So quiet, clean and the little garden is just so lush and green. Our host Federico was so helpful and kind. Great place to stay if you need to be close to the airport. Great transfer service.

If you are relying on public transport to get into Rome Central it can be tricky to work it out. Highly recommend the transfer service Villa Rosita offers, the queues for taxis at the airport were insanely long

Once the fence was open, it didn’t appear to be in the greatest of areas, but they did keep the gate locked so I felt safe inside.

Breakfast and kindness of host

Clean, comfortable room. Air conditioner worked great. Extra pillows provided. Fred was very helpful in providing recommendations for shopping and dining. Shower was a little tight but water pressure and temperature was good. Self serve breakfast and coffee was convenient. A good variety of wrapped pastry, cereal and juices were available.

Hard to find location at the end of a narrow street. Not sure if staff was on site but Fred was easy to reach by telephone if needed.

De kamer en de badkamer was in orde en proper. De locatie is wel goed om Rome te bezoeken.

Het ontbijt trekt op niets. Allemaal verpakkingen en niet smakelijk om te eten. En de gastheer was ook niet vriendelijk tegen ons. Het was heel warm in de kamer om te slapen. De buitentemperatuur was overdag wel 35° .

ארוחת בוקר צריכה שדרוג לא היה:ירקות,פירות, מוצרי חלב, גבינות, נקניקים…קצת לחמניות בשקיות..אפילו המיץ היה תעשייתי ובקופסת קרטון. זה לא ארוחת בוקר זה קפה של אמצע היום. ארוחת ערב ? חוץ ממועדון כדורגל, אין שום אפשרות אחרת. המיקום בעייתי.

The only thing I would recommend is to place more tables for breakfast. Instead of having those two big tables, you could accommodate 3 - 4 smaller tables. We were asked to empty the table to allow another family to take a breakfast. We were enjoying the moment and that was interrupted.

Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la disponibilità di Federico il quale ha soddisfatto la nostra esigenza di arrivare più tardi del previsto. La struttura si presenta molto accogliente, soddisfacente e ben pulita ed ordinata. Posizione più che strategica e tranquilla con possibilità di parcheggio gratuito in zona. Colazione ben fornita e curata nei minimi dettagli, con prodotti di ottima qualità. Complimenti.

Sometimes the best places aren’t in the heart of a busy city—they’re the ones that make you slow down, relax, and truly enjoy your final moments before heading home. Villa Rosita was exactly that. After weeks of traveling through Italy, waking up here on our last morning was the perfect way to end our adventure. Breakfast was included, and enjoying it on the beautiful terrace surrounded by flowers and lush greenery was the perfect way to start the day. One of my favorite surprises was the view from our bedroom. Looking out over the garden and seeing fresh vegetables and fruit growing reminded me of the simple beauty of Italy and the love that goes into caring for the property. And can I just say… I slept like a baby! After weeks of trains, planes, buses, and endless sightseeing, a peaceful night’s sleep was exactly what I needed. The location was also incredibly convenient. A supermarket was just a 5–6 minute walk away, making it easy to pick up anything we needed. Our host even provided a neighborhood map with nearby restaurants, cafés, and stores, which made exploring the area effortless. Following one of those recommendations, we enjoyed delicious pizza at a restaurant just around the corner—one last taste of Italy before flying home. Most importantly, the hospitality was wonderful. Villa Rosita was comfortable, welcoming, and truly felt like a home away from home. If you’re looking for a peaceful place to stay near Rome’s Fiumicino Airport without sacrificing charm, comfort, or convenience, I wholeheartedly recommend Villa Rosita . Very well kept, with beautiful plants and nice sitting area outside. Coffee available all time. Breakfast simple but adequate. Location convenient for connecting to the airport. Shops and restaurants are available within walking distance.

Boutique style villa. Very clean. Close to Fumicino Airport and they provide a shuttle service, but for a fee. Good value.

Not much in the area, but this is a convenient stopover near the airport. Breakfast is basic - cereal and yoghurt, but the bread is packaged and not fresh loaf.

L’emplacement était parfait, pour se rendre à l’aéroport. Nous y étions seulement pour une nuit donc nous n'avons pas vraiment eue la chance de profiter de l’endroit, dommage.

The room was ok, not the cutest one but adequate for a one night stay to be close to the airport. There was a free breakfast with package croissant and yougourt. There is a restaurant close. The owner can lift you to the airport for 15 euros.

To get there from the airport, we had to take a taxi, and it cost 40 euros (they have a fixed price, even if it's 3 km from the airport). It was a bit frustrating because we took a hotel close to the airport to lower the cost of transport.

The owner picked us up from the airport and took us back for just 15 euros/per trip. The place was beautiful, well kept lawn and plants, which are rare. Large clean bathroom was a plus. Grocery store was a short walk and supplied everything we needed for a quick supper and got some extra treats for our pets back home.

Breakfast was mostly cold foods and carbs, especially if you do not drink coffee, like me. LOL.

Convenient overnight location for airport before our long haul flight, clean, quiet with lovely garden. Short walk to sporting club with best burgers and beers (our choice!) or supermarket if you want to buy food, supermarket also had self service laundry.

It was a nice, home-like property, with a garden in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to a very good restaurant. A short drive to the airport, depending on traffic.

Essential to know how difficult it is to get around. Taxis and even bus not super convenient. Walking not so pleasant as no sidewalks. Owner really helped out but worth knowing that staying in fiumicino has some complications not unique to this particular property.

Federico was very accommodating with check-in time and parking availability.

Host was very accommodating with transfers and any other assistance. Loved the home away from home feel where you could sit outside on the patio area. Breakfast was very nice. Close to airport for access and no plane noise at night.

The property is just minutes from the airport, yet surprisingly quiet. No noise, no rush, just a calm and restful stay. The room was spotless, the gardens gave the place a warm, homey feel, and the shuttle service made logistics effortless. The manager was genuinely friendly and attentive. Exactly what you need when you're in transit. Highly recommended.

It's near FCO but going to the airport was not as straight forward as one hoped. Fortunately we had dealt with the bus company (Cotral) before so we came prepared (get your tickets ready). The shuttle offered by the hotel may be convenient but not cost effective. I also felt the pillows were too flat.

Federico was an excellent host. The hotel was nicely decorated. The room and bath room were much larger than I have come to expect for Rome. The WiFi was good enough for video calls. There was a shopping mall with a laundry mat within walking distance.

The property was lovely for an overnight stay 10 minutes from FCO. It felt like we were staying in someone’s home. The room provided everything we needed and it was clean and comfortable. We didn’t leave the property because we were tired and had to get up early the next morning. Frederico was very responsive and provided packaged breakfast items in the morning to grab and go. It was a good value for what we wanted.

Villa rosa is a very lovely small hotel about 4 miles from the Rome airport, which far exceeded our expectations . We stayed here before our flight back to the states. They offer very reasonable transportation to and from the airport. It is nicely decorated, very clean, has comfortable rooms and beds, and Federico is a great host. There is a pretty patio common space to enjoy the outdoors. There is a very generous Continental breakfast with plenty of choices. There are several restaurants within walking distance. A travel tip. We took the express train from the central train station in Rome to the airport where Frederico picked us up. It was simple to find the train (leonardo express) in Rome and it is direct to the airport. You can easily visit Rome from this lovely guest house, and it is perfect if you are flying in or out of Rome. We highly recommend this hotel.

The surrounding area is quiet. The host provides pick up and drop off at FCO for €15 one way. Complimentary coffee with no restriction.

Our room with two single beds is small. The breakfast items are all store bought so my wife and I didn't eat any. We would prefer the lodging does not provide breakfast but instead offer a lower rate.

The Federico was GREAT. Quick shuttles pick up from the airport (15 Euros, but def worth it) and made an accommodation for the next day to go back to the airport. Great place to stay the night before your flight. Recommended the restaurant next door which was great (Great Pizza and Suppli ). Came with good breakfast in the morning

Posizione ottima, a pochi minuti in auto dall'aeroporto. Titolare gentilissimo e disponibile. Possibilità di portare autonomamente la colazione in camera. Possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto in loco e all'interno del parcheggio della villa. Vicinanza con ristorante e con un pub (attaccato alla struttura) dove abbiamo mangiato un ottimo burger.

It is so peaceful. The front courtyard area is beautiful with lots of pretty plants. It’s in a neighborhood that felt totally safe (actually an Airbnb I guess even though booked on booking.com). We are at a lovely local restaurant. There is a nice supermarket around the corner and a small refrigerator in room.

Very close to the Romer Airport and the hotel has a shuttle to take from airport to their hotel. It is very small but quaint and beautiful veranda with flowers and very peaceful

A little difficult to walk to restaurants to ear

Charming hotel near the airport. The owner was present upon check in and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast area was nice and contained a wide variety of items. Would have loved to stay longer and wander around the area, but we had to catch an early flight. Owner arranged for a taxi the next morning that promptly arrived and overcharged by $5 Euro which is our fault because we didn't negotiate the price upfront. Owner said the price should be $20 Euro and the taxicharged us $25.

Everything was perfect--would definitely stay there again.

Very cute, Frederico was an amazing host picked us up from the airport and then drove us back for a very fair fee. The beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was good especially the cappuccino lots of little restaurants in the area to grab a quick bite.

The room included a large bathroom, and an entrance hallway with cupboards. The room was cleaned each day, beds made and fresh towels provided. The water in the shower was always hot. Frederico our host was very helpful and assisted us with our early arrival, weighing a case, setting up the tv with english subtitles and driving us to the airport.

Provision of hand or grab rails in the bathroom for people with mobility issues especially in the shower. We ended up buying large cups to have a decent size cup of english tea, so I would suggest provision of larger cups in the area where patrons can make their own tea or coffee be provided. I would also suggest maybe the room could be made more spacious by mounting the tv on a wall side bracket and removing the current tv stand. The extra space beside the window would then enable a small table and two chairs.
