Struttura centralissima, molto accogliente, la signora alla reception di una dolcezza unica!Colazione tradizionale ma anche tipica del paese.

I materassi sono in memory credo e chiaramente come giusto che sia ci mette giorni a memorizzare il corpo di chi dorme per questa ragione il riposo non è stato proprio bellissimo.

God frokost med alt som bør være med. Svært god seng. Svært hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale. Hyggelig hage og uteplass foran hotellet. Ligger rett inntil hovedgaten.

Fikk et dobbeltrom selv om vi hadde betalt for et tremannsrom for å ha bedre plass.

Die Lage ist super und im Grunde ist die Struktur auch sehr schön. Frühstück im Garten. Die Rezeptionisten waren immer sehr freundlich und auch bemüht.

Naja, viele Details waren schwach. Klar, Warmwasser kann mal einen Tag ausfallen. Aber wenn schon unter der Aircondition ein Eimer steht, in den dann nachts das Wasser tropft… Personal zum Frühstück war schwach, hat sich versteckt und nur gearbeitet, wenn die Managerin geschaut hat. Einmal wurden alle Zimmer nicht gemacht. Am nächsten Tag dann Gäste mit Klopapierrollen beim Frühstück, weil sie sich bei der Rezeption versorgen mussten.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Lage vom Hotel. Wenige Schritte von der Altstadt von Tropea entfernt. Vom Personal ist der junge Barista mit Brille sehr freundlich. Ebenfalls die Junge Dame an der Rezeption. Der Innenhof könnte mit etwas mehr Pflege ein Schmuckstück sein. Bepflanzung ist sehr schön.

Wir hatten Zimmer 18 ..... sehr, wirklich sehr klein. Auch andere Zimmer welche wir gesehen haben sind sehr klein. Mini Bar wird nur nach Aufforderung nachbestückt. Toilettenpapier mussten wir uns an der Rezeption nachordern. Die Sportgeräte welche sich im Außenbereich befinden sind total verdreckt. Der ganze Außenbereich befindet sich in einem ungepflegten Zustand, z.B. volle Aschenbecher und herumliegende Zigarettenkippen direkt vor den Eingangsbereichen. Tischdecken im Frühstücksbereich eingerissen und dreckig. Säfte und Wasser beim Frühstück werden nur nach mehrfacher Aufforderung neu befüllt. Aufmerksamkeit im Frühstücksservice sehr ausbaufähig.

Ottima la posizione agli inizi del centro storico, a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria e comoda per raggiungere il mare a piedi. Bella la struttura antica e ben tenuta. Ottima la colazione in giardino e gentile il personale. Nelle vicinanze ci sono tantissimi ristoranti e bar, ma comunque la notte era tranquillo e silenzioso. L'aria condizionata funzionava bene. Se tornassi a Tropea, ritornerei volentieri in questa struttura.

Stanza purtroppo buia perché essendo situata al piano terra in zona di passaggio ho tenuto sempre chiuso con le tende oscuranti, sarebbe bello avere più luci per illuminare meglio la stanza.

Colazione di qualità è molto varia, aria condizionata silenziosissima ma super efficace. Un paradiso silenzioso e verde in cui rifugiarsi dal caos del centro di Tropea.

La posizione centrale e completo comoda

Hotel 4 stelle nel complesso sufficiente, ma dal rapporto qualità/prezzo decisamente deludente. Considerata la tariffa elevata richiestami per una camera tripla deluxe, stupisce la mancanza di accortezze basilari: nessuna bottiglia d'acqua offerta all'arrivo e nessun kit di cortesia per l'igiene personale o il comfort (come le classiche ciabattine monouso). ​La camera presenta luci e ombre. Il letto è dotato di un materasso molto comodo e il bagno è davvero spazioso, accogliente e ben accessoriato con sia doccia che vasca idromassaggio. Tuttavia, l'assenza di una tenda da vista per la privacy costringe a chiudere completamente le persiane ogni volta che ci si deve cambiare d'abito. A questo si aggiunge un dettaglio obiettivamente inaccettabile: sotto il letto di mia figlia,in corrispondenza del condizionatore,erano posizionati un secchio per la raccolta dell'acqua di scarico e un panno per pavimenti,che erano decisamente maleodoranti. ​Tra i difetti maggiori spicca la gestione del parcheggio: la struttura non ne possiede uno riservato, costringendo gli ospiti a pagare un posteggio esterno o a girare a lungo nella speranza di trovarne uno gratuito. ​Anche la colazione si è rivelata un'amara delusione: la scelta dei dolci è molto limitata e va solo un po' meglio sul salato, comunque troppo poco per la categoria. Nel complesso l'esperienza lascia parecchio perplessi e dubito che tornerei a soggiornarvi.Chiederei pertanto ai gestori,quantomeno per correttezza nei confronti della clientela che sceglie di soggiornare nella struttura,se non hanno intenzione di sopperire alle evidenti mancanze quantomeno di adeguare il prezzo richiesto per il pernottamento al servizio effettivamente offerto.

Qie la recepcion la hizo un menor de no mas de 12 años . Me tubieron que cambiar 2 veces de habitacion . La primera por muchisimo olor a humedad en la habitacion y la otra por q el aire acondicionado casi ni enfriaba . La tercera estaba bien

La camera pulita, molto accogliente,la struttura molto bella,il personale squisito, ottima posizione a pochi passi dal centro storico e dalla stazione.

Location was very convenient, close to the train station and close to the main area. Staff were very helpful and kind. Breakfast was lovely.

The ac didn’t work too well, but once we told the staff they fixed it as well as giving us a fan.

The rooms were all different, outside room areas .

My ac was not working properly , room 22 and my friends room ac worked fabulously, however her tv didn’t work.

la habitacion muy chica, demasiados muebles que impedían el paso. El videt del baño perdía el agua un día llego hasta la habitación, no vi el charco y resbale, por suerte no fue grave, pero podria haber sido.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti. Avevo avuto alcuni problemi con la prenotazione ma la responsabile Daniela è stata molto disponibile e comprensiva dall'inizio. Mi è venuta incontro e abbiamo risolto tutto, ho apprezzato molto la sua cortesia. L'hotel è davvero comodo per raggiungere spiaggia e locali carini, ha una posizione perfetta. La sera è molto tranquillo, la zona è movimentata ma dalla stanza non si sente il rumore quindi direi che è ottimo. Le persone che ci lavorano sono davvero tutte gentili, disponibili e competenti. Sicuramente consiglio questa struttura a chi vuole rilassarsi, a chi vuole tutto a portata di mano e a chi vuole sentirsi a casa perché il personale è davvero ottimo.

La colazione è inclusa nel prezzo, per chi ama il salato c'è davvero molta scelta, è presente anche la parte dolce, diciamo che il punto forte della colazione è il bellissimo giardino dove viene servita. Crea un' atmosfera molto romantica e rilassante, perfetta per chi vuole iniziare una mattina tranquilla. Ti concentri più sul luogo che sul cibo in sé, quindi direi che non è male. Ci potrebbero essere delle cose da migliorare, la struttura non è nuovissima ovviamente, la porta a volte difettava, idem le finestre, il letto non era comodissimo, il bagno molto scomodo per due persone. Però per un soggiorno di 3 notti è più che sufficiente, soprattutto vengono compensate le mancanze dall'ottima posizione dell' hotel e dalla cortesia del personale. Probabilmente sceglierei di nuovo questo hotel, sia se tornassi indietro, sia se dovessi tornare a Tropea.

The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the city center, if not right in the center itself. The interior is beautiful, and the garden is a lovely place to relax, giving the hotel a very pleasant atmosphere.

Unfortunately, our experience in Room 15 was disappointing. The room is located on the lower floor, and the bathroom has no window or proper ventilation. As a result, there was a persistent unpleasant smell—a mix of mold and dampness—that lingered in the room throughout our stay. It's a shame because the hotel has a lot of charm, but this issue significantly affected our comfort.

Buvo nešvaru, sulužusi toleto durų rankena, kuri nekeidžia uždaryt durų, buvo nemalonus kvapas, blogai veikė kondicionierius, kambarį buvo jausmas, kaip saunoje. Pusryčiai pateikiami ne higieniškai, ant maisto tupi musės. Nesilaiko savo reglamentų, nekviesti eina į kambarį. Dušas buvo siaubingas, o ir jame bepritiškai karšta, nes nėra ventiliacijos. Kainos ir kokybės santykis neatitinka realybės. Vietos pasidėti daiktus duše ir kambarį nedaug. Dviem užteko, bet jei būti tryse, būtu mažai.

Upon check-in, we were told our room was unavailable due to a water issue. They offered an alternative 6 km outside of Tropea. The receptionist spoke no English, making it incredibly difficult to understand the situation. He provided zero support or cooperation after we declined their alternative, which was completely unacceptable since I was traveling with two small children. We spent two hours in the lobby finding a new hotel on our own. Only then did a second receptionist arrive and finally offer help. To make matters worse, the hotel was operating normally, and all guests arriving after us received their rooms. I still don't understand why we were turned away. I would never book this hotel again. Fortunately, Booking.com customer service saved our vacation and found us a wonderful place right in the heart of Tropea's old town.

Vu son statut de 4 étoiles je trouve que les sachets de shampoo et de gel de douche dans les salles de bains devrait être remplacés par des petites bouteilles comme c'est le cas dans pratiquement tous les hôtels de 4 étoiles.

Ładny dziedziniec gdzie jedliśmy dobre, urozmaicone śniadania. Pomocna obsługa. Lokalizacja to praktycznie centrum Tropei.

Zapach w obiekcie (chyba z kanalizacji) był nieprzyjemny. Słabo działała klimatyzacja. To co najbardziej przeszkadzało to hałas w nocy (jeżdzące skutery po sąsiedniej ulicy). Okna bardzo słabo izolują dźwięk. Wi-fi praktycznie niedziałające- przynajmniej w naszym pokoju.

La posizione centrale del paese, l'accoglienza del personale molto gentile. Colazione con tanta scelta e tutti i giorni diverse. Le donne della pulizia sempre gentile e accogliente. In reception la Oksana sempre molto gentile e competente. Sono stato molto contento e di sicuro ritornerò.

La camera non aveva la terrazza ed era difficile per gli asciugamani del mare.

Struttura eccellente in pieno centro a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria e dalle bellissime spiagge. Tutto il personale accogliente e professionale. Colazione ottima, abbondante e con prodotti tipici locali. Nulla è fuori posto, tutto in ordine e pulito. Complimenti a Daniela, Oxana e tutto lo staff !

The hotel is very well located, you can walk anywhere! It is a a beautiful building with lovely garden en its very quiet.

The quality level is not 4 stars. The breakfast was really minimum, lacking fresh products and so on.

Egy régi villa átalakítva hotellé, tökéletes helyen, a sétáló utcára léphet ki a vendég közvetlenül. Ugyanakkor nem zajos. A szoba nagy méretű és még nagyobb fürdőszoba. Hangulatos kertben történt a reggeli felszolgálása, svédasztalos rendszerben, ami nagyon változatos és kimondottan ízletes volt 5* A személyzet - recepciós, a reggeliztetők, mindenki mosolygósak, kedvesek, segítőkészek voltak

Az alagsori szobának érkezéskor volt egy kis kellemetlen szaga, de alapos szellőztetés után jelentősen enyhült... Nem működött a klíma, bár nemvolt rá szükség Azért ha teheted kérj nem alagsori szobát, fentebb biztos jobb

Great location and staff was really kind, spacious room with beautiful paintings on the walls. The garden where they serve breakfast is also lovely!

The room didn’t have actual windows, only the glass door which we didn’t feel comfortable to keep open so it was really warm in there most of the time and smelling like a closed room. We had a big surprise to find a jacuzzi in the bathroom but it wasn’t working, and they weren’t able to fix while we were there. There were some lights in the room that had a presence sensor and would turn on for everything, even waking us up during the night, and we couldn’t turning it off. Breakfast was very basic and underwhelming especially on the second day, when there were few options and they stopped replacing very early, so we almost didn’t eat.

La struttura dove ho alloggiato devono riorganizzarsi nel soddisfare le richiesta dei clienti

La posizione è perfetta, sulla via principale, proprio nel centro di Tropea. Il personale alla reception è molto gentile e cortese. La camera è pulita e spaziosa. La colazione è piuttosto ricca. C'è stato un problema con l'aria condizionata, ma a volte capita.

A hotel elhelyezkedése rendkívül kényelmes volt, minden könnyen elérhető távolságban volt. A fő sétálóutcán található, ahol rengeteg szuper étterem közül lehet választani. A reggeli isteni finom és nagyon változatos volt. Különösen hangulatosnak találtuk a kertet és a belső udvart, amely egy régi, autentikus bár hangulatát idézte. Emellett minden nap alapos takarítást kaptunk, ami még kellemesebbé tette az ott-tartózkodást.

Sajnos azonban a fürdőszobában többször is csótánnyal találkoztunk. Ezt két egymást követő napon is jeleztük a recepción, ennek ellenére a probléma nem oldódott meg, és továbbra is láttunk rovarokat a szobában.😔😔

Que en la recepcion de noche cuando llegamos no habia nadie hubo q tocar todos los timbres para que finalmente alguien apareciera pese a q dimos aviso de hora de llegada Si no vas a desayunar temprano no hay algunas cosas NO REPONEN, si vas tarde no hay queso en fetas x ejemplo Nos martillaron x arreglos a las 7 de la mañana dos dias

Az elhelyezkedés tökéletes volt. A fogadtatás szívélyes volt. A szoba nagyon szép, ahogy a hotel neve sugallja Antik berendezés, festmények a falon. Tisztaság, 100 %, minden reggel a takarítónő érdeklődött, kell e takarítás.

A reggeliben a sült része, minden egyszínű volt, sok volt a rántott étel, amit reggelire nem fogyaszt az ember. az ágy matraca kivolt feküdve, folyton leakartam gurulni róla. Sajnos az utolsó nap egy német vendég éjféltől reggelig őrjöngött, kiabált, üvegeket tört, kialvatlanul indultunk a reptérre.

Das Personal war äußerst hilfsbereit. Die Strände in der Umgebung waren zu dieser Jahreszeit voller Müll. Das Essen in den umliegenden Restaurants hatten Touristenpreise und waren von geringer Qualität. ABER: Das Frühstück im Hotel war super. Die Zugverbindungen sind klasse. So kann man auch ohne Mietwagen andere Städte oder Dörfer erkunden.

Das Zimmer war dürftig ausgestattet und insgesamt zu dunkel, die Wellness-Dusche und Whirlpool-Badewanne hat keinen Aufpreis verdient. Alles aus Kunststoff und im dunklen Bad nicht gerade attraktiv.

Фантастично разположение, старинна сграда съчетала история и съвременен уют. Много чисто и удобно. Прекрасна вътрешна градина. Обилна и вкусна закуска. Великолепен персонал - усмихнати, любезни, услужливи. Създават усещане за домашен уют. Това е място, което отново ще посетя. Дори вече си резервирах престой за два отделни месеца. Благодаря ви!

Prima gelegen hotel,met ontbijt in de tuin, en een gevoel van luxe! Vriendelijke medewerkers en prachtig ingericht!

Het water onder de douche bestond uit drie harde stralen. Verder geen probleem maar had iets luxueuzer verwacht☺️ Mijn kamer lag beneden aan de straatkant dus tot ca middernacht wel wat lawaai als je met het raam open wilt slapen.

La amplitud de la habitación, comodidad de las camas, jardín interior, desayuno muy bueno, cercanía al centro y posibilidad de ir caminando hasta las playas más icónicas de Tropea, cercanía de restaurantes, etc. Todo fue muy bien.

Nada importante, por decir algo: se oía algo de ruido (sobre todo en la noche del sábado) del ambiente nocturno, motos, etc. dado lo céntrico del lugar. El internet no llegaba muy bien en algunas zonas de la habitación. Pero nada importante.
