Aerul condiționat sa stricat, am raportat de 4 ori ca să vina în final cineva sa îl fixeze. La fel și apa calda. Schimbul de prosoape ni sa spus ca se face la 2 zile. A trebuit sa anunțăm noi și se mirau ca nu a fost făcut. Dezorganizat. Iar la telefon în recepție, greu prindeai pe cineva sa răspundă... După multe insistente. Dezamăgitor, nu ma așteptam.

Poca o nula privacidad en jacuzzi del apartamento,los restaurantes la mayoría no abre para almorzar y las cenas terminan demasiado pronto. Las comidas son tipo comida rápida (hamburguesas,bocadillos, pizzas,etc)

Maden var al for dyr. Og slet ikke pengene værd. Personalet virkede ikke specielt serviceminded. Enkelte var virkelig flinke, smilende og gav en ekstra service. Men størstedelen virkede som om de ik rigtig gad hjælpe og mest synes man var til besvær. Morgenmaden som ellers får gode karakterer var virkelig ikke noget at skrive hjem om.

De locasie was heel mooie,dicht bij alle andere steden zoals Marbella,fuengirola,enz.. Maar zonder auto is het moeilijk om u te verplaatsen ,het hotel alleen al was gigantishe domein.

De rust in de kamer,zoals in de verschillende revieuws te lezen was,heel slechte isolatie van de kamers!

This is my second time here, and once again, it did not disappoint. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are lovely, clean, and have great views. The hole complex is very clean, and always see staff around cleaning, gardening, and just all around, making sure the hotel is up to standards. I will definitely be going again. I think iv found my place. Very close to the beach and about a 10 minute taxi journey to the strip of shops, restaurants, and bars. A great stay from start to finish. Has staff to drive you to your room on arrival and a train to take you around the park to other restaurants and bars on the complex.

There is nothing there I can say I didn't like. I would say it is very hilly, but you have a train that takes you around the whole park, so this didn't make a difference to get from a to b.

Un complet relativ dragut, la 10-15 minute de mers pe jos de plaja, dar o plaja nu chiar ok. In complex pe dinafara pare totul frumos si curat, si chiar e o atmosfera buna per total.

Aerul conditionat din 3 camere verificate pline de mucegai si asta face un miros infect. 2. prima camera primita avea furnici in ea. 3. la 8 dimineata muncutorii au inceput sa sparba cu picamarul in apropiere, bineinteles ca ne-a dat trezirea. 4. canapeaua din sufragerie, o vechitura, extrem de neconfortabila. 5. in general mobilierul era vechi si foarte uzat. Am incercat sa schimbam camera, ne-au mai artatat inca 2 camere, dar ambele aveau aerele conditionate vechi si pline de mucegaun.

Po 3 dobach spędzonych w apartamencie o bardzo niskim standardzie higienicznym, zmieniono nam pokój na czysty- druga część pobytu w czystym pokoju była zgodna z oczekiwaniami.

Długa droga na plażę. Wszędzie daleko i pod górę. Dużo schodów i górek w obiekcie co utrudniało poruszenie się z wózkiem. Pokoje o różnym standardzie: niektóre czyste, a niektóre stare i brudne za tę samą cenę- to loteria który przypadnie. Bardzo słabe posiłki/ nie opłaca się dopłacać za śniadanie- brak świeżych warzyw, codziennie to samo w bufecie. Obsluga była zdziwiona, że pytam o warzywa do posiłku- skierowano mnie po zblendowanego pomidora z poprzedniego dnia…

La scelta dei prodotti della colazione non mi hanno soddisfatto totalmente. Ampia scelta per quanto riguarda quella continentale , mentre per quella tipica italiana scelta ridotta .

Close to the marina by taxi. The pool area by my unit was quiet so had 2 relaxing mornings there. Luggage was delivered to our room which was much appreciated after a long haul flight and room not ready when we arrived. We arrived early so we knew we sound need to wait until 4 pm to check in. Rides within the resort by Wyndham’s staff were very much appreciated. The drivers were very courteous as were the reception staff.

Not enough choices for dining. Limited entertainment. The I overstated in is old and I thought it would be much bigger based on photos when I booked.

the 1st aprtment we got had a AC in the livingroom that mad a lot of noise so we had the aprtment replacerd. both (all aprtments say that thy have AC but only the livingroom downstaird and 1 bedroom upstairs have AC. the 2nd bedroom upstairs (in all aprtments) only have a fan

no AC in the second room, the shower has a very slow water stream so we took put the water saving device. both apertments that we stayd in ned a renovation.

Super complexe hôtelier. Pratique, confortable, calme (septembre). Piscine, restos, services tout de suite à côté. Beaucoup de piscines différentes même une adaptée aux tout petits.

Le logement lui-même aurait besoin d'un petit coup de neuf. Il était quand-même confortable mais je pense qu'on pourrait l'améliorer et l'optimiser un peu.

We were allocated a large 2 bedroom apartment 129. Great location. The apartment was spacious, very clean and perfect for 2 couples.

No parking at the door, but managed to find parking up the road. Some distance from the Safari restaurant.

O Hotel devia avisar que existem JAVALIS JUNTO AO HOTEL. È MUITO PERIGOSO. Quando avisei na recepção disseram que era normal (???). Pedi para incluir pequeno almoço, DISSE QUE SIM, mas NÃO FEZ. De manhã, não tínhamos pequeno almoço, tivemos de ir ao supermercado.

La hora de salida fue inconveniente. El personal de limpieza abrió la puerta alrededor de las 10:05 y el teléfono sonó sin parar, lo cual fue muy molesto. Todo lo demás estuvo bien. Por favor, cambien este trato, sobre todo porque viajamos con niños.

Apartment was difficult to find in our car, map directions not representative. Accessibility to the apartment was difficult, lots of steps. The apartment itself was in need of a refurbishment. Maintenance work was being carried out outside the apartment in the early morning which we had not been informed about.

Die Unterkunft war gut. Wir hatten, eine Küche, ein Bett, eigenes Badezimmer, Balkon, sogar Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen und eine Waschmaschine. Frühstück war topp. Halbpension nicht zu empfehlen.

Das Bett ist eine Katastrophe , durchgelegen und 1,40 m breit für zwei Personen, hatten oft Rückenschmerzen. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und haben uns wie Gäste zweiter Klasse gefühlt. Wir durften zwar im gleichen Restaurant essen, hier wurden aber zwei verschiedene Karten ausgegeben. Zwar jeden Tag abwechselnd, aber sehr abgespeckte Speisekarte mit komische Essens-Kombinationen für HP. Leckere Gerichte für Vollzahler allerdings hochpreisig.

Que había muchísimas cuestas que no lo sabíamos, de hecho tengo lesionada una rodilla a causa de las bajadas de esas enormes cuestas, para personas con algún pequeño problema de movilidad no es aconsejable que reserven este tipo de alojamientos.

Die Lage war für unseren Grund der Reise super

- Check In / Check Out Zeiten (10:00 Out / 16:00 In) - Das Bett und vor allem die Matratze waren super alt und man spürte jede Feder - Die Toilette war noch mit schmutzigen Resten (Tropfen) bestückt, da mussten wir selber reinigen und diese zu nutzen - Lange schwarze Haare im Bad, der Dusche, an den Wänden und am Bett (Wir haben als Männer kurze Haare und kommen somit nicht von uns) - Lampen hangen aus der Decke (Einbaustrahler kaputt hängend) - Rollos am Balkon lassen sich nicht mehr hochziehen und man musste anders versuchen auf den Balkon zu kommen - Viele Ameisen zwischen Küchenzeile und Steckdose an der Wand. Auch auf dem Boden. - Sehr Hellhörig

Swimming pool was very good, nice sun beds. Gym and sauna was well equipped. Plenty of activities: concerts, movies, yoga.

The apartment was dirty, it was not properly cleaned. Hair in bathroom and living room, dust, dirty microwave. Old outdated furniture. Curtains were broken, paintings on the walls were crooked. Breakfast was the same all 5 days, not a single change. Beach is far and it is unpleasant due to the fast road just too close to it. I’ ve booked this place due to high raining but got disappointed.

Nos gustó la ubicación

Era la segunda vez que íbamos pero el apartamento no tenía nada que ver. El mando a distancia no funcionaba el aire hacía muchísimo ruido y además ponía q desde el 2021 no se había desinfectado. Tenía moho. Además llegamos a las 12 y con la excusa de q estaban limpiando no pudimos entrar hasta las 4. Era falso pues el frigorífico no miente y tardo horas en enfriar cosa q si hubiera estado alguien antes el frigorífico estaría algo frío… no cmo lo encontramos. También en recepción nos dijeron q nos llegaría un SMS cuando estuviera listo el apartamento. Falso. Nunca llegó ese SMS. El tren siempre que lo esperábamos no había servicio. Todo mal. Deberían hacer un mantenimiento integral de todos los apartamentos y no solo de algunos. Definitivamente no volveremos, porque parece una lotería depende de donde te toque…

Bed was comfy and room was very spacious. Staff were very good at switching our rooms after the issues in our first room.

There are a family of wild pigs roaming around the exterior of the hotel which was quite alarming late at night when we were trying to get to our room & had to walk past them. Our original room had a bad smell and the bed felt slightly damp (I think it was due to the humidity and the AC not being on before we checked in and room must have been vacant for a few days). When we looked closely at the photos above the bed, it seemed like there was specks of mold in the frames. 10am checkout is also excessively early, considering breakfast is on until 10.30. Even 11am would be better.

Ubicación del desayuno (que cierra a las 10.30!!!). Del resort... Está todo lejos de todo. Coche para ir a desayunar, fotos que no corresponden a lo que contratas. Un poco ambiente cuéntame en el piso. Contraté un apartamento bajo con vistas a la piscina y me mandaron a un segundo piso lejos de la piscina y del desayuno. Y mejor no hablar de los horarios, que entras a las 16h!!! Y sales a las 10!!!! He tenido que madrugar más que para el trabajo!!! Un desastre. No lo recomiendo ni a la mitad de precio.

A localização é otima, o hotel tem acesso direto a praias, tem piscinas e outras comodidades muito agradáveis. Fica numa zona onde tem tudo perto, centro comercial, parques infantis, e vários restaurantes. Foram umas férias bastante agradáveis.

Reservamos um apartamento com dois quartos. O apartamento em que ficamos estava bastante datado, precisava mesmo de uma renovação, principalmente na casa de banho e cozinha, com móveis velhos, e portas/ gavetas empenadas. De uma forma geral o apartamento estava limpo, contudo na zona da cozinha, o exaustor estava muito sujo.

Las hormigas que estaban muchas en la habitación

Struttura molto bella, moderna ampie camere tante piscine e ristoranti. Il ristorante Safari merita una visita, e organizza spettacoli Flamenco. La struttura è molto grande e per muoversi da un punto ad un altro c'è un trenino interno. Ottima colazione varia ed abbondante. A 20 minuti da Marbella (la A7 è a 50 metri) e a 5 minuti da Fuengirola. Consigliato sia per famiglie che coppie.

This is a very well-organized complex that offers everything you need for a successful family holiday. The rooms are very spacious and extremely well equipped. You really don’t feel like anything is missing: there is a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, as well as a washing machine and an iron. The apartment has two showers and a spa bath, and each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is a great advantage for a family. The terrace is simply amazing, and the hot tub in the garden was undoubtedly one of the highlights of our holiday. It is the kind of place where you can spend quality time with your family while enjoying privacy and relaxation. The Safari Restaurant was a very pleasant surprise. Breakfast is varied, but what we liked most was the fact that the hot dishes are freshly prepared to order and then served at the table by the waiters. This gives breakfast an extra touch of elegance and comfort, and we really appreciated it. Everything is conveniently located, well maintained and very clean. You can tell that the property has been designed with comfort and a carefree holiday in mind. This is the kind of complex that offers a great deal of privacy, which was a big plus for us. The only thing to keep in mind is that it is quite far from the beach, so for convenience and to explore the area, I would definitely recommend having a rental car.

We did not have any unpleasant experiences during our stay and would happily return here. The only aspect that could be considered a minor inconvenience is the distance from the beach. However, if you have a car, this is not an issue at all and can actually be an advantage, especially if you want to explore the area and discover some of the beaches nearby. One small recommendation would be to improve the signage for the reception areas. They are not very clearly marked, and some of the receptions within the complex close quite early. We arrived after 9:00 pm and spent quite some time trying to find the main reception. Clearer signs, especially for guests arriving late in the evening, would be very helpful. Other than that, we did not encounter anything that caused us any real inconvenience. Overall, this is a place we would happily return to.

Gostei da limpeza e da organização do local

Da enorme distância entre os restaurantes e instalações. 2a vez neste empreendimento, desta vez instalado no Ramada. Surpreendentemente, fui convidado a sair da piscina junto ao restaurante mediterrâneo, apesar de ter almoçado e de estar a consumir bebidas junto à piscina, com a justificação de que só poderia estar na piscina do Ramada. Ora isto não faz sentido, dado que existem inúmeros restaurantes e piscinas, existindo até um comboio para nos deslocarmos entre as instalações. Foi verdadeiramente decepcionante e humilhante.
