No me gustó q a las 10:00 las tarjetas se desactivan y tienes una persona en la puerta para q dejes la habitación.Eso incómoda bastante....y hasta las 1600 no te dan habitación....eso puede ser una PEGA . ..

The underground car park.. it was tight and if you had a big car it became a stressful situation trying to get in and out.

La entrada al apartamento es a las 16:00 y lo peor la salida, tienes que dejar el apartamento a las 10:00, madrugar para desayunar, recoger y salir.

They used a WhatsApp service to keep in contact and we could then ask questions and they helped with finding restaurants and booking tables etc. We've been home less than 24hrs and already booked for next year this time for longer.
The WiFi dropped in and out on her phone. The hotel offered to assist her but she never went to get it sorted so that's a her problem.

Il nya pas de plage ou on peut se baigner de manière safe car absence de life guard dans une petite crique a droite de lhotel Les reservations pour la piscine a 48heures en avance j'ai trouvé ça choquant , quand on arrive vers 10h30 la reservation ne tient plus ça nous fait lever de force avant cette heure ci . Aucune vue de la piscine , elle est renfermée et ne donne pas du tout envie Encore moins des emplacement en haut ou on ne voit que les murs Les serviettes de la piscine sont payantes par jour ou la semaine j'ai trouvé ça aberrant vu qu'on était 4 . La restauration , si on peut appeler comme ça c plutot un snack fast food dont la carte adaptée aux pays anglophones et allemands. Petite corniche a côté, pas de divertissement autour a part 4 ou 5 cafés qui ferment a 21h ou 22h . La literie est changée une fois tous les 3 jours ou , le ménage aussi selon in planning qui leur est interne , il faut le mettre en évidence sur la plate-forme par l'organisation pour que les gens soient avises au moment de la resa . Personnel froid et pas du tout accueillant quand on a une réclamation.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Nous avons très appréciée les piscines ainsi que le jacuzzi l’appartement était spacieux, bien équipée, tout était très propre, l’équipe hôtelier était à l’écoute et disponible, très jolie complexe avec de belles terrasses vu sur les piscines et l’océan , très bonne ambiance au sein du complexe c’est très agréable et apaisant à la fois.
Dommage que le SPA était fermé à cause d’un problème , nous avons donc pas pu en profiter durant tout notre séjour.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026L'emplacement est bien et le personnel à l'écoute. Ambiance familiale et respectueuse pour toutes personnes (adaptées aux personnes âgées, mobilité réduite,enfants, hijab friendly...) . Mais attention pour les chambres a bien demander en amont une vue sur mer sinon ils refuseront de vous attribuer une chambre vue sur mer et ce serait bien dommage vie son emplacement. Cela a été notre cas. Attention aussi: un côté de l'hôtel est propre et top et l'autre côté infesté de moustiques (côté fosse septique, laverie, salle de gym etc.. ) a éviter la villa 9 surtout! On nous avait " surclassé en villa alors que nous étions 3 mais ce n'était pas du tout un cadeau... Juste en fasse de la fosse , limite en sous sol, sombre et vieillot un nid de moustique dans la chambre et le salon. Le personnel avait bien compris et nous a proposé une chambre côté réception très propre, moderne et avec tout l'équipement. Personnel de ménage top et agréable . L'appartement est très fonctionnel et climatisé au top. Nous recommandons l'hôtel !
Le fait de nous octroyer une chambre pas du tout adaptée en 1er lieu, ce qui nous a beaucoup fatigué après un long voyage surtout avec notre enfant. Mais qui a été très vite résolu avec la proposition d'une chambre bien plus adaptée. Juste un gros dommage que nous ayons pas eu droit a une chambre avec vue sur mer pour 13 nuits ...

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Hotel review We had a wonderful stay! The villa was clean and comfortable, and the children absolutely loved the swimming pool. The only thing they found a little disappointing was that they weren’t allowed to use the jacuzzi. Of course, this is understandable since it is located right next to the children’s pool. It was also very convenient to have a gym and even a supermarket within the hotel itself. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Another big plus was that we were always able to find free parking outside the hotel. Overall, we had a lovely and relaxing stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

A las 9,30 ya no funcionaba la tarjeta para entrar a la habitación No merece la pena por lo que cuesta

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026El tamaño del apartamento era muy amplio, las camas muy cómodas. La piscina era muy amplia y el agua estaba perfecta para darse un bañito todos los días. Destaco la amabilidad del personal del hotel y la limpieza y atención del personal.
Los utensilios para cocinar eran justos para 7 personas sobretodo las sartenes ya que el tamaño eran pequeñas para la gente éramos.

Es una pena que no tenga opción a comidas bufet porque sería perfecto, aunque el bar de la piscina su comida está muy buena en especial la hamburguesa de queso de cabra

Me parece que el servicio de habitaciones se hace cada demasiados días, cierto es, que yo voy con un niño pequeño y las toallas se manchan con más rapidez. Otro día, mi peque se hizo pis en la cama y cuando volví estaba la cama sin hacer y la ropa de cama en una bolsa.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Es bonito el hotel, los apartamentos muy amplios, comodos, todos con cocina, comedor, terraza. El de 2 habitaciones tenía incluso 2 baños, para el grupo eso fue muy comodo.
El Parking es muy malo, hay unas plazas que en verdad estan muy mal diseñadas, si estacionas le tapas la salida a otros coches y tal, un desastre. El complejo también tiene dos torres y es medio engorroso moverse de una torre a otra, deberían tenerlo mejor señalizado.

Posizione comoda all'aeroporto poi con una macchina si raggiungono in 20/25 minuti delle belle spiagge per fare il bagno. Palestra ben attrezzata peccato che abbiamo beccato la settimana di lavori per cui è stata chiusa. Nel complesso merita sicuramente!

The mosquitoes in the hallway, which would even get into the room and we had to chase them.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026So much going on in the hotel. Was more of a resort with very little reason to leave it unless you wanted to see more of tenerife. Spotless and smelled good. Great staff and atmosphere in the hotel. Entertainment. Fitness classes. Happy hour. Restaurant. Lifeguards. Organised allocation of loungers. Supermarket. Pool tables. Games room. Etc. Something for everyone.
Resort evening entertainment is open air and loud from 9pm to 11pm. Great to go down and enjoy but no chance of an early nights sleep if youve had a busy day in the sun.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026Although I have a 75% disability, I usually choose not to disclose it when booking, preferring to leave dedicated rooms for those who might need them more than I do. However, through a fortunate coincidence, we stayed in a room perfectly equipped for people with disabilities, and I was immensely surprised by the quality of the facility. Here is what makes this resort one of a kind: Space and Comfort: The room was extremely spacious, designed with a layout that guarantees full autonomy of movement. The bathroom is huge, with a walk-in shower perfectly accessible even in a wheelchair. Total Accessibility: In 20 years of traveling for work around the world, I have rarely found such a level of care. The presence of a pool chair for water access is an extraordinary detail of civilization, allowing anyone to enjoy relaxation without barriers. Attention to Detail: Even the solarium areas (sunbeds) have been thoughtfully designed with ad hoc stations. The care reserved for inclusivity is so widespread that it is impossible to list every single measure taken. The staff proved to be kind and highly competent. Unfortunately, our stay was only for one night due to my husband's work commitments, but we will certainly return to fully enjoy all the wonders offered by this property. I feel I need to revise many of my previous reviews where I gave top marks: if those deserved 10 stars, this property deserves 100. It is a true example of how hospitality should be everywhere.

Little grocery store within the complex was super useful for snacks and making use of the self catering facilities in the apartment!
It was a bit confusing to find the pool at first, the map provided at check in was useful but not very clear on how many levels to go down!

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026La vue de l’appartement était magnifique. Les gens de la réception qui ont mis tout en œuvre pour s’excuser de la gêne qui nous a occasionnée les bruits des travaux, du ménage… La propreté de l’hôtel, de l’appartement, etc.
Les différents bruits qui nous ont empêché de nous reposer : des travaux improvisés vers 9H30 pour le remplacement de la climatisation. de la femme de ménage qui a commencé à nettoyer l’appartement d’au dessus vers 8H en bougeant tous les meubles (grincements, coups..) de gauche à droite.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026The apartment and balcony were huge and beautifully furnished and cool. We first came 23yrs ago and then 12yrs ago and it is still as beautiful now. So nice to be able to book sunbeds and the rules meant that you didn't have to be there at silly o'clock in the morning, but if you weren't there by 10.30 your booking was lost. Lots of activities if you wanted to join in but no major hassling if you didn't. Aquagym was great fun. Gym was well kitted out and the 2 different locations for a happy hour were great to have.
Not a great deal of restaurants around but they they were good value. The shop onsite and across the road weren't great.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Locația a fost wow, atât structura cât și priveliștea! Personal foarte cumsecade și disponibil. Am fost un grup de 11 persoane (inclusiv 2 copii) și ne-am simțit extraordinar. Conceptul acesta de a închiria residence (mini apartament) în loc de camere simple îți oferă flexibilitatea unei gestiuni mult mai bune a vacanței (mai ales dacă ai copii).

The air-conditioning wasn't working properly, the room was stuffy and after three days the ensuite bathroom in the main room started to smell of sewage. By day four it was unbearable. We asked for it to be dealt with, after the first time somebody poured something down the toilet but it didn't help. We complained two more times but nothing was done about it

A piscina aquecida é um grande diferencial e torna a experiência ainda mais agradável. O staff foi sempre muito simpático, atencioso e prestável. A cozinha está equipada com o básico necessário para uma estadia confortável.
O principal problema foi o cheiro muito desagradável nos corredores, devido aos depósitos de lixo existentes no meio dos mesmos. Durante a nossa estadia percebemos também uma aparente falta de recolha frequente, o que agravava ainda mais a situação. Outro ponto a melhorar é a cozinha, que deveria incluir uma máquina de lavar loiça, um equipamento que considero essencial num apartamento turístico.

El horario del cierre de la piscina y el bar, cierra muy pronto. El cambio de sabanas, 1 vez en 13 noches me parece insuficiente, deberían hacer otro cambio más.
