ELISEO PALACE TROPEA

O hotel é ótimo, com muitos pontos positivos. Localização excelente, tem estacionamento no próprio hotel, elevador, o que não é comum nos hotéis italianos e um excelente café da manhã. Entretanto, embora o quarto tivesse todos os itens para conforto, era muito pequeno e difícil para acomodar as malas. Tinha um terraço pequeno mas bom para secar as roupas de banho.

Eigentlich nichts – für unseren Aufenthalt hat alles gepasst.

Nagyon elégedettek voltunk a szállással! A reggeli finom és bőséges, svédasztalos volt, ráadásul minden nap más finomságok közül lehetett választani. A szállás nagyon jó helyen, központban található, így minden könnyen elérhető és sétatávolságra van. A szállás tiszta és rendezett volt, a személyzet pedig rendkívül kedves és segítőkész. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, biztosan visszatérünk még! 😊

la chambre était une "Luxury Suite"!! terme très exagéré, c'était juste une chambre normale. et pour le prix, environ 180 euros la nuit, il n'y a avait même pas une bouteille d'eau offerte. La climatisation était capricieuse et pas facile à utiliser. Pour régler la température de la douche, difficile. Sans rien toucher cela passait de très très chaud à presque glacial. Oû était la suite?

Esta en una excelente ubicación, esta en la puerta de la calle peatonal. La atención de los empleados de la recepción, la limpieza. Estaban atentos a respondernos a nuestras consultas.

El tema de la cochera no fue facil, si bien tienen cocheras cubiertas nos dió la impresión que las compartian con otros alojamientos.

The location is perfect. The bed and pillows comfortable, enjoyed the big balcony as well.

The breakfast was very good but I should add the bacon and sausages to have it all. I saw it unfair paying €20 a day parking for only 1 day where the opposite Area 51 parking took us cheaper 15 a day. Also only a parking space is available at the hotel, so book early or else park in front as it is cheaper and safe parking with security 24hr.

Ti mettono le bottiglie in camera e poi te le fanno pagare attenzione quando entrate in camera non sono offerte se consumate ve le fanno pagare alla fine questa cosa non è chiara e Induce le persone a consumare così poi quando vai via ti arriva il conto c'è scritto che hanno i balconi ma sono minuscoli ci puoi solo scendere la vista è sul parcheggio

Struttura recente, ottima posizione,

Colazione un po scarsa con bevande dal distributore. L'ultimo giorno aria condizionata non funzionante con 35 gradi all'esterno, cercato di comunicare con il numero delle emergenze in serata ma nessuna risposta, il guasto può succedere ma avrei apprezzato qualche scusa.

We arrived at around 14:00 and the front desk was closed and there was no one to speak to for check in. We tried calling and messaging and there was no answer. We were not updated before arriving that they would be taking a break for around 2 hours. Just keep that in mind when arriving to the hotel.

L’accoglienza Sul balconcino molto piccolo arredato con un tavolino e con due sedie c’era la macchina del condizionatore che rendeva impossibile la permanenza soprattutto per l’elevato calore che emanava

La posizione della location e' ottima in quanti si trova proprio in centro, il corso principale del passeggio e dei negozi. La camera abbastanza pulita e ordinata. Colazione abbondante e buona. Personale molto disponibile.

La doccia non molto curata, evidenti segni di macchie di calcare. Materasso e cuscini non comodissimo (almeno per le NS. abitudini). Evidenti segni di sporco sui muri. Stanza 103 un po' troppo al buio. Climatizzazione centralizzata abbastanza rumorosa. Televisore non funzionante, anzi non pescava i canali. Sul parcheggio della struttura avrei tanto da dire..... Gentilmente inviterei chi di dovere a segnare ESPLICITAMENTE "Parcheggio Privato a Pagamento con Prenotazione preventiva".

Hotel sa nachadza blizko centra, izby boli priestranne, ciste, klimatizovane, dobre vybavene, ranajky boli podavane formou svedskych stolov, ktore boli pravidelne dokladane. V hoteli pracuje mily a ochotny personal, po check-oute sme si mohli nechat batohy na recepcii. Celkovo sme boli velmi spokojni s tymto ubytovanim a urcite sa sem este vratime.

Do ponuky ranajok by som mozno pridala viac zeleniny a vajec, ale to je len moj osobny nazor, kto preferuje sladke ranajky, tak ten si pride na svoje 🙂

The location and cleanliness of the property was great.

I booked 4 double rooms, all the same price and they were all considerably different in size. From being really small to really large. Shouldn't they have been the same room size more or less?

A localização do hotel é excelente, o café da manhã variado e delicioso e a equipe do café da manhã era muito simpática e atenciosa. A limpeza dos quartos sempre atendeu bem!

Tivemos um tempo de espera para o check in, apesar de ter sido notificada a hora da nossa chegada, mas foi pouco.

Nagyon jó volt helyen volt a szállás ! Kiváló reggeli és a konyhai személyzet nagy kedvesek voltak ! Gyönyörű szálloda és a szoba kényelmes az ágy !

A reggeli kiváló volt, a személyzet előzékeny, kedves. A legjobb helyeb van a szálloda, a központban, mégis csendes helyen.

Hotel in posizione perfetta per visitare Tropea e accedere alle spiagge circostanti, i posti auto sono preziosi anche se piccoli.

Secondo me è eccessiva la categoria 4 stelle e la denominazione Palace. In realtà è un albergo in un condominio in un interno cortile con spazi comuni molto angusti e arredo piuttosto economico anche se funzionale e confortevole.

La posizione e la possibilità di prenotare un parcheggio all’interno a pagamento

Le dimensioni della camera non corrispondevano a quanto prenotato. Camera piccolissima, non sapevamo dove mettere i bagagli, non c’erano appoggi. Il condizionatore faceva un sacco di rumore. Colazione deludente ma sono gusti. Per quanto abbiamo pagato mi aspettavo molto ma molto di più.

Excellent location near town, beaches and train station. Staff were helpful and breakfast was very good. Would stay again.

A well located, comfortable hotel in the old town. Even though it is in the heart of the old town, it was very quiet at night. All staff were friendly, kind and more than happy to assist. Would highly recommend and would happily stay again.

Nocleg w super lokalizacji. Centrum, a jednak na uboczu i nie było słychać odgłosów z ulicy. Przemiłe Panie zarówno na jadalni jak i w recepcji. Bardzo dobre śniadania. A pokój był sprzątany codziennie. Gorąco polecam!

Jedyny minus to inni ludzie nieszanujący godziny nocnej. Wszystko okropnie słuchać przez co budziliśmy się w nocy.

Absolutely nothing

Everything. We ordered room 25 m2, and we got like 12 m2. We barely can move. We had two small suitcases and there were no space to move around bed. Bathroom was about 1 m2, toulet and small basin, so i barely clean my face in it, water was all around.When we said to reception nobody cares. Location was great, but be awared of the small room 105. We saw the evacuation plan and this was only one small room on the floor. So dont tell me that they have only one standart room per floor.

La ubicación es inmejorable, a pasos del caso histórico y de muchos restaurantes y comercios. El hotel es lindo, parece refaccionado, sencillo pero cumple. Tiene posibilidad de reservar parking por un cargo adicional.

Everything was perfect

We had a pleasant stay at Eliseo Palace. The location was excellent, the room was comfortable, the breakfast was great and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

During our stay, the room wasn't cleaned, the towels weren't changed, and shampoo and shower gel weren't replenished. If this is the hotel's policy for shorter stays (two nights in our case) or if housekeeping is only available upon request, it would be helpful to mention this during check-in so guests know what to expect.

Posizione eccellente, ottima colazione e personale gentile. Per il parcheggio abbiamo preferito non usufruire di quello suggerito dall'hotel e abbiamo lasciato l'auto fuori dalla ztl muovendoci più comodamente al di fuori del centro storico.

Very basic room. Breakfast was just okay with machine coffee. Staff was neutral, not unfriendly but also not super welcoming. Definetly overpriced for what you get.

Good location, in the center but quiet and near to the beach. The room has enought space, modern and clean. Delicious breakfast.

Sehr sauberes Zimmer - nicht nur "sauber für ein Hotel" sondern generell einfach sauber; Dusche, WC, Bett, alles. Klima hat super funktioniert. Frühstück abwechslungsreich, klein aber fein. Großes Lob an das Frühstückspersonal - auch von ihrer netten, willkommenden Art!

Wenn man frisch ankommt in der Stadt und nicht weiß wo man schauen soll, ist das Hotel schwer zu finden - die Adresse hat auch nicht weiter geholfen. Wir haben angerufen, uns konnte aber nicht weiter geholfen werden (evtl. Sprachbarriere?) Und haben uns im Endeffekt mit den Fotos helfen müssen. Das Zimmer ist recht klein, sieht auf den Fotos sehr viel größer aus, hat uns aber nicht unbedingt gestört.

Il primo punto di forza è la logistica:struttura strategicamente posta. Il secondo è, senz'altro, rappresentato dalla colazione:la signora Lucia, splendida chef e Simona, sua gentilissima collaboratrice, propinano ottime pietanze, preparate con cura ed attenzione al cliente.

Alla reception, si può fare, sicuramente, di più💪

The hotel was very nice. The breakfasts were simple but delicious, with everything you need to start the day. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was also great – about a 10-minute walk to the beach and around 10 minutes to the railway station.

The bathroom was very humid, so even the towels never really dried. Our room didn’t have a balcony, which made it difficult to dry our swimsuits after the beach. It would also have been nice to have complimentary drinking water in the room.

Accoglienza piacevolissima Eliseo centralissimo ma opportunamente non in piazza, quindi tranquillissimo. Colazione ricca, con la possibilità anche in un’area all’esterno. Parcheggio comodissimo, in un posto protetto. Nessun problema con il nostro piccolo cane che, comunque, é tranquillissimo e abituato.

La tv in camera non funzionava bene, ma forse é meglio cosi.

Die Lage ist genial. Die komplette Stadt und Strand sind fußläufig. Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück für Italien sehr vielfältig und große Auswahl. Täglich frisch gebackene regionale Spezialitäten.

Nur die Lage in der "Zona traffico limitado" macht uns Bauchschmerzen. Da wir den Parkplatz am Hotel gebucht hatten, mussten wir einmalig in die Zone einfahren. Man versprach uns, es bei der Polizei zu melden und dann würde keine Strafgebühr entstehen. Nun hoffen wir, dass nichts nachkommt in Monaten....

Sehr freundliche Dame an der Rezeption, die uns herzlich willkommen hiess. Das Zimmer war schön, und angenehm.Die Unterkunft liegt gut im Zentrum und ist sehr gut erreichbar. Die Garage im Hause für das Motorrad war sehr hilfreich. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und entsprach unseren Ansprüchen.

Muy lindo hotel y bien ubicado. El desayuno es completo y el personal muy amable. La cochera salía 20 euros por día, pero hay que reservar porque el lugar es pequeño. De todos modos, en el estacionamiento de al lado nos hicieron el mismo precio.

Nada, estuvo todo muy bien. No sé si le daría la categoría de cuatro estrellas.

Un lugar hermoso, limpio, cómodo. La mejor ubicación Volvería sin dudarlo. Es un 10 !! Las chicas que atienden el desayuno son super amables y eficientes.

It’s very central location and the room and shower a reasonable size. Breakfast options also reasonable. We had a small balcony which was appreciated though we didn’t really have a view.

We couldn’t get the air con to work very well though the staff offered to check it.

A zuhanykabin nagyon pici, szerintem. A négy csillagos minősítés túlzás. A reggeli nagyon gyenge, olcsó ételek, a gyümölcsleveket is beleértve. A kávé legalabb jó volt. Többet vártam ettől a szállodától. Pici szoba.

Excellent location near Tropea town, beaches and train station! Very well-appointed for purpose of beach holiday with excellent breakfast featuring the delicious trademark Calabrese sopressata salami.

Great place to stay even if the check-in/check out takes a little longer when the staff are busy. A full towel replacement would also have been nice during our four night stay.
