Reviewed Sep 16, 2026I liked the location near San Blas and the resort is spotlessly clean and quiet.
The last day we had a late flight and we were wanting just to go for breakfast and lunch and sit by the pool as we didn't want to go far with all the passports etc. The receptionist told us we needed to pay 20 euros to sit by the pool as we had now checked out. I was really disappointed at this, I thought this was expensive but the receptionist told me it wasn't. I told the receptionist that our flight arriving was delayed and so we could not use the pool on our first day and lots of other days we were travelling so we're not at the resort during the day at all. I understand if the pool area was busy but as we checked out the pool area was empty and It did change our opinion about this resort, which I had previously liked. We have stayed at numerous resorts who do not have this policy and would not stay here again due to this. It was not only the 'rule' but the delivery that was off putting. We then booked showers to take before our flight and were told it would be 30 minutes for all 3 of us... it was quite stressful as that was just 10 minutes for each of us to have a shower and dry our hair. I don't ask for much from a resort as I am easy going in general and don't look for issues, especially on holiday so had given the resort a 5/5 originally when asked mid week on text...however at the end when checking out and being told we now could not sit by the pool ... I would have to say I will not return sadly, far from the 'Welcome Home' ethos.

الإطلالة لم تكن جيدة العشب متكائل الأواني متهالكة البستاني لا يحترم الخصوصية نحن نفطر في الشرفة وهو يسقي العشب بجانبنا اخذوا مني 100 يورو كضمانة لا أعلم لماذا المضيف لم يقل لي بأن الخروج من الفندق سيكون عند الساعة 10 صباحا بدل الحادية عشرة كباقي الفنادق واجبروني ان ادفع عشرة يوروات غرامة المهم الفندق لا يشبه ماهو منزل على booking

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Apartamento espacioso, con aire acondicionado en salón y habitación, fácil aparcamiento, bien equipado con cocina, nevera de buen tamaño, lavadora y lavavajillas. Terraza amplia.
La terraza, aunque es grande, es poco privada, no tiene muros ni vallas ni seto... y está frente al paso de la gente a la piscina y hacia la recepción, hay que tener incluso la cortina del apartamento cerrada si no quieres que te vea todo el mundo todo el tiempo. La hora de salida a las 10:00 es excesivamente pronto, sales apurado y sin tiempo a recoger o revisar tranquilamente, especialmente si vas con niños/bebés, como era nuestro caso. La limpieza está bien, pero no es excepcional como nos hemos encontrado en otros alojamientos. No está muy pensado para españoles, zona excesivamente enfocada por y para extranjeros.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026The complex itself was lovely. The staff at reception and the cleaning staff were absolutely amazing — friendly, helpful and always welcoming. As the other reviews mention, the whole place is very clean and extremely well kept. The location was perfect for us. It’s quiet and peaceful, which we really enjoyed. There’s a lovely square directly opposite with some great restaurants, but most places are finished by around 11–11:30pm, so if you’re looking for nightlife and somewhere that stays lively late into the night, this probably isn’t the place for you. We hired a car, so whenever we wanted a bit more hustle and bustle, we could drive into Los Cristianos and Playa de las Américas. However, we actually much preferred coming back to the quiet, chilled atmosphere here. There’s also a lovely coastal boardwalk leading to the next little town. It’s about a 15-minute walk and definitely worth doing. This is where you’ll see more of the locals — eating, sunbathing and even jumping off the pier. There are some beautiful seafood restaurants along the way, so I’d highly recommend taking the walk down and having a look.
The only real thing that lets the complex down for us is the pool. It’s quite small and not particularly deep. Unfortunately, our experience with one of the lifeguards also wasn’t great. He came across as quite rude and seemed to spend a lot of time telling children off and approaching parents publicly when kids jumped into the pool. I completely understand that lifeguards have a job to do and safety rules need to be followed — I would be the first person to support that if children were being dangerous, disruptive or disrespectful. However, the way this particular lifeguard dealt with things felt unnecessarily confrontational and took away from the relaxed atmosphere around the pool. Interestingly, the other two lifeguards who covered his days off were completely different. They were friendly, engaging with customers and created a much nicer atmosphere around the pool. Our kids actually said the best four days of the holiday were the days “Grumpy” was off! 😂

The only thing that I was a bit disappointed was I had to pull out and make the sofa bed up, which was quite difficult to do.!! they could of gave an option and asked if I wanted the sofa bed already made up as it was just me and the kids

El apartamento estaba limpio, pero habían detalles como la ropa de cama (edredón, fundas de almohada) que daba la impresión de que no se hubiesen cambiado.

Ce que je n'es pas apprécié pas de mer à côté la plage difficile l'accès aucune plage n'est à côté nous n'avons pas puis nous baigner faut prendre un bus pour aller à la plage qui se trouve à 10mn celle qui est à 15 mn à pied trop de cailloux je ne conseille même pas de se baigner dedans pas de restaurant à sunset vraiment dommage la seule chose qu'ils proposent c'est des tapas je vous conseille d'être véhiculé sinon vous allez passer de très mauvaises vacances toutes les activités que sunset proposent sont toujours excessivement chère très déçu pour ce côté leurs partenaires de vacances nous à proposent le bateaux qu'on voulait faire le tarif 96€ par personne et 46 € enfants vraiment abuser toutes les activités sont loin de sunset faut aller à las Cristiano pour toute activités et c'est à 1h en bus nous étions en famille 7 oersonnes chaque trajet 10€ et plus aller si faut changer pour un autre bus faut encore payé 10€ et plus ou 8€ l'hôtel devrait disposer des navettes gratuites pour le plaisir de leurs clientèles sinon ça ne motive pas de réserver nous avons également payer 32€ la navette pour venir nous chercher à l'aéroport qui se trouve à 15mn pour 3 personnes et à notre retour nous avons commandé un taxi qui était beaucoup moins cher que leurs navettes 23€ nous nous sommes débrouiller nous mêmes pour faire des activités nous avons pris nos billets sur booking 24€ beaucoup moins chère que ce qu'on nous avait proposé même si faut rajouter le repas et le transport je trouve que nous avons fait une belle affaire en réservant sur booking nous avons également fait le petit train à Los Cristianos il ya un centre commercial à siam mall qui se trouve également à 1h en bus magnifique ce centre commercial avec des petits prix très intéressant le seul commerce à côté c'est super dino très chère et pas vraiment fournie et pas mal de restaurant et une pharmacie ya également des petits fournie dans les hébergements...

Notre fille a pu profiter de cette dernière en toute sécurité. Merci beaucoup. Nous étions proche de l'aéroport mais ce n'était pas dérangeant, peu de bruit. Bon rapport qualité/prix

Cuándo fui a hacer el check out, normalmente te dejan quedarte en la piscina para disfrutar un poco más de la estancia, ya que se sale a las 10:00 de la mañana, y el recepcionista me informó que tendría que pagar 20 euros más por quedarme en la piscina, la verdad que es la primera vez que me dicen que tengo que pagar 20 euros nunca me había pasado en otros hoteles.

Me gustó todo menos el señor que supervisa la piscina Es antipático y cada ver que decía algo terminaba la frase ¡ME OYES! Por cualquier cosa se pone de subido Una pareja con su hijo llegaron y este señor ni espero a que se quitara la ropa para bañarse y habian llevado una pelotillas pequeñita y fue a señalar la pelota y les hizo con el dedo como que no se podía usar en la piscina Que eso se entiende que no se pueda Pero hay muchas maneras de dirigirse a un cliente Y las maneras de este señor son despreciable y de muy poca profesionalidad Y eso hizo pensar si este hombre es socorrista Que parece que no Y pagas por el fin de semana pero la piscina es de 10 de la mañana a 6 Llegas y no te da tiempo a disfrutar de la piscina y si pides quedarte mas el dia que te vas para disfrutar de la piscina te piden 20 euros pero haz de dejar la habitación

Le coin fait un peu usine à touristes, il est truffé de complexes du même genre. Parfait si vous aimez les vacances bronzette-farniente, ou si vous êtes à la recherche d'un endroit confortable ou dormir la veille de votre vol, à fuir si vous préférez la découverte de lieux pittoresques et de réserves naturelles.

The pool was too busy and very noisy. Kids were very noisy, jumping in and out the pool and not sticking to the rules. The lifeguard ignored it. Thursday 28th May was the worst.

pues que no tiene sentido que el cheking sea a las 16:00 de la tarde, y el chek out a las 10 de la mañana, es el primer alojamiento al que voy que sucede esto. me parece injusto que tengas que entrar justo dos horas antes de que cierre la piscina, es decir tienes dos horas de disfrute

Reviewed May 21, 2026Emplacement calme, situé à 10 minutes en bus de l'aéroport TFS (ligne 415 à 6 minutes à pieds de l'hôtel). Appartement propre et bien équipé, personnel très agréable. Petite supérette à 2min à pieds de l'hôtel.

Fallaban detalles como una lampara, el sumidero de la ducha no tragaba y faltaban los filtros del cafe, entre otros. Aún así el personal se volcó en solucionarlo rápido y nos compenso adecuadamente.

Reviewed May 13, 2026Our apartment was comfortable, clean and cleaned regularly. All items available for a home from home for 4 people. Our balcony overlooked the derelict park area so no major noise. Complex was peaceful and pool had plenty of sun beds. Small shopping and eating complex with plenty of bars and restaurants across the road, which we frequented every day of our stay. The well stocked minimarket was excellent. 10 minutes in a taxi from the airport which was 17euro. Bus stop is 10minutes away and can get to lots of places in Tenerife (as well as to and from the airport) - although the buses were struggling to be on time according to the Titsa app. Good comms through Whatsapp on information and things to do. The beach and boardwalk to Los Abrigos is 5 minute walk. I would recommend the 15 minute stroll to Los Abrigos.
Booking.com photos are slightly misleading as all but one photo shows apartments with sunbeds and terraces which is what i thought we were getting. This is not the case and was told I needed to request this type of apartment and "even members dont get these". I was really upset at first as our 1st floor balcony didn't have sunbeds which I so desperately wanted. I did manage to use the pool ones however and as the pool wasnt too busy, there was no fighting to get one. Items in apartment could have instructions on how to use them. We got voicemail on the phone and didnt know how to access it, there was also a coffee machine that we would liked to have used but didnt know how to. I know we could have asked but would have been easier just having some instructions. Only a single socket in the kitchen area and one on the breakfast bar, so was a slight inconvenience when needing to use multiple appliances at the same time.

Reviewed May 10, 2026Salida del apartamento a las 10 de la mañana, como tardes 10min ya te están llamando para echarte y la entrada a las 16 de la tarde. A la salida si te quieres quedar en la piscina te cobran 10€ por persona, en la vida había visto eso.
