객실의 담배냄새 진동. 호텔중 최초, 최악 경험. 상하이 방문시 호텔에서는 냄새 않났었는데. 여하튼 담배냄새 최악.

모든방에서 담배냄새가 진동함. 담배냄새 때문에 방을 바꾸었는데도 불구하고 바꾼방에서도 냄새남. 적게날뿐. 20년이상 수십곳의 호텔을 갔지만 담배냄새나는 방은 처음임. 최악이었슴. 예전에 상하이 호텔에서는 냄새가 없었던것으로 기억남. 여하튼 최악의 상태였슴.

The only thing that bothered me is that the bathroom shutters were dirty.

The hotel has an excellent location. I was given a really nice room that gave me a wonderful view of the city especially during periods of sunset. My room is completely quiet inside and I didn’t feel bothered by other guests at any point. The room came with an enormous bathtub and I spent many evenings laying back and admiring the city.

I have no real complaints. I was in the city for work and the hotel served as a perfect base for when I went out during the day.

Nice bed, large bathroom and an incredible breakfast sets this hotel apart. Good central location and accommodating staff.

They also had no record of our book in on arrival and made us wait a long time to sort it out. Only 2 English speaking channels was poor. The Jacuzzi was empty day 1 and cold day 2. I got to use it on Day 3 but Is was lukewarm at best.

Service excellence deserves a shoutout to the Concierge Chap named - Amber 🌟 Thought I had lost my Fitness Tracker Band during a room change. This amazing concierge staff managed to locate it and even offered to send it to my next hotel in another China city. To top it off, knowing that my online parcels hadn't arrived in time, he offered to receive them on my behalf and send everything together. While my stay wasn't perfect, this young chap reminded me that one exceptional employee can completely change a guest's experience. Thank you for going above and beyond, even after I had checked out. Breakfast selection was surprisingly good too.

We booked 4 Junior Suites for our stay in Dalian, but unfortunately the experience was far from seamless which give me a second thought to stay with this brand. Upon arriving at around 9pm, we were greeted by a front desk male staff who seems to be having a bad day. After accommodating some fairly basic room requests ie. having our rooms located on the same floor, the key cards were simply handed over in a rather dismissive manner. For a 5-star international hotel chain, I am not expecting this kind of service attitude, especially during a check in which give guest's first impression. The challenges did not end there. Out of the 4 rooms booked, 2 rooms experienced bathroom drainage issues that resulted in flooding after showers, while another room had water leaking from the ceiling in the middle of the night. As we were travelling with young children, safety was a significant concern hence we requested for a room change for one of the room. What made the situation even more frustrating was that despite repeatedly seeking assurance that the replacement room had been thoroughly inspected, we encountered yet another issue - a malfunctioning air-conditioning system. The only solution offered was another room move. After long days of sightseeing, having to repeatedly pack and unpack luggages with children in tow was exhausting. Despite the acknowledgement of the several issue, they have upgraded us to their second-highest suite category, complete with Executive Lounge access. I'm not impressed with the old furnitures and dusty room. Honestly, I am not seeing it as a value-added arrangement. Whats the point of extending these to us when we will be out of the hotel the entire time? The lounge itself offered spectacular views overlooking Zhongshan Square. However, the food and beverage offerings were rather underwhelming compared to the Executive Lounges we have experienced at other properties.

We had a wonderful stay at the Intercontinental Hotel in Dalian, and a special thanks to Amber. He was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Whenever we needed assistance, he went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of. His positive attitude and genuine care made a big difference to our experience. The location of the hotel is perfect and within walking distance to many of the tourist attractions and shopping malls. We are looking forwards to book again next time.

우호광장역 매우 가깝고, 중산광장/동강/러시아거리 등등 주요 관광지 이동하기에 너무 좋은 위치에요. 주변에 편의점/지엔빙/버블티 등등 소소한 먹거리들도 쉽게 접할 수 있어서 좋았어요.

난방이 안 돼서 좀 추웠고 화장실 환풍기가 너무 약하게 작동했습니다. 근데 중국 대부분의 호텔들이 4월 이후에는 난방을 안 하니까 큰 문제는 아니었고, 히터를 제공해주셔서 잘 지냈습니다.

위치가 좋아서 여기저기 이동하기에 편리. 조식은 메뉴가 많긴한데 매일 거의 바뀌지 않고 비슷함.

바닷이 카페트인데 깨끗하지 않았고 예약시 고층으로 결제하고 예약했는데 사십몇층 건물에 10층을 줘서 얘기하니 자꾸 룸 업그레이드 원하냐 방이 없어 못해준다함. 근데 업그레이드가 아니고 고층 가능하면 제공해달란 예약도 아니었고.. 고층으로 아예 지불하고 예약한건데 다운그레이드인데 계속 방 없다만 반복함. 미안한 기색도 없어서 좀 어이없었음. 부킹닷컴 서비스 센터쪽에서 호텔로 연락해서 얘기해줬지만 3박중 1박은 기존 저층방에 머물렀음. 서비스 대처 방식도 개선이 필요해보임. 마사지 때문에 근처 다른 호텔 방문했었는데 웃으며 친절하게 대응해줘서 비교되었음.

장점1. 인터컨티넨탈 호텔을 최저가 기준 10만원대에 숙박 가능한 점(저는 노동절 연휴라 1박에 23만원이었지만...) 장점2. 방이 진짜 큼(이건 중국 대부분의 호텔에 해당하긴 함) 장점3. 성해광장 뷰가 방에서 보여 좋았음(다만 40몇 층까지 있는데 29층에선 바로 앞 빌딩이 뷰를 가로막아 아쉬움. 35층 이상부터 뷰가 완벽할 듯...) 장점4. 침대가 편안함

단점1. 5성급 호텔의 서비스는 경험하지 못함. 딱 가격만큼의 서비스를 제공함. 그래서 불만족은 아니었음. 단점2. 조식이 너무 아쉬움. 베트남으로 치면 3성급 수준의 조식임. 디너 뷔페도 먹어봤는데 솔직히 우리나라 애슐리 수준이었음. 단점3. 방 조명이 어두워도 너무 어두움. 은은한 조명을 좋아하는 사람인데도 불구하고 스탠드 조명까지 다 켜도 너무 어두웠음. 조절이 가능하면 좋겠음. 단점4. 욕실 바닥이 엄청 미끄러움. 특히 샤워실에 물이 고이게 되어있어서 첫날부터 넘어질뻔 함. 욕실 곳곳에 미끄러우니 조심하란 문구가 여기저기 붙어있었음. 아마 분명 하루에 몇 명은 자빠졌을 것임. 그렇게 주의 문구를 붙일 정도면 미끄럼방지 조치를 취하면 좋을텐데 말이죠.. 단점을 이렇게 쓰긴 했지만 전체적인 만족도는 86점정도임. 남들처럼 13만원에 숙박했으면 가성비 최고라고 했을 텐데.... 노동절 연휴에 23만원주고 숙박해서 그런지 아쉬움이 좀 있었음!

관광지로의 이동이 편한 위치에 있어 버스 지하철을 타고 이동하기 좋았음.

방에 냄새가 많이 나서 들어갔을때 불쾌하였으나 공기청정기를 빌려 달라고 하니 바로 갔다 주었다. 있는동안 내내 틀어놓고 지냈다. 룸의 냄새를 제거할 수 있는 방안을 마련하는 것이 좋을듯하다.

All the staff was very welcoming and helpful, especially several of the concierges, who gave us good advice about transportation in the city. Special mention go to Yang Li Xin and Eric. I had an issue regarding wi-fi access on my laptop, which the hotel’s IT specialist, Liu Yang, kindly fixed for me promptly. The room was very nice and clean, and the hotel offers a wide selection for breakfast. In spite of the drawbacks below, which relate to the building design rather than the management of the hotel, I still recommend staying at the Intercontinental.

(1) The room has no ventilation. Consequently it got so hot inside that we had to strip to the underwear when we got to the room (no A/C in April). (2) Without ventilation, the air in the room smelled somewhat bad. It is probably for this reason that housekeeping sprayed the room with a chemical every day, which gave my wife and me allergy symptoms, especially during the night. (3) The bathroom fixtures are so futuristic that it was difficult to figure out how they worked.

Great place with really good service. Dana and 杨利新 did a very good job to make us feel welcome.

숙소에 도착하자마자 친절하게 응대해 주시고 배달 시킬 때 중국 번호가 없어서 아무 번호나 치고 시켰다가 로봇 배달이 아닌 보관함으로 가서 음식을 못 꺼내는 상황에서 직원 두 분이 도움 주셔서 꺼낼 수 있었습니다!

금연방으로 요청했는데 담배 냄새가 났어요 ㅠㅠ 방 바꿔 달라고 했는데 창문만 열어 주시더라구요... ㅠ

위치가 너무 좋았다. 중산광장과 가깝구 파빌리온, 뉴월드 등 도보가능. 성해광장, 동관지에, 동방수성의 중간위치 11시 얼리체크인 너무 감격스러웠음. 레이트체크아웃도 해주신다 했으나 비행기시간때문에 하진 못했음. 조식은 구성이 다양하지 않지만 직접 만들어주는 음식이 다양했고 간이 좋았다. 친절한 staff, thank you grace!!

Mein Zimmer war großartig. Und die Aussicht auf den Zhongshan-Platz war fantastisch. Im Zimmer gab es alles, was man sich wünschen konnte. Auf der 39. Etage war es auch sehr ruhig. Insgesamt ein hervorragender Aufenthalt.

공항에서 한국인 대상 무료 셔틀버스가 이 호텔 길건너에 딱 내려줘서 좋아요. 쇼핑 거리 10분내 걸어서 갈 수 있어요 방이 넓고 깔끔하고 화장실 샤워 영역 고급지고 물빨 세고 온도 좋고 아주 좋아요 배달음식은 로봇이 방으로 가져다 줍니다 뷰도 최고에요 완전 굿임
