wody ta zamiast spływać do umywalki, rozlewa się poza nią. Internet Wi-Fi działa bardzo słabo i w praktyce nie da się z niego komfortowo korzystać. Smart TV w telewizorze nie funkcjonował, nawet po interwencji dwóch pracowników technicznych. Na ostatnie piętro, na którym zostaliśmy zakwaterowani, nie dojeżdża winda, co wiąże się z koniecznością wchodzenia po schodach. Dodatkowo metalowe leżaki przy basenie są bardzo niepraktyczne – szybko nagrzewają się na słońcu, a przy ich przesuwaniu wydają uciążliwy, nieprzyjemny dźwięk.

Reviewed Mar 15, 2026Ihan ok aamupala, löytyi hedelmiä, jugurttia ja munakkaan sai tilauksesta. Tosin söisin Thaimaan rannalla mieluummin lämpimässä ulkona. Huone oli jo vähän kulahtanut, mutta kivat maisemat oli altaalle ja vuoristoon. Ihanan rauhallista! Sänky ok.
Wc viemäri haisi ihan kauheasti! Huoneet kaipasivat jo vähän rakkautta..

Reviewed Mar 6, 2026The room was big and comfortable, and the terrace was lovely. Breakfast was fabulous and definitely one of the highlights of the stay.
One thing to consider is that the hotel is located on a hill, so exploring the area usually means going up and down quite a lot. The hotel only has one elevator and it is very slow. The property is divided into three blocks (A, B, and C). In Block A you can reach up to the 6th floor by elevator, but to get to Block B you still need to go up two floors by stairs. We stayed in Block C, which meant waiting around five minutes for the elevator and then climbing another four floors using different sets of stairs, which took another few minutes. During our four-day stay this became quite tiring, especially after coming back exhausted from tours, then going out again for dinner and repeating the process several times a day.

There are several swimming pools, all nice, quiet, and not crowded, with pool towels provided. Breakfast offered a good selection. The rooms need a good update, but they were clean and serviced daily. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay comfortable.

Dåligt med information. Hotellet erbjuder transport till en privat strand! Det finns ingen information om detta. Jag läste om det in en kundrecension. Dom har en takpool på våning 6, men inga skyltar som visar hur man hittar dit. Den ligger på taket på en annan byggnad som man når via ytterligare ett stort antal trappor. Brant backe upp till hotellet. Tuk-tuk ville inte köra upp.

Nosso apartamento era grande, porém com 2 camas de solteiro que foram aproximadas.. tive que dormir separado da esposa. Wi-Fi pegava muito mal no apartamento 404. Nosso chuveiro superior não funcionava, somente o de parede.. como sou alto e as instalações são baixas, o banho não era confortável mas a água sempre estava perfeita temperatura

Reviewed Feb 10, 2026Świetne miejsce, ciche i z dala od tłumu, 15 min na plażę co jest idealnym wyjściem uwierzcie mi wieczorem Ao Nang jest głośne więc w hotelu uda się odpocząć od zgiełku, świetne baseny i bardzo dobre śniadania :) z hotelu można pojechać na plażę również polecam jest pusta i tam znajduje się świetna restauracja :)

Es war uns klar, dass es nicht unsere erste Wahl ist und Preis Leistung hier zählte, aber es war/ist ein Hotel für Massentourismus und dafür schön gestaltet.
Der Pool war dreckig und sehr chlorhaltig, was bei der Anzahl an Personen wohl auch sein Gutes hat

Room was grim. Smelt weird, not enough hot water for more than one shower as hot water powered by a stand alone heater under the sink. Bed uncomfortable and common areas dirty, tired and not worth the money. Couldn't wait to leave and I would highly recommend against staying here.
