Hotel La Maison Jolie

O banho deixou a desejar comprovlemas de pressão e caloria

Location to airport

In neighborhood of apartments not safe feeling Run property

The staff was really helpful organizing the transportation from and to the airport to my father who doesn't speak English or Italian. Thanks!

It was clean and the host Alex was friendly and helpful. They helped us arrange a ride after flight. The flight was delayed but a ride was waiting for us no matter what.

The sockets are hard to use with normal chargers

Very close to airport, taxis were surprisingly expensive though so definitely contact the hotel beforehand and arrange a pickup as their service was much cheaper. Front desk staff were super friendly, helpful and informative. Room was nice, basic but great value.

Organizzazione

È tutto ok

The room is comfort, access to the airport by car was convenient and short.

Please add electrical sockets for charging mobile phones and airbuds.

Alex was above and beyond excellent help

No coffee

Staff and location for the airport

Very outdated and needs maintenance

Air con did not work and it was extremely hot. Shower was very small and dirty.

It was not expensive

I booked this hotel as a one night bridge due to its priximity to the airport and fair cost. However there is no shuttle from the airport so it ended with a costly taxi. The hotel is pretty run down. Old design, peeling walls, old furniture. The wifi and Netflix did not work and the staff did little about it. They switched the router off and on and when it still didnt work they gave up and couldnt care less. In hind sight it would have been better to take a decent hotel at Fumicino airport at a higher cost.

Todo estaba impecable

Nada que opinar

Hotel vicinissimo all aeroporto FCO,camera ampia e pulita, terrazza spaziosa con sedie dedicate all’esterno.

The hotel was adequate

Nothing

Posizione, accoglienza

Aumento prezzo rispetto l’anno scorso

Stanza molto ampia, ottima posizione, servizio transfer conveniente

Ottima collaborazione e servizi navetta

We appreciated how close to the airport it was and that we were able to schedule an early morning transfer.

La cordialità del personale

Spacious and Francesca was a very helpful and cheerful lady

Nothing

The room was good

I did not really care for neighborhood

Alex was great!

Since you’re asking, a little bit of mold in the bathroom that could be easily cured with the right over-the-counter solution.

Solo traveller, 1 night. I arrived late in Rome and the checkin procedure was sent to me via Whatsapp. The instructions with codes to enter the property and where to collect the keys etc was very easy to follow. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed for the 1 night stay👍

Nothing, all was good.

Good place for one night stay, within residential area so not much to do around. Good restaurant nearby, spacious room with a terrace was great.

Grave mancanza

Location close to the airport

the room cleanliness

Localização excelente, ao lado do aeroporto. Quarto amplo, cama confortável e boa estrutura.

I liked how spacious the rooms were and the staff were helpful and kind

10 minutes to airport

This is not really a hotel. It is rooms in an apartment building in a very residential district. They do offer you airport shuttle service for 30 euros round trip for 10 minute ride

Very very clean, staff was very helpful. Definitely worth the value.

La recepcionista muy amable y disponible

The location next to airport

It is poorly maintained

Super easy to get into the property. They were extremely helpful and kind. The AC was AMAZING

We got in very late at night and it’s in a slightly dodgy neighborhood. But they organize your shuttle if you’d like Which was very helpful.

Close to airport . Good communication wotsap which great when travelling from outside Europe

N/A

Good location near the airport

No tea or coffee despite there being a kettle and sugar....room needs some maintenance

Very bad

Everything

Reasonable price

Odd location in a residential area. Only value was the room. Shower had no place to put soap. Bathroom had no toilet paper holder

Staff responsiveness

A bit far from the bus station

Alex was amazing, helped us with transportation to the airport, and how to get food delivered.

Nothing

Everything

I walked to the beach

There was blood on the wall. Hose in the bed sheet the room came with the kitchen. But could not use it. They want 15A day to use it. Could not sleep because the noise at nighttime at 2 o'clock in the morning. The swing shift manager was a jerk. He definitely needs to be fired. This doesn't know how to communicate to the customers. Just checking in and threatening them to cancel their room on them.

Close to airport for our 1 night stay. Staff where amazing

Close to the airport. People working there are so nice and helpful.

Staff so helpful and friendly. The Shuttle worked out great also.

The staff were kind and helpful. It was nice and close to the airport.

The bed was very uncomfortable. We were not able to lock the door that opens into the little garden.

Alex at reception was fabulous.

Le personnel est extrêmement agréable et serviable. L'hôtel est proche de l'aéroport. Nous y avons bien dormi

The room was spacious and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Air conditioner was great! Staff and shuttle drivers were awesome!!!

The staff were all so amazing. Gave lots of great recommendations and offered transportation to airport for a great price.

Arranged for our transport to Airport for reasonable fee. Very clean accommodations in a quiet area. Gated. Parking on the street. Comfortable. We didn’t use kitchenette but nice if needed. Walked to restaurant.

Can’t think of anything.

Good location Near airport very nice people

Mold in bathroom

Lovely staff, very helpful.

hotel was a ten minute ride from the airport, however shuttles and taxis for this short distance are very expensive and ride share companies were even more expensive. There were no amenities related to food on site - no coffee, or restaurant close by that was open early in the morning. It's a very basic place.

Molto comoda la posizione vicino all’aereoporto.

Poco accogliente.

The guy at check in was most helpful & resolved some issues for me. Great communication from the onset & provided shuttle service.

Trevlig personal, luftkonditioneringen fungerade utmärkt i värmen, bekväm säng

Location for airport, staff were really responsive and was handy to have a full sized kitchen and a large room

Sunlight early in the morning As others have said the shower was tiny, I'm overweight but got in there but I don't think everyone would manage to get into it

Staff cordiale, pulita e stanza spaziosa

I cuscini, sono un po’ da cambiare
